Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройству и способу для обрезки концов катаной полосы, смотанной в рулоны или отделению от нее образцов для испытаний. Раскрыто устройство, которое с помощью поворотного наружу нижнего ролика 2 и направляющих устройств 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, предназначенных для направления конца полосы в ножницы, еще и позволяет обработку полос, которые имеют большую толщину или твердость и должны быть смотаны в рулоны 10. Кроме того, описан способ, который обеспечивает надежный отбор образца и, соответственно, контроль образца с полос, смотанных в рулоны, причем после отбора образца вновь получают закрытый рулон.
