Изобретение относится к способу производства гранул или пеллет, которые содержат мицелиальные грибы, который включает стадии отбора и выращивания мицелиальных грибов в пригодной культуральной среде на протяжении определенного периода времени, добавление в указанную культуральную среду желеобразующего агента и, по крайней мере, одного носителя с получением смеси, желирование указанной смеси с помощью проводимого путем добавления по каплям взаимодействия с раствором, содержащим соль кальция, что приводит к получению желированных пеллет или гранул, которые содержат указанные мицелиальные грибы, и сушка указанных желированных пеллет или гранул до влажности, которая составляет 13-18%.
