Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE GRáNULOS OU PASTILHAS CONTENDO FUNGOS FILAMENTOSOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de grânulos ou pastilhas contendo fungos filamentosos, o processo compreendendo as etapas de: - selecionar e cultivar fungos filamentosos em um apropriado meio de cultura, por um predeterminado período de tempo; - adicionar um agente gelificante e pelo menos um veículo ao dito meio de cultura, de modo a obter uma mistura; - submeter a dita mistura a uma etapa de gelificação, mediante contato, gota a gota, com uma solução contendo um sal de cálcio, obtendo, dessa forma, pastilhas u grândulos gelificados que contêm os ditos fungos filamentosos; e - secar as ditas pastilhas ou grânulos gelificados para um teor de umidade de 13-18%.
