Description of the invention
The useful model refers to medicine, namely to infectious diseases and can be used for 2 treatment of patients with acute bacterial diarrhea (salmonellosis, shigellosis, campylobacteriosis, escherichia, staphylococcal toxicosis, as well as caused by opportunistic flora).
етіотропна терапія (бактеріофаги, антибіотики, сульфаніламіди, оксихіноліни, нітрофурани та ін.); корекція порушень нормальної мікрофлори кишечника (пребіотики, еубіотики).The large arsenal of drugs used to treat intestinal infections is explained by the complexity of the pathogenetic mechanisms of acute bacterial diarrhea. The following therapeutic approaches can be distinguished: diet therapy (depending on the nature of enzymatic disorders); pathogenetic therapy - detoxification 70 (infusion-detoxification, enterosorption); antidiarrheal drugs (opium drugs, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, calcium gluconate, nicotinic acid, etc.). etiotropic therapy (bacteriophages, antibiotics, sulfonamides, oxyquinolines, nitrofurans, etc.); correction of disorders of normal intestinal microflora (prebiotics, eubiotics).
Despite the abundance of methods of therapy for acute intestinal infections, the clinical question remains open 12. | catamnestically effective and economically beneficial method of treatment. The question of the use of antibacterial drugs in mild and moderate forms of acute intestinal infections remains open.
П. However, they do not give grounds for optimism, since their side effect with the formation of dysbiosis and secondary immunodeficiency states often complicates the initial success of chemotherapy. The emergence of forms of pathogens resistant to the drugs used has also become an unpleasant component of the therapy of acute intestinal infections by IV.P. Tymin. --In most cases of bacterial diarrhea with a medium-severe course, the duration of the appointment of antibiotics should not exceed 5 days. Longer use of antibacterial agents leads to an increase in the frequency of the formation of a protracted chronic course of the disease, which is largely related to the worsening of dysbacteriosis in the intestines (M.A. Andreychyn, O.L. Ivakhiv Bacterial diarrhea. -K.: Health, 1998. -ZO5p.). --
1803118 вA known method of treating bacterial diarrhea, which includes the use of antibiotics of a wide spectrum of action in combination with the use of antiseptic agents and is aimed at the antibacterial effect of this agent taking into account the properties and species composition of the microflora Method of treatment of dysentery // Pat. 1803118 in
сIL, which is provided by the potentiation of the effect of antibacterial agents by other drugs. with
This method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients due to the selection of antibacterial agents, which requires their long-term use and does not take into account the pathophysiological mechanisms of the development of microflora expression.
8The above-mentioned method is the closest in terms of technical essence and result that can be achieved, therefore it was chosen as a prototype. 8
The main drawback of the treatment of bacterial diarrhea, including in the prototype, is the presence of side effects of 70 antibiotics (toxic effect, development of allergic reactions, exacerbation of dysbiosis, etc.)
From" bacterial diarrhea by using an intestinal antiseptic, which affects the expression indicators of microbial colonization of the intestine and prevention of side effects of antibacterial drugs.
The problem, which is the basis of the useful model, is solved by the fact that in the well-known method of treating bacterial diarrhea, which includes the use of a broad-spectrum antibiotic (ampicillin, amoxicillin) or the antimicrobial agent norfloxacin, according to the useful model, the intestinal-I antiseptic "Polidecanit" is additionally used " in a single dose of ZOg twice a day until normalization of clinical indicators (normalization of body temperature, significant improvement of the patient's condition and pronounced regression of intestinal disorders). .х 70 The positive effect of the useful model is due to the fact that an antibiotic and an intestinal antiseptic, which has a local effect and is not absorbed into the blood, simultaneously act on the intestinal microbiocentesis.
Thus, the synergism of the two components increases the effect of treatment due to a shorter stay of the pathogen in the body, a minimal effect on microbiocentesis, and a reduction in the side effects of antibiotics.
The drug "Polidekaniti" has a pronounced antimicrobial effect, is well tolerated by patients (granules in

"Polidecanit" was developed by the State Scientific Center of Medicinal Products in Kharkiv.
The claimed method is carried out as follows: 60 The claimed method consists in the fact that with acute bacterial diarrhea patients are prescribed (for 3 days) ampicillin (amoxicillin) in a dose of 250 mg 4 times a day and "Polidecanit" granules according to Zgr. 2 times a day (dissolve the contents of the package in 14 glasses of warm water). Or norfloxacin in a dose of 200 mg 2 times a day and granules "Polidecanit" according to Zgr. 2 times a day.
Antibacterial drugs have a wide range of action, but resistance to them can develop, which affects the success of therapy. The parallel appointment of these agents and polydecanit for a short course prevents the development of resistance, because the components of polydecanit have a direct effect on pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora, as well as on protozoa that can negatively affect the course of the disease, which increases the antibacterial effect of this combined therapy.
5.During the development and justification of the proposed remedy, 60 patients aged 16 to 50 years with a diagnosis of salmonellosis, gastroenteric form of moderate severity, acute dysentery, colitic form of moderate severity, and acute gastroenterocolitis caused by opportunistic enterobacteria were examined.
