Abstract
A method for making flour products of whole wheat grain comprises washing the grain. Then the grain is soaked in water applying a fermented-milk concentrated starter. The grain is ground. After that pressed yeast is supplemented to the ground grain mass and the sponge is fermented. The dough is kneaded adding prescribed components and it is fermented. After that dough half-finished products are formed and proofed. Then the dough half-finished products are baked.
