Abstract
A method for automatic control of the process of a bakery oven comprises regulating the temperature in the first baking area and second one, regulating the temperature in the second baking area. The temperature in the third baking area is additionaly regulated and correcting link is introduced. Said correcting link provides the autonomy of contours to regulate the temperature in the first area as regards to the temperature in the second area and in the second one as regards to that third.
