ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, PROVISION IS MADE FOR MEANS FOR MOVING THE BURNER AND/OR THE FLAME OF THE BURNER TO THE REGIONS, WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR THE LOCAL HEATING. (FIGURE 1)
