Abstract

В зернозбиральному комбайні з вентиляторами-кидалками для широкого розкидання подрібненої соломо-полов'яної суміші енергія руху подрібненої маси, яку одержують завдяки подрібнювальному або транспортуючому пристрою, підключеному перед вентиляторами-кидалками, для економії потужності приводу створюється за рахунок того, що вихідний отвір подрібнювача або транспортуючого пристрою розташований у тій самій площині, що й вхідні отвори вентиляторів-кидалок.

Для ймовірних швидкостей транспортування подрібненої маси можна встановити, що подрібнювач викидає подрібнену масу з швидкістю, дорівнюючою приблизно 1О0м/с. У той час, як при звичайному відхиленні подрібненої маси вона гальмується до 5м/с з відповідним зменшенням ширини розкидання, пристрій відповідно до винаходу дозволяє при числі обертів вентилятора-кидалки, дорівнюючому 400-600об/хв, досягти швидкості викидання подрібненої маси з вентилятора-кидалки, дорівнюючої 20м/с.
Для зміни кута розпорошення подрібненої маси кромки (часткові оболонки) 17", що звужуються, як ціле додатково регулюються за висотою. З цією метою можливе також закручення. На зовнішньому найнижчому вивантажувальному торці кромки (частини оболонки) 17", що звужуються, для зменшення довжини можуть бути також обладнані відкидними ділянками 17" (фіг.5).
Винахід не обмежується описаним прикладом виконання, а спеціаліст може для своїх цілей змінити його і замінити окремі конструктивні елементи більш придатними на його думку елементами.
