Abstract
Способ изготовления патронированного эмульсионного взрывчатого вещества включает приготовление водного раствора окислителя и раствора горючей фазы. Затем дозируют водный раствор окислителя и раствор горючей фазы в аппарат для эмульгирования и в два этапа изготовляют эмульсию. Первый этап включает подготовку первичной эмульсии, а второй – изготовление мелкодисперсной эмульсии. Затем осуществляют дозирование сыпучих добавок и смешивание их с эмульсией. После чего осуществляют патронирование смеси и охлаждают патроны.
