Abstract
Изобретение относится к порошковой металлургии и касается способа и устройства для изготовления металлического порошка из расплава того же металла. Способ изготовления металлического порошка из расплава того же металла, согласно которому практически вертикальный поток расплава (S), вытекающий из соплового устройства (D), подвергают последовательно действию, по крайней мере, трех газовых потоков (1, 2, 3), которые имеют различные направления, причем газовые потоки последовательно направлены на введенный поток расплава (S) и на поток расплава (FS), форма и направление которого определены действием предварительного газового потока, под углом от 5° до 170°. Изобретение обеспечивает достижение высокого содержания в порошке зерен малого диаметра и высокой насыпной плотности изготовленного согласно изобретению металлического порошка.
