Abstract

Спосіб інгібування підвулканізації гумової суміші на основі карболанцюгового каучуку, що містить газову сажу, нафтенове масло, оксид цинку, стеаринову кислоту, прискорювач вулканізації, сірку, ґрунтується на введенні в неї інгібітору під вулканізації – похідного триазину. З метою поліпшення опору підвулканізації суміші як карболанцюговий каучук використовується натуральний або бутадієнстирольний каучук, а як інгібітор підвулканізації - похідне триазину, вибране з певної групи, наприклад, гексакис(феніл-тіо)-1,3,5-триазин-2,4-триамін.
