Abstract
A method for making chicken soup with meatballs, according to which meatballs of chicken fillet are prepared, they are put down into the boiling soup, boiled and spices are added. To prepare the meatballs, the chicken fillet, bulb onion and an egg are minced in a mincer, 15 meatballs are formed, potato is boiled on the chicken bouillon adding the meatballs there, and soup is boiled up to the readiness. Fried vegetables are prepared separately, for what purpose bulb oinion in cubes, carrot, grated on a fine grater, are fried up to golden colour, the ready fried vegetables are added to the soup and it is brought to the required taste with spices, chopped parsley is added.
