Abstract
The present invention refers to a food seasoning, which contains dry chili, anise powder, raisins, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, dehydrated parsley, dehydrated oregano, cinnamon powder, the process for manufacturing and using the same. The seasoning does not contain salt, preservers, emulsifiers, colorants or flavor agents and may be used in pipian (a pipian is a thick salsa made of pumpkin seeds and dry chili), marinates, pork, beef, chicken, fish, mole de olla with lentils and pasilla chili, soups, rice, meat juice, vegetables, sauces, dressings.
