Abstract
Винахід відноситься до нового спеченого матеріалу, що характеризується тим, що він був виконаний на основі початкової шихти, яка містить від 5 до 40 мас.% циркону. Спечений матеріал має наступний хімічний склад, мас.% : ZrO2+HfO2 82-96 SiO2 1,7-14 ТіО2 0,2-3 Y2O3 0,4-5 Аl2O3 0,2-2,5 решта <1. Матеріал може бути виготовлений у вигляді блоків вагою, більшою за 10 кг, має високу корозійну стійкість і стійкість до утворення тріщин при випалюванні, високий електричний опір. Цей спечений матеріал може бути використаний для виготовлення елементів конструкції шахти склоплавильної печі і виготовлення елементів конструкції вивідного каналу для скла склоплавильної печі.
