Description
панелі на 1807" і легким струшуванням, що дозволяє видалити надлишок декоративного матеріалу, забезпечивши одержання рівномірного декоративного шару, що надійно закріплений на поверхні теплоізоляційного матеріалу.panels on 1807" and light shaking, which allows you to remove excess decorative material, providing a uniform decorative layer that is securely fixed on the surface of the heat-insulating material.
The most preferred is the use of a polystyrene foam plate as a heat-insulating material, while a shaped profile is added to the end faces of the plate along the perimeter of the plate to ensure the possibility of locking the panels together. A shaped profile is provided by milling. Styrofoam is obtained by polymerization of styrene with the simultaneous addition of a vapor-generating substance. As a result, a long-lasting and ecologically clean, safe building material is obtained, which is rightfully considered the optimal insulation for residential, industrial and commercial buildings. Styrofoam mostly consists of air bubbles, so it has low thermal conductivity. Styrofoam is also a good sound insulator, has high strength and low weight, is resistant to various aggressive chemical and biological environments, in particular, is not susceptible to rotting and the appearance of fungi, does not swell from moisture and does not deform from high temperatures. The size of polystyrene foam plates can vary depending on the required characteristics. Plates made of expanded polystyrene have a small mass, and are also easily cut with saws and knives, which in turn ensures ease of installation.
It is advisable to implement the method in which a reinforcing mesh is placed on the surface of the heat-insulating material before applying the adhesive layer. This implementation of a useful model allows you to ensure the necessary strength and hardness of heat-insulating panels.
This implementation of the method is preferable, in which acrylic binder is used as an adhesive.
The choice of this material in the implementation of the proposed method is determined by its physical and mechanical properties. In addition, the acrylic binder becomes transparent after polymerization, which allows not to deteriorate the aesthetic characteristics of the panels, which are manufactured by the claimed method.
It is advisable to apply the decorative material by sprinkling, while quartz sand, marble or granite crumb of natural stone with a fraction of 0.7-2 mm is used as a loose decorative material. The used natural decorative material allows to ensure high aesthetic characteristics of the panel and environmental safety of the panel. The use of a fraction less than 0.7 mm in size is impractical, since too small a fraction will not allow to ensure the required mechanical and aesthetic properties of the panel, which is manufactured by the claimed method. The use of a fraction larger than 2 mm is also impractical, since large particles will not be properly fixed with the adhesive, which in turn will not allow obtaining a uniform, strong and aesthetically attractive decorative layer. In addition, the decorative material can be painted in any desired shade with the help of a color pigment before use.
The method of manufacturing the heat-insulating panel, which is claimed, is carried out in the following way.
As a blank for the manufacture of panels, a polystyrene board is used, the end faces of the boards are given a shaped profile to ensure the possibility of interlocking the panels with each other. A reinforcing mesh is mechanically attached to the plate, after which an adhesive, in particular, acrylic or styrene-acrylic binder, is applied to the plate by spraying. A thick layer of decorative material, in particular, quartz sand or natural stone chips, with a fraction size of 0.7-2 mm, is applied to the surface of the adhesive using the sprinkling method, after which the plate is turned over to 1807C and the excess decorative material is sprinkled with light shaking. Then the procedure is repeated several times with intermediate drying until a layer of the required thickness is formed. Finally, a finishing layer of adhesive is applied, which secures the top layer of the decorative material from the external environment (snow, rain, wind). After that, the final drying of the adhesive is carried out.
Thus, the proposed useful model is a method of manufacturing heat-insulating panels, which, thanks to the optimally selected sequence of actions, as well as the materials used, allows for the production of heat-insulating panels with high heat-insulating, operational and aesthetic characteristics.
