Abstract
A method for automatic control of the process of pasteurizing milk which includes measuring the pressure of milk at an inlet into a pasteurization section and milk consumption with a corrective communication introduced additionally which compensates controlled disturbance in a channel for regulating a temperature of milk pasteurizing and compensates the controlled disturbances in the channel for regulating the temperature of milk cooling thus providing the invariance of a controlling system as regards to the controlled disturbances.
