Abstract
A method for automatic control of the process of thermal treatment of tomato juice in a pasteurization–and–cooling plant includes measuring of heating and cooling temperature in the heater and regenerator, respectively. The temperature in the units is additionally maintained on the preset values by changing the heating steam supply and the dynamic accuracy of a controlling system is raised simultaneously due to compensation of a delay in a temperature regulating channel.
