The processes for preparation of brandy “Lux” provides for aging of apple alcohol, its blending with the softened drinking, alcoholic, and aromatic waters, sugar syrup and color, and also treatment of blend, and after blending rest. The apple alcohol with aging of no less than 5 years is used, and aromatic water with alcohol content of 8-12 volume percents is aged during 2 months in containers with staff at the temperature of 35-40 °C. After that the apple alcohol is added during the last year of aging, and simultaneous aging is realized during no less than 4 months.
