Abstract

Винахід належить до способу одержання нових сполук - біциклічних складних ефірів або їх фармацевтично прийнятних солей. Ці сполуки мають властивості специфічних 5- ГТ3-антагонистів, тобто блокують М-рецептори 5-гідрокситриптаміну (5ТТ), що називаються 5- ГТ3-рецепторами, створюючи тим самим направлену проти мігрені дію. Вказана властивість дозволяє використовувати його в медицині.
