Abstract
A process for preparation of bitter nastoyka provides the water treatment, preparation of aromatic alcohol by mixing of plant raw materials with aqueous-alcohol liquid followed by distillation of the first reflooding and blending of obtained aromatic alcohol with aqueous-alcohol liquid followed by reducing of blending strength to 40 volume %. Cherry sticks are used as plant raw material. For the blending forty-percent aqueous-alcohol liquid is used, and the mixing is carried out at weight ratio of cherry sticks and aqueous-alcohol liquid of (0.8-1.2):(7.4-11.1). Sugar syrup at weight ratio of aromatic alcohol of cherry sticks, sugar syrup and aqueous-alcohol liquid of (0.8-1.2):(0.9-1.4):(569.7-569), correspondingly, are introduced in the blending additionally..
