Abstract
Description
The useful model belongs to the field of agriculture, in particular to pig farming, namely to methods of increasing productivity and saving piglets after weaning from sows, and can be applied in pig farms with different ownership forms, engaged in breeding and rearing of pig stock, for intensification industry.
Today, in Ukraine, much attention is paid to increasing the production of pig farming products, improving its quality and safety, which is dictated by the requirements of modern integrated technologies for the management of this industry.
It is known that piglets are able to digest only the protein and fat of the sow's milk, which is their main food until the 20th day. Early weaning (on the 18th-31st day) of piglets creates conditions for more productive use of sows. However, weaning piglets is a strong stress factor that negatively affects the level of metabolism and the functioning of organs and systems. Piglets are at the greatest risk of stress reactions during the formation of groups for rearing from different nests, immediately after weaning from sows at the age of 26 days.
In the first days after weaning, the piglets are affected by a number of unfavorable factors: a change in feeding, moving to another room with a different microclimate, keeping in groups of 20-25 animals from different nests, etc. During this period, piglets' adaptive protective mechanisms are not fully stabilized and they are extremely sensitive to stress.
The use of biologically active substances is one of the promising directions for the prevention of negative consequences of stress during weaning of piglets, aimed at increasing the general resistance of the organism, which contributes to increased survival, further normal development and increase in live weight.

The disadvantages of the known methods are that they do not include the introduction of some important ones
From biologically active substances and nutrients necessary for the normal development of the piglets' body, in particular vitamins.
There is another method of preserving livestock and live weight of suckling piglets and a preparation for its implementation (patent of Ukraine Mo 91727), in which biologically active substances are administered to sows after farrowing.
Disadvantages of this method include, first of all, the inconvenience of rectal use of the drug.
The closest analog of a useful model is essentially a method of increasing the preservation and productivity of piglets after weaning, patent of Ukraine Me 77706, which includes the feeding of combined feed starters, in addition, a feed additive is additionally fed, which includes vitally necessary biologically active substances with the following ratio of components, mass 5: dextrose - 65.9; sodium bicarbonate - 14.0; table salt - 11.0; sodium citric acid - 5.0; potassium chloride - 4.0; a mixture of vitamins E, C with selenium (ze) - 0.1 or 12.5 milligrams of vitamin E, 5.0 milligrams of vitamin C and 0.031 milligrams of selenium per head per day.
The useful model and the closest analogue have essential common features: the introduction of vitally necessary biologically active substances to piglets.
The disadvantage of the closest analogue is its insufficient effectiveness, since it does not ensure the control of the entry of biologically active substances into the piglets' body after weaning in the necessary quantity sufficient for their normal development.
The useful model eliminates the indicated shortcomings of the closest analogue and provides the body of piglets with the necessary biologically active substances in sufficient quantities, which contribute to the normal development of piglets after early weaning from the sow and increase their productivity.
The basis of a useful model is the task of developing an effective method of increasing productivity and saving piglets at weaning, convenient to use, economically profitable to use.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that, according to a useful model, piglets, two days before weaning, are administered a one-time liposomal drug "Butaiintersil", containing butaphosphan, fat-soluble vitamins - A, Oz, E, interferon and an extract of milk thistle seeds, in a dose 0.1 ml/kg body weight.
Butaphosphan is an organic phosphorus compound that accelerates the growth and development of animals and increases non-specific resistance of the body. Butaphosphan normalizes liver function and stimulates protein synthesis. Butaphosphan is effective for animals in stressful situations, as it normalizes the level of the stress hormone - hydrocortisol. The results of biochemical studies of the blood of piglets confirmed its hepatoprotective effect. Administering this drug to piglets promotes rapid recovery of erythrocytopoiesis and biochemical blood parameters of piglets under oxidative stress.
Vitamin A takes an active part in redox processes, regulation of protein synthesis, promotes normal metabolism, functions of cellular and subcellular membranes. In addition, it plays an important role in the antioxidant protection of the animal body. It is a powerful acceptor of peroxide radicals, which is connected with its ability to actively intercept peroxide compounds and free radicals.
Vitamin E protects vitamin A from oxidation both in the intestines and in the body tissues of piglets. If there is a lack of vitamin E, then vitamin A will not be absorbed in the appropriate amount.
The mechanism of pharmacological action of tocopherol is that it prevents the oxidation of fats, fatty acids and sterols. Vitamin E stabilizes cell membranes and intracellular formations, which is a necessary prerequisite for the protection of nuclear chromatin and DNA from the destructive action of free radicals.
Vitamin Oz has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and antiproliferative effects. Under the influence of active forms of vitamin O, lymphocytes СО4, СО8, macrophages and dendritic cells express receptors and enzymes that are metabolized.
Interferons are a family of naturally occurring small protein molecules with a molecular weight of 15,000 to 21,000 daltons that are produced and secreted by cells in response to viral infections or a variety of synthetic and biological pathogens (inducers). There are two main classes of interferons (type I and type II). Type I interferons combine more than 25 types of alpha interferons, as well as interferon beta and interferon omega. All interferons And! type have a common biological effect arising from the binding of interferon to the cell surface receptor, which leads to the production of several interferon-stimulated gene products. Type I interferons induce pleiotropic biological reactions, including
It has antiviral, antiproliferative and immunomodulating effects, regulation of the expression of the main histocompatibility antigen on the surface of cells (NA | class and I class) and regulation of cytokine expression.

Experiments were carried out in the conditions of the breeding farm of LLC "KOSHET" of the Mukachevo district
Transcarpathian region, where two groups of large white piglets were formed - control (K) and experimental (D), in the number of 10 animals in each group, selected according to the principle of analogues - by age and body weight.
Two days before weaning, piglets of the control group were given a solution of mass in a physiological concentration, animals of the experimental group were given a liposomal preparation, which included vitamins A, Oz, E, interferon, butaphosphan, and milk thistle seed extract.
Drugs were administered intramuscularly to animals once, at the rate of 0.1 ml/kg of body weight.
Для досліджень відбирали кров з краніальної порожнистої вени: на 25 добу життя (період до відлучення), на 30 добу життя (2 доба після відлучення), на 35 добу життя (7 доба після відлучення), на 40 добу життя (12 доба після відлучення).For research, blood was collected from the cranial vena cava: on the 25th day of life (the period before weaning), on the 30th day of life (2 days after weaning), on the 35th day of life (7 days after weaning), on the 40th day of life (12 days after weaning ).
The obtained results indicate that weaning from sows leads to a decrease in the content of vitamins A and E in the blood serum of piglets of the control group in all periods of research (Tables 1 and 2). Thus, in 30-day-old piglets of the control group, the level of vitamin A decreased by 36.4 95, while the content of vitamin E - by 19.4 95, relative to the indicator taken from 25-day-old piglets. Subsequently, the vitamin content in the blood of control group piglets increased slightly.
