Abstract

Лікувально-оздоровчий тренажер складається з вертикальної частини і горизонтальних верхньої та нижньої планок, до яких приєднані рухомі засоби для вправ, що виконують руками, при одночасному навантаженні м'язів тулуба людини, місця для сидіння та компонентів опору. Вертикальна частина тренажера містить точки кріплення для рухомих засобів. Місце для сидіння розташовують на нижній горизонтальній планці з можливістю розміщення людини сидячи лицем або спиною до вертикальної планки або стоячи на колінах, або взагалі стоячи ногами на підлозі. Гумові джгути, які кріплять до вертикальної і горизонтальних планок у відповідних точках кріплення, є засобами для виконання вправ з ізокінетичним навантаженням м'язів та одночасно слугують компонентами опору. Місце для сидіння має вигляд горизонтальної площадки, що кріпиться знизу до вертикальної основи за допомогою шарнірного з'єднання з нестабільною точкою опори для створення фонового стабілізаційного навантаження.The health-improving simulator consists of a vertical part and horizontal upper and lower slats, to which are attached movable means for exercises performed by hands, with simultaneous loading of the muscles of the human body, a seat and resistance components. Rubber harnesses, which are attached to the vertical and horizontal bars at the appropriate attachment points, are means for performing exercises with isokinetic muscle loading and at the same time serve as resistance components. The seat has the form of a horizontal platform attached from below to the vertical base by means of a hinged connection with an unstable fulcrum to create a background stabilizing load.
