Установка газогенерації із вуглеводневих відходів містить: бункер зі шнековим пристроєм подрібнення, камеру дисперсного подрібнення, роторний ніж швидкісного мотор-мультиплікатора, витяжний вентилятор, трубу відведення диспергованої сировини, циклон, затвор-дозатор, камеру змішування палива, повітряну турбіну з датчиком тиску, форсунку, камеру згоряння з датчиком температури, систему електророзпалювання, бункер зольного залишку із колосниковою решіткою та пульт керування роботою установки. При цьому роторний ніж швидкісного мотор-мультиплікатора встановлений за шнековим подрібнювачем, до камери згоряння під'єднана повітряна турбіна, на виході з камери згоряння встановлений конфузор змінного перерізу.The installation of gas generation from hydrocarbon waste contains: a hopper with a screw grinding device, a dispersed grinding chamber, a rotary knife of a high-speed motor-multiplier, an exhaust fan, a pipe for the removal of dispersed raw materials, a cyclone, a metering valve, a fuel mixing chamber, an air turbine with a pressure sensor, a nozzle, a combustion chamber with a temperature sensor, an electric ignition system, an ash residue hopper with a grate and a remote control unit. At the same time, the rotary knife of the high-speed motor-multiplier is installed behind the screw chopper, an air turbine is connected to the combustion chamber, and a baffle of variable section is installed at the exit from the combustion chamber.
