Abstract

The finger coupling elastic consists of a leading half-coupling, to the flange of which the fingers are rigidly fixed by means of a threaded connection, metal rings and rubber bushings are placed on the fingers, which are inserted into the holes of the driven half-coupling. In the flange of the drive half-coupling, at its end, made two or more holes placed axisymmetrically and at the same distance from the axis of rotation in which the fingers are pressed, and the protruding part of the fingers above the flange lined with elastic material such as rubber, protruding lined parts of the fingers , made on the end of the flange of the driven half-coupling similarly as on the end of the flange of the leading half-coupling.

Description

The useful model belongs to mechanical engineering and can be used to connect the shafts of mechanisms and machines, as well as to prevent kinematic chains from impact and dynamic overloads.

There is a well-known elastic sleeve-finger coupling (see the book V. O. Malashchenko, Drive couplings.

Designs and examples of calculations: Education. manual. - Lviv: Publishing House of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic", 2006. - 196 p., fig. 3.2, p. 40) is closest in its technical essence to the proposed useful model, which consists of a driving half-coupling to which the fingers are rigidly fixed with the help of a threaded connection, metal rings and rubber bushings are placed on the fingers, which are inserted into the holes of the driven half-coupling.

The main disadvantage of such a coupling is that it has a large range of individual parts.

The task of a useful model is to reduce the nomenclature of individual parts.

The technical result is solved by the fact that in the flange of the driving half-coupling, on its end, two or more holes are made, located axisymmetrically and at the same distance from the axis of its rotation, into which the fingers are pressed, and the protruding part of the fingers above the flange is lined with an elastic material, for example, rubber, the protruding lined sections of the fingers are inserted into the holes made in the end of the flange of the driven half-coupling in the same way as in the end of the flange of the driving half-coupling.

The proposed flexible finger coupling has a smaller range of parts.

The essence of the useful model is explained by the drawings, where: in fig. 1 shows a finger elastic coupling, general view, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows what in fig. 1, type A.

The elastic finger clutch consists of the leading 1 and driven 2 half-couplings. Semi-coupling 1 is made in the form of hub C and flange 4. On the end surface of flange 4 of semi-coupling 1, two or more holes are made axisymmetrically and equidistant relative to the axis of rotation of the coupling, into which fingers 5 are pressed.

The clutch works like this. The transmission of the torque from the half-coupling 1 to the half-coupling 2 is carried out through the fingers 5, the ends of which protrude above the end face of the flange 4 of the half-coupling 1 and are lined with an elastic material 6, such as rubber. Due to the deformation of the elastic material 6, such as rubber, the lined areas of the fingers 5, the torque is transmitted gently and the inaccuracies of the assembly of the shafts are compensated.
