Спосіб фіксації поліпропіленової сітки при виконанні ретромускулярної алогерніопластики включає розсікання переднього листка апоневрозу по всьому колу грижових воріт, накладання беззупинного шва внапуск на очеревину з захопленням внутрішніх листків апоневрозу й утворенням кіля з наступним зшиванням м'язів стик у стик з захватом кіля та зовнішніх листків апоневрозу з утворенням дублікатури. Поліпропіленову сітку, попередньо прошиту по краях поліпропіленовими нитками з вільними кінцями, розміщують в просторі між очеревиною і задніми стінками піхви прямих м'язів передньої черевної стінки, під візуальним контролем, через насічки шкіри в проекції розміщення вільних кінців поліпропіленових ниток троакарною голкою проколюють край передньої стінки прямого м'яза і в м'яз в подальшому вводять голку, що містить прямолінійний корпус, дистальний кінець якого має конусоподібне загострення з двома насічками на одній із сторін, проксимальний кінець з'єднаний зі штоком, що знаходиться в напрямній втулці. Проксимальний кінець штока має ручку. Між ручкою штока і проксимальним кінцем напрямної втулки розміщена пружина, що працює на стиснення, проводять через м'які тканини передньої черевної стінки в ділянці з'єднання передніх і задніх стінок піхви прямого м'яза передньої черевної стінки в утворений простір між задньою стінкою піхви прямого м'яза передньої черевної стінки і поліпропіленовою сіткою.
