Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture, namely to methods of collecting rhizomes of miscanthus. The method of collecting miscanthus rhizomes includes mowing the aboveground part of miscanthus plants, cutting the soil into longitudinal strips to the depth of the root layer, digging and separating the heap from lumps of earth, grinding miscanthus rhizomes on a two-drum gear system and loading them into the vehicle.

Description

The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, in particular, it relates to methods of harvesting agricultural crops. crops, namely rhizomes (component rhizomes) of miscanthus.

A well-known method of collecting miscanthus rhizomes includes mowing the above-ground part of the plants, cutting the top layer of soil into longitudinal strips, digging and separating the pile from the lumps of earth. Cutting the soil into longitudinal strips is carried out to the depth of the root-containing layer (Patent of Ukraine on cor. mod. Mo 91517 cl. AO10 91/02, Bull. Mo 13, 2014).

This above-mentioned method, as the closest to what is claimed, is taken as the closest analogue.

The disadvantage of this method is that the main operation of obtaining miscanthus rhizomes from its rhizomes in the future requires the manual labor of workers who are engaged in planting rhizomes in new areas for growing miscanthus.

The task of the invention is to develop a method in which, by improving the technological scheme based on the introduction of an additional technological operation, the replacement of manual work with mechanized work is achieved.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the method of collecting miscanthus rhizomes, which includes mowing the above-ground part of miscanthus plants, cutting the soil into longitudinal strips to the depth of the root layer, digging and separating the pile from the lumps of earth, according to the invention, miscanthus rhizomes are directed to a two-drum toothed system for crushing the rhizome into its component - rhizomes, and loading them into a vehicle.

Thanks to the mechanization of the division of miscanthus rhizomes into rhizomes - rhizome components, the productivity of planting material preparation increases.

The method is explained by the figure, which schematically shows the technical means intended for the implementation of this method.

The process of harvesting miscanthus rhizomes is as follows. The ground part of the miscanthus plants is preliminarily mowed and transported outside the site.
