Винахід стосується здоби, що використовується для одержання тіста, яке одержане з використанням дріжджів або інших видів бродильної мікрофлори, причому здоба виконана у формі капсул з полісахаридною термостабільною оболонкою з внутрішнім умістом у вигляді суміші жирової складової, цукру та/чи цукроподібних речовин, при цьому співвідношення жирова складова:цукор та/чи цукроподібні речовини у вказаній суміші складає як (99,0:80,0)÷(1,0:20,0) мас. %.
