Abstract

Одержувана вологим способом основна мата для акустичної стельової плитки, що містить у розрахунку на суху масу 50 % або більше волокна мінеральної вати, що містить тверді включення, менше 9 % в'яжучої речовини, від 5 до 20 % рубаного ниткоподібного скловолокна та, необов'язково, мінімальні кількості інших компонентів, де рубані ниткоподібні скловолокна сприяють формуванню та/або підтриманню пустот в основі, так що щільність сухої основної мати становить від 120 до 168 кг/м(від приблизно 7 1/2 до приблизно 10 1/2 фунта на кубічний фут) і NRC (коефіцієнт шумопоглинання) становить по суті більше 0,55.
