Abstract

Изобретение касается тигля с отверстием в форме многоугольника, в частности квадратного или прямоугольного, из кремнезема, расплавленного электрической дугой, и способа его получения, который включает в себя формирование порошкообразного кремнезема в полой форме (3) с многоугольной отверстием, причем указанная форма (3) обеспечена множеством каналов, перерезают ее дно (10) и ее стенки (12, 13, 14, 15), при этом указанные каналы распределены по всей ее внутренней поверхности, для получения преформы, затем - плавление кремнезема с помощью электрической дуги внутри преформы, при этом всасывания газов через форму и преформу создает скорость газов по меньшей мере 0,15 м / секунду в любой точке внутренней поверхности преформы в начале плавления.
