Abstract

Задачей данного изобретения является разработка способа получения соединения оксазола с высоким выходом. Данная задача может быть достигнута использованием соединения, представленной формулой (11): EMBED ISISServer , (11) где R1 представляет атом водорода или низшую алкильную группу; R2 представляет 1-пиперидильную группу, замещенную в положении 4 заместителем, выбранным из (A1a) феноксигруппы, замещенной на фенильной части одной или более замещенными галогеном группами низшего алкокси, (A1b) замещенной феноксигруппы низшего алкила, замещенной на фенильной части одной или более замещенными галогеном низшими алкильными группами, (А1с) замещенной фенилом низшей алкокси низшей алкильной группы, замещенной на фенильной части галогеном, (A1d) замещенной фенилом низшей алкильной группы, замещенной на фенильной части одной или более замещенными галогеном низшими алкоксигруппами, (A1e) аминогруппы, замещенной фенильной группой, замещенной одной или более замещенными галогеном низшими алкоксигруппами, и низшей алкильной группой, и (A1f) замещенной фенилом низшей алкоксигруппы, замещенной на фенильной части одной или более замещенными галогеном низшими алкоксигруппами; n представляет целое число от 1 до 6, и X3 представляет органическую сульфонилоксигруппу.
