Данное изобретение относится к электроду для емкостной деионизации воды, который содержит: 60-88 % по весу активированного угля с частицами размером в диапазоне от 75 до 300 мкм; 5-30 % по весу термопластичного полимерного соединительного вещества с частицами размером в диапазоне от 20 до 60 мкм; и 2-30 % по весу электропроводного технического углерода, удельное площадь мезопор которого превышает 100 м/г, кроме того, изобретение относится к способу изготовления такого электрода, и к применению таких электродов в системе и устройстве очистки воды.
