Abstract
一種電動窗簾捲線結構包含有:一上框架,一設置於該上框架的電動馬達、一捲線機構所組成;其特徵在於,該電動馬達具有一輸出軸,該輸出軸上軸接一延伸片,前述的捲線機構包含有一轉軸,前述的轉軸上設置有兩根拉繩,該上框架內部設有數個整線器用於隔開前述的拉繩,又前述的延伸片另一端則插入該轉軸的一軸向插槽中增加轉動半徑,由於該輸出軸與該轉軸產生不同的半徑,使得前述的拉繩在捲收時產生螺旋狀的加速收線狀態。
Description
本新型關於一種電動窗簾捲線結構,能讓電動窗簾捲動流暢之結構。
按,近幾年電動窗簾相當流行,不但沒有拉繩能預防意外發生,此外,透過電子控制能讓窗簾動作確實展開或收起。
常見的電動窗簾的捲線器是透過一電動馬達帶動捲線器轉動,透過捲線器捲放拉繩讓窗簾的簾片得以升降。
但是習用的電動窗簾之捲線結構卻有以下的問題:
1.由於拉繩是透過捲線器捲收或放線,但是拉繩有時容易纏繞在一起,詳細原因在於,電動馬達的軸心是軸接在捲線機構的中心,幾乎沒有轉動慣量(即是質量乘以半徑的平方),故,捲線機構的軸心與外側部位的角動量幾乎為0,所以拉繩就會重複的覆蓋,最後產生拉繩卡死的問題。
2.使用電動窗簾的另一項缺失即在於位置不容易控制,需要重複調整多次才能達到使用者想要的位置,其原因在於電動馬達不供應動力後,捲線機構會因為慣性持續動作,導致簾片持續上升或者下降。
如何改善習用結構的問題,是相關業者積極解決的課題。
本新型的主要目的即在於改善習用結構的缺失,主要目的是增加捲線機構的角動量,使得拉繩在捲收時能產生如螺旋狀態樣,防止拉繩纏繞打結的情況。
可達成前述目的的結構,包含有:一上框架,一設置於該上框架的電動馬達、一捲線機構所組成;其特徵在於,該電動馬達具有一輸出軸,該輸出軸上軸接一延伸片,前述的捲線機構包含有一轉軸,前述的轉軸上設置有兩根拉繩,該上框架內部設有數個整線器用於隔開前述的拉繩,又前述的延伸片另一端則插入該轉軸中央的一軸向插槽中增加轉動半徑,由於該輸出軸與該轉軸產生不同的半徑,使得前述的拉繩在捲收時產生螺旋狀的加速收線狀態。
其中,前述的轉軸在遠離該輸出軸的一側與間隔板之間具有一活動距離,該轉軸轉動時沿著前述的活動距離推進或退回,使得該拉繩能精確產生如螺旋狀的捲收動作。
透過上述的說明,本新型的可獲得的功效如下:
本新型利用延伸片增加轉軸的角動量,讓輸出軸與轉軸產生速差,配合該整線器讓兩根拉繩產生如螺旋狀的捲收狀態,預防前述的拉繩纏繞打結。
如圖1至圖5所示,本新型之電動窗簾捲線結構包含有:一上框架10、一組簾片20、一下框架30、一捲線機構40、兩根拉繩50所組成。
前述的上框架10的內部在預定的位置上設有一電動馬達11,該電動馬達11更配合有一電池組12提供必要的電力,前述的上框架10設有多個間隔板13,將該上框架10區隔出數個空間,前述的電動馬達11上設置有一輸出軸14;前述的上框架10內部設有一捲線機構40,前述的捲線機構40包含有一轉軸41、一固定軸42,前述的固定軸42提供轉軸41支撐,且該轉軸41上提供前述的兩根拉繩50組裝,該捲線機構40更包含至少兩組整線器43,前述的整線器43安裝在該上框架10內部,如圖4所示整線器43的截斷面類似U型,在兩個垂直面431上各別有一凸緣432,藉由該整線器43的凸緣432將前述的拉繩50加以隔開,避免打結。
如圖2至圖5所示,前述的電動馬達11的輸出軸14更包含有一平板狀的延伸片15,並且該延伸片15的另一端接連接該轉軸41中的一軸向插槽411上,其中,該延伸片15的寬度等於該轉軸41的直徑或者大於該轉軸41的半徑長度,其原理在於若直接讓輸出軸14與轉軸41直接軸接,在此狀態下轉軸41的轉動力矩幾乎為0,但是利用該延伸片15則增加轉動力矩的距離,在不增加質量的情況下,增加轉軸41的表面瞬間角加速度,如此一來在使用時,前述的拉繩50會因為轉軸41的轉動下產生如螺旋般的捲收狀態,避免拉繩50重複疊合造成拉繩50纏繞打結的情況發生。
前述的簾片20設置在該上框架10的下端,在本新型的實施例前述的簾片20可選用百頁簾、或者蜂巢簾,前述的拉繩50分別穿設該些簾片20的兩側,該下框架30則設置在前述的簾片20下端,並且該下框架30設有兩個止擋件31,各該止擋片31結合在二該拉繩50的末端,當捲線機構40捲收時,即可讓每一根拉繩50帶動該下框架30,讓簾片產生展開或收闔的動作;關於本技術與目前的技術幾乎相同,不會造成組裝上的困難。
另外,為了增進拉繩50捲收時保持螺旋狀,除了透過該捲線機構40外,進一步的前述的轉軸41在遠離該輸出軸14的一側與間隔板13之間具有一活動距離D,該轉軸41轉動時沿著前述的活動距離D推進或退回,使得該拉繩50能精確產生如螺旋狀的捲收動作。
如圖1至圖6所示,本新型具體的使用方式如下:
1.本新型利用延伸片15增加轉軸41的角動量,讓輸出軸14與轉軸41產生速差,配合該整線器43讓兩根拉繩50產生如螺旋狀的捲收狀態,預防前述的拉繩50纏繞打結。
2.由於轉軸41沿著活動距離D線性位移,因此拉繩50捲收時就會產生螺旋狀的捲收狀。
綜上所述,本創作結構均未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,誠符合新型專利申請要件,懇請 鈞局明鑑,早日准予專利,至為感禱。
需陳明者,以上所述乃是本創作之具體實施立即所運用之技術原理,若依本創作之構想所作之改變,其所產生之功能仍未超出說明書及圖式所涵蓋之精神時,均應在本創作之範圍內,合予陳明。

Claims (4)
- 一種電動窗簾捲線結構,包含有:一上框架,一設置於該上框架的電動馬達、一捲線機構所組成;其特徵在於,該電動馬達具有一輸出軸,該輸出軸上軸接一延伸片,前述的捲線機構包含有一轉軸,前述的轉軸上設置有兩根拉繩,該上框架內部設有數個整線器用於隔開前述的拉繩,又前述的延伸片另一端則插入該轉軸的一軸向插槽中增加轉動半徑,由於該輸出軸與該轉軸產生不同的半徑,使得前述的拉繩在捲收時產生螺旋狀的加速收線狀態。
- 一種電動窗簾捲線結構,包含有:一上框架、一組簾片、一下框架、一捲線機構、兩根拉繩所組成;前述的上框架的內部在預定的位置上設有一電動馬達,該電動馬達更配合有一電池組提供必要的電力,前述的上框架設有多個間隔板,將該上框架區隔出數個空間,前述的電動馬達上設置有一輸出軸;前述的上框架內部設有一捲線機構,前述的捲線機構包含有一轉軸、一固定軸,前述的固定軸提供轉軸支撐,且該轉軸上提供前述的兩根拉繩組裝,該捲線機構更包含至少兩組整線器,前述的整線器安裝在該上框架內部,前述的整線器的截斷面類似U型,在兩個垂直面上各別有一凸緣,藉由該整線器的凸緣將前述的拉繩加以隔開,避免打結;前述的電動馬達的輸出軸更包含有一平板狀的延伸片,並且該延伸片的另一端接連接該轉軸得一軸向插槽上,利用該延伸片則增加轉動力矩的距離,進而增加前述的轉軸的表面瞬間角加速度,使得前述的拉繩會因為轉軸的轉動下產生如螺旋般的捲收狀態; 前述的簾片設置在該上框架的下端,前述的拉繩分別穿設該些簾片的兩側,該下框架則設置在前述的簾片下端,並且該下框架設有兩個止擋件,各該止擋片結合在二該拉繩的末端,當該捲線機構捲收時,即可讓每一根拉繩帶動該下框架,讓前述的簾片產生展開或收闔的動作。
- 如請求項1或2所述的電動窗簾捲線結構,其中,該延伸片的寬度等於該轉軸的直徑或者大於該轉軸的半徑長度。
- 如請求項2所述的電動窗簾捲線結構,其中,該前述的轉軸在遠離該輸出軸的一側與間隔板之間具有一活動距離,該轉軸轉動時沿著前述的活動距離推進或退回,使得該拉繩能精確產生如螺旋狀的捲收動作。
