Abstract

一種調光用對位捲收機構,主要在捲簾機構的捲收軸兩側設置用於導正簾布捲放位置的定位環,當簾布向上捲收時能透過碰觸定位環上的凸緣進而將簾布回推到平整捲收於捲收軸的路徑,進而達到簾布可筆直向下垂放或捲收的效果。

Description

調光用對位捲收機構
本發明關於無拉繩的捲簾結構領域,特別係指一種能提供捲簾的簾布往上捲收時,能保持簾布平直狀態的調光用對位捲收機構。
按,常見的捲簾的結構如第一圖所示,基本上有一上樑1,在上樑1的下端兩側設有軸蓋2,在二該軸蓋2之間設有一捲收軸3,捲收軸3內設有捲收機構4,在前述捲收軸3上設有的一簾布5,使用者藉由拉動簾布5的下樑6,即可帶動捲收軸3轉動,使得簾布5向下捲放而出,因此操作上相當安全、便利的特點。
然而,如第二圖所示,上述的簾布5受到捲收軸3以及其內的捲收機構4呈自然捲收,但是簾布5於向上捲收時,簾布5容易受到外力影響而呈傾斜捲收,有時會造成簾布5不平整的纏捲在捲收軸3的一側,需要使用者維修;因此,習用的結構仍有未臻完善之處,實為一大弊端的問題,而亟待加以改良。
本發明的主要目的即在於提供一種調光用對位捲收機構,主要在捲簾機構的捲收軸兩側設置用於導正簾布捲收位置的定位環,當簾布向上捲收時能透過碰觸定位環上的凸緣進而將簾布回推到往上平整捲收的路徑,進而達到簾布可筆直向下垂放或捲收的效果。
緣此,本發明的結構包含有:一上樑,該上樑的兩端下方設有一軸蓋,在二該軸蓋之間設有一捲收軸,該捲收軸為一空心的管體,並於該捲收軸的內部設有一捲收機構,又該上樑設有一插槽;一簾布,該簾布的頂端設有一插桿,藉由該插桿組入該插槽中,使得該簾布隨著該捲收軸轉動產生向下捲放或者朝上捲收的動作,該簾布的下端組設一下樑;其特徵在於:該捲收軸與各該軸蓋之間更設置有一定位環,該定位環呈環狀,由內而外依序設有一卡掣部以及一定位部,前述的卡掣部係組合在該捲收軸內,受到該捲收軸旋轉方向帶動該定位部同向旋轉;該定位部呈圓環狀,並且該定位部包含有一傾斜的盤部以及多個凸出於該盤部的凸緣所構成,該盤部係以該卡掣部與該盤部接觸點朝外側傾斜,使得該盤部的厚度由內而外逐漸變薄的造型,該些凸緣的外型為半月形,其凸出於該盤部,並且該些凸緣是以環狀排列在該盤部上;在簾布展開的狀態下,當把該簾布朝上捲收會產生左右偏擺時,該簾布先接觸該定位環之盤部後,接著沿著該定位環的凸緣爬升,透過該些凸緣將該簾布推回導正,使得該簾布保持平整捲收。
在本發明的實施例,其中,該捲收機構是一預扭力之彈簧。
在本發明的實施例,其中,該捲收機構是一齒輪盒。
在本發明的實施例,其中,該盤部上設有三組凸緣。
透過上述的說明,本發明可獲得下列功效與優點:本發明的結構係在現有的捲簾機構上加裝上定位環,使得簾布能平整的向下捲放或者朝上捲收,避免簾布纏捲的問題發生。

為使 貴審查委員能對本發明之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同,茲列舉以下較佳之實施例並配合圖式說明如下: 請參閱第三至四圖,本發明之調光用對位捲收機構主要包含有:一上樑1、二組軸蓋2、一捲收軸3、一捲收機構4、一簾布5、一下樑6以及兩組定位環7所構成。
如第三至四圖所示,該上樑1的兩端下方設有軸蓋2,在二該軸蓋2之間設有一捲收軸3,進一步而言,該捲收軸3可透過該軸蓋2的軸管21加以連接,並在兩軸蓋2之間轉動。
如第三至四圖所示,該捲收軸3為一空心的管體,在該捲收軸3的內側設有用於連接該捲收機構4的排齒31,另外該上樑1設有一插槽11供該簾布5連接。
如第三至四圖所示,該捲收機構4設置在該捲收軸3的內部,該捲收機構4上設有連接於該排齒31之連接輪41,當捲收軸3轉動時,透過連接輪41帶動捲收機構4,進而控制簾布5向下捲放或者朝上捲收之功能,其中,該捲收機構4可採用圖式中所繪製的齒輪盒結構,或者選用彈簧型捲放機構、或者電動馬達機構皆可為本發明所運用的方式。
如第三至四圖所示,該簾布5的頂端設有一插桿51,藉由該插桿51組入該插槽11中,使得該簾布5隨著該捲收軸3轉動產生向下捲放或者朝上捲收的動作,該簾布5的下端組設一下樑6,該下樑6提供使用者拉動,使得簾布5可以上升或下降。
如第三至六圖所示,二該定位環7係設置在軸蓋2與捲收軸3之間,如第五圖所示,該定位環7呈環狀,由內而外依序設有一卡掣部71以及一定位部72,前述的卡掣部71係組合在該捲收軸3內, 受到該捲收軸3旋轉方向帶動該定位部72同向旋轉;該定位部72呈圓環狀,並且該定位部72包含有一傾斜的盤部721以及多個凸出於該盤部721的凸緣722所構成;請繼續參閱第五圖,該盤部721係以該卡掣部71與該盤部721接觸點朝外側傾斜,使得該盤部721的厚度由內而外逐漸變薄的造型,根據申請人的實驗,該盤部721的角度D大致為2°~8°之間,該些凸緣722的外型為半月形,其凸出於該盤部721,並且該些凸緣722是以環狀排列在該盤部721上。
如第七圖所示,使用的狀態下,該簾布5朝上捲收而產生左右偏擺時,該簾布5先接觸該定位環7之盤部721後,如第八圖所示,簾布5繼續沿著該定位環7的凸緣722爬升,透過該些凸緣722將該簾布5推回導正,使得該簾布5保持平整向上捲收。
據此,透過捲收軸3兩側設置用於導正簾布5捲放位置的定位環7,當簾布5向上捲收時能透過碰觸定位環7上的凸緣722進而將簾布5回推到往上平整捲收的路徑,進而達到簾布5可筆直向下垂放或捲收的效果。
綜上所述,本發明構成結構均未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,誠符合發明專利申請要件,懇請 鈞局明鑑,早日准予專利,至為感禱。
需陳明者,以上所述乃是本發明之具體實施立即所運用之技術原理,若依本發明之構想所作之改變,其所產生之功能仍未超出說明書及圖式所涵蓋之精神時,均應在本發明之範圍內,合予陳明。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種調光用對位捲收機構,主要包含有:一上樑,該上樑的兩端下方設有一軸蓋,在二該軸蓋之間設有一捲收軸,該捲收軸為一空心的管體,並於該捲收軸的內部設有一捲收機構,又該上樑設有一插槽;一簾布,該簾布的頂端設有一插桿,藉由該插桿組入該插槽中,使得該簾布隨著該捲收軸轉動產生向下捲放或者朝上捲收的動作,該簾布的下端組設一下樑;其特徵在於: 該捲收軸與各該軸蓋之間更設置有一定位環,該定位環呈環狀,由內而外依序設有一卡掣部以及一定位部,前述的卡掣部係組合在該捲收軸內,受到該捲收軸旋轉方向帶動該定位部同向旋轉;該定位部呈圓環狀,並且該定位部包含有一傾斜的盤部以及多個凸出於該盤部的凸緣所構成,該盤部係以該卡掣部與該盤部接觸點朝外側傾斜,使得該盤部的厚度由內而外逐漸變薄的造型,該些凸緣的外型為半月形,其凸出於該盤部,並且該些凸緣是以環狀排列在該盤部上; 使用的狀態下,該簾布朝上捲收而產生左右偏擺時,該簾布先接觸該定位環之盤部後,接著沿著該定位環的凸緣爬升,透過該些凸緣將該簾布推回導正,使得該簾布保持平整捲收。
  2. 如請求項1所述調光用對位捲收機構,其中,該捲收機構是一預扭力之彈簧。
  3. 如請求項1所述調光用對位捲收機構,其中,該捲收機構是一齒輪盒。
  4. 如請求項1所述調光用對位捲收機構,其中,該盤部上設有多組凸緣。
  5. 如請求項1所述調光用對位捲收機構,其中,該盤部的斜率大致為2∘~8∘之間。
