Abstract

一種無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,包含有一捲收單元、一導引單元,以及二拉繩,捲收單元具有二捲簧輪及一連接兩個捲簧輪之捲簧,每一個捲簧輪嚙接一個拉繩輪,使得拉繩輪能被捲收單元所驅動而同步轉動,導引單元分別鄰設於一個拉繩輪且分別具有可轉動地之一第一滾柱,拉繩分別繞設於第一滾柱,而且,拉繩之一端連接於拉繩輪,拉繩之另一端位於基座外。藉此,在拉繩藉由拉繩輪之轉動而纏繞於拉繩輪或從拉繩輪釋放出來的過程中,利用第一滾柱的轉動,可以增加整體傳動過程的穩定度及順暢度。

Description

無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構
本發明與無拉繩窗簾有關,特別是指一種無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構。
一般的窗簾在結構上可以區分為拉繩式及無拉繩式,所謂的拉繩式窗簾主要利用一條拉繩來驅使簾體產生高度方面的變化,以達到展開及收合的效果,而無拉繩式窗簾則是利用手部對下樑施以上推或下拉的力量,讓簾體能夠展開或收合。
中華民國公告第263877號專利案及中華民國公告第322458號專利案分別對用以驅動簾體升降之傳動機構進行改良,但是前述兩個專利案在改良之後仍然無法有效降低結構複雜度,同時也無法提供給簾體理想的傳動效果。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,其能簡化結構且提供良好的傳動效果。
為了達成上述目的,本發明所提供之簾體傳動機構包含有一基座、一捲收單元、二拉繩輪、二導引單元,以及二拉繩。該捲收單元具有二捲簧輪及一捲簧,該二捲簧輪可轉動地設於該基座且相互嚙接在一起,該捲簧連接該二捲簧輪且可選擇地捲繞於其中一該捲簧輪;該拉繩輪可轉動地設於該基座且分別嚙接一該捲簧輪,使得該拉繩輪被該捲收單元所驅動而同步轉動;該導引單元鄰設於一該拉繩輪且具有一第一滾柱,該第一滾柱可轉動地設於該基座,而且,該第一滾柱之軸向平行於該捲簧輪之軸向與該拉繩輪之軸向;該拉繩繞設於一該第一滾柱,該二拉繩之一端連接於一該拉繩輪且能藉由該拉繩輪之轉動而纏繞於該拉繩輪或從該拉繩輪釋放出來,該二拉繩之另一端位於該基座外,用以連接一下樑。
由上述可知,在展開一連接該下樑之簾體的過程中,該拉繩藉由該下樑之拉動而帶動該拉繩輪轉動,接著該拉輪繩會帶動與其相嚙接之捲簧輪一起轉動,使該捲簧藉由該二捲簧輪之轉動而蓄積彈性回復力,直到將該簾體完全展開之後再釋放對下樑的拉力,當要收合簾體時,藉由對該下樑的推力及該捲簧之彈性回復力,該捲簧輪會帶動與其相嚙接之拉繩輪一起轉動,使該拉繩逐漸纏繞於該拉繩輪,直到將該簾體完全收合之後再釋放對下樑的推力。然而不論在展開或收合的過程中,利用該導引單元的轉動,該拉繩可以穩定且順暢地作動,使整體操作過程中能達到良好的傳動效果。
有關本發明所提供之簾體傳動機構的詳細構造、特點、組裝或使用方式,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,在本發明領域中具有通常知識者應能瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅係用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明之專利申請範圍。
請先參閱第1及2圖,本發明之簾體傳動機構10包含有一基座20、一捲收單元30、二拉繩輪40、二導引單元50,以及二拉繩60。
基座20用於裝設於一上樑12內且具有一底板21及一蓋設於底板21之頂板22,此外,基座20之兩端分別具有一開口23與一設於開口23之十字桿24,十字桿24固定在頂、底板21、22之間,而且,十字桿24之中心對應於開口23之中心。
捲收單元30具有二捲簧輪32及一捲簧34,該二捲簧輪32分別藉由一第一輪軸36樞設於基座20且相互嚙接在一起,捲簧34連接該二捲簧輪32且能藉由該二捲簧輪32之相對轉動而捲繞於其中一個捲簧輪32。
拉繩輪40藉由一第二輪軸42樞設於基座20且分別嚙接一個捲簧輪32,使得拉繩輪40能被與其相嚙接之捲簧輪32所帶動而同步轉動。
導引單元50鄰設於拉繩輪40且具有一第一滾柱51、一第二滾柱52,以及一第三滾柱53,第一滾柱51藉由一第一軸件54樞設於基座20且位於基座20之一前側邊,第二滾柱52藉由一第二軸件55樞設於基座20且位於基座20之一後側邊,第三滾柱53藉由一第三軸件56樞設於基座20且與第二滾柱52並排設置。第一、第二及第三滾柱51、52、53均是由塑膠材質所製成。
拉繩60之一端固定於拉繩輪40,使得拉繩60能藉由拉繩輪40之轉動而纏繞於拉繩輪40或從拉繩輪40釋放出來。拉繩60在通過導引單元50時可以根據窗簾的不同尺寸而有不同的繞法,假如配合小尺寸窗簾使用時,如第3圖所示,拉繩60可以繞設第一滾柱51一圈之後從基座20之開口23穿出基座20外與一下樑14連接在一起,假如配合大尺寸窗簾使用時 ,如第5圖所示,拉繩60先用反向方式繞設於第一滾柱51半圈及第二滾柱52半圈之後,再繞設於第三滾柱53一圈,最後再從基座20之開口23穿出基座20外,假如配合一般尺寸窗簾使用時,如第4圖所示,拉繩60則是可以用反向方式繞設於第一滾柱51半圈及第二滾柱52半圈之後,再由基座20之開口23穿出基座20外。然而不論何種繞法,拉繩60在通過基座20之開口23時會被基座20之十字桿24的中心處所抵壓住,以增加作動穩定性。
由上述結構可知,當要展開一設於上、下樑12、14之間之簾體16時,首先施力往下拉動下樑14,使拉繩60藉由下樑14之拉動而帶動拉繩輪40轉動,接著在拉繩輪40轉動的過程中會帶動與其相嚙接之捲簧輪32一起轉動,使捲簧34藉由兩個捲簧輪32之相對轉動而蓄積彈性回復力,直到將簾體16完全展開之後再釋放對下樑14的拉力,此時下樑14的重量跟捲簧34的彈力之間會呈現靜力平衡,讓簾體16能保持在展開的狀態。
當要收合簾體16時,使用者需要施力向上推動下樑14,捲簧34之彈性回復力藉助使用者的推力輔助便足以帶動兩個捲簧輪32同時以反向轉動,捲簧輪32在反向轉動的過程中時會帶動與其相嚙接之拉繩輪40轉動,接著拉繩輪40在轉動時便會開始捲收拉繩60,直到簾體16完全收合時,使用者再釋放施予下樑14的推力,此時下樑14之重量與捲簧34之彈力之間便會再度呈現靜力平衡,使簾體16保持在收合的狀態。
不論在展開簾體16或收合簾體16的過程中,導引單元50中被拉繩60所纏繞的滾柱51、52、53均能藉由與拉繩60之間的摩擦力而跟著拉繩60的作動進行轉動,如此可以對拉繩60增加作動的穩定度及順暢度,使整體操作過程中能夠達到良好的傳動效果。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,包含有: 一基座; 一捲收單元,具有二捲簧輪及一捲簧,該二捲簧輪可轉動地設於該基座且相互嚙接在一起,該捲簧連接該二捲簧輪且可選擇地捲繞於其中一該捲簧輪; 二拉繩輪,該二拉繩輪可轉動地設於該基座且分別嚙接一該捲簧輪; 二導引單元,分別鄰設於一該拉繩輪且分別具有一可轉動地設於該基座之第一滾柱,該第一滾柱之軸向平行於該捲簧輪之軸向與該拉繩輪之軸向;以及 二拉繩,分別繞設於一該第一滾柱,該二拉繩之一端連接於一該拉繩輪且能藉由該拉繩輪之轉動而纏繞於該拉繩輪或從該拉繩輪釋放出來,該二拉繩之另一端位於該基座外。
  2. 如請求項1所述之無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,其中該基座具有一第一側邊,該第一滾柱設於該基座之第一側邊,該拉繩繞設於該第一滾柱一圈。
  3. 如請求項1所述之無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,其中各該導引單元更具有一第二滾柱,該第二滾柱可轉動地設於該基座且與該第一滾柱分別位於該基座之兩相對側邊,該拉繩繞設於該第一滾柱半圈且繞設於該第二滾柱半圈。
  4. 如請求項1所述之無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,其中各該導引單元更具有一第二滾柱與一第三滾柱,第二、第三滾柱分別可轉動地且相互並排地設於該基座且與該第一滾柱分別位於該基座之兩相對側邊,該拉繩繞設於該第一滾柱半圈且繞設於該第二滾柱半圈且繞設於該第三滾柱一圈。
  5. 如請求項1所述之無拉繩窗簾之簾體傳動機構,其中該基座之兩端分別具有一開口與一設於該開口之十字桿,該十字桿之中心對應於該開口之中心,該拉繩被該十字桿之中心抵壓住且經由該開口伸出該基座外。
