Abstract

一種用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，包含有一支撐部、兩翼部及兩延伸部，兩翼部從支撐部之兩相對側邊往遠離支撐部的方向延伸而出，且兩翼部分別具有一穿繩孔，分繩片藉由兩穿繩孔分別讓一條傳動繩穿設，兩延伸部分別自兩翼部之一側面沿著平行穿繩孔之軸向的方向相對地延伸而出，且兩延伸部具有一定位端，分繩片藉由定位端跟窗簾捲繩器進行組裝定位。藉此，本發明之分繩片可以讓兩條傳動繩進行區隔，以避免兩條傳動繩在傳動過程中發生相互干涉或纏繞打結的情況。

Description

用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片
本發明與窗簾有關，尤指一種用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片。
就一般常見的窗簾來說，葉片的展開與收合主要是透過多條傳動繩來進行傳動。以葉片的收合為例，當捲繩輪受到動力源的驅動而開始轉動時，傳動繩會被其本身所固定之捲繩輪所捲收，接著傳動繩在捲收的過程中會進一步拉動下樑，使葉片藉由下樑的推動而由下往上依序堆疊在一起，如此便完成葉片的收合。
然而前述習用技術當中，傳動繩在傳動過程中很容易發生互相干涉或纏繞打結的情況，除了可能造成葉片在作動上的不順暢，甚至也可能讓葉片發生卡住而無法收放的情況。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，其能避免兩條傳動繩在傳動過程中發生相互干涉或纏繞打結的情況。
為了達成上述目的，本發明之分繩片包含有一支撐部、兩翼部及兩延伸部。該兩翼部從該支撐部之兩相對側邊往遠離該支撐部的方向延伸而出，且該兩翼部分別具有一穿繩孔，各該穿繩孔用以供一條傳動繩穿設；各該延伸部自一該翼部之一側面沿著平行該穿繩孔之軸向的方向相對地延伸而出，且各該延伸部具有一定位端，該定位端用來本發明之分繩片跟該窗簾捲繩器之進行組裝定位。藉此，本發明之分繩片可以讓兩條傳動繩進行區隔，以避免兩條傳動繩在傳動過程中發生相互干涉或纏繞打結的情況。
較佳地，該支撐部為長條形，該兩翼部相對於該支撐部之長度方向呈旋轉對稱，而且，該兩翼板之穿繩孔不在同一高度，以便配合兩條傳動繩的位置。
請先參閱第1圖，圖中所示之窗簾捲繩器10為習知技術，主要用來控制窗簾葉片的收放，在結構方面包含有一個基座20、兩個驅動齒輪24、一條捲簧25、兩個捲繩齒輪26，以及四條兩兩成對之傳動繩27，其中：基座20之兩相對端分別具有兩根呈並排間隔設置之邊柱21與一位於兩邊柱21之間的端部開口22，此外，基座20在端部開口22的上、下方分別具有一凸點23；兩個驅動齒輪24可轉動地設於基座20且彼此嚙接在一起；捲簧25連接在兩個驅動齒輪24之間，使得捲簧25能藉由兩個驅動齒輪24之轉動而從螺旋狀的捲收狀態下被拉伸出來；兩個捲繩齒輪26可轉動地設於基座20且分別嚙接一個驅動齒輪24，使得兩個捲繩齒輪26能分別被本身所嚙接之驅動齒輪24所帶動而一起轉動；每一對傳動繩27以上下兩層的方式設於一個捲繩齒輪26，使得每一對傳動繩27能藉由捲繩齒輪26之轉動而共同纏繞於捲繩齒輪26或自捲繩齒輪26釋放出來。
請再參閱第2圖，本發明之分繩片30包含有一支撐部31、兩個翼部33，以及兩個延伸部35，其中：支撐部31為長條形，且支撐部31之橫斷面形狀為弧形；兩翼部33從支撐部31之兩相對長側邊往遠離支撐部31的方向延伸而出且分別具有一穿繩孔34，此外，兩翼部33相對於支撐部31之長度方向呈旋轉對稱，使得兩翼部33之穿繩孔34不在同一高度上，如此可以配合兩條傳動繩27的位置而讓兩條傳動繩27分別穿過一個穿繩孔34；兩延伸部35分別自一個翼部33之內側面沿著平行穿繩孔34之軸向的方向相對地延伸而出且分別具有一定位端36。
在配合前述窗簾捲繩器10使用時，本發明之分繩片30主要是配合捲繩齒輪26的位置而在基座20之兩相對端分別設置一個。在組裝時，如第3圖所示，首先藉由兩相對之延伸部35嵌設於基座20之端部開口22內，並藉由支撐部31之凹弧狀表面32抵接於基座20之兩端的上、下兩個凸點23來達到定位，最後再藉由延伸部35之定位端36勾卡於基座20之兩邊柱21來完成組裝固定。在完成組裝之後，如第1圖所示，本發明之分繩片30可以將兩條傳動繩27區隔開來，以避免兩條傳動繩27在傳動過程中發生相互干涉或纏繞打結的情況，以達到增加作動順暢度及穩定性的效果。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，包含有一支撐部、兩翼部及兩延伸部，該兩翼部從該支撐部之兩相對側邊往遠離該支撐部的方向延伸而出，且該兩翼部分別具有一穿繩孔，各該延伸部自一該翼部之一側面沿著平行該穿繩孔之軸向的方向相對地延伸而出，且各該延伸部具有一定位端。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，其中該支撐部為長條形，該兩翼部相對於該支撐部之長度方向呈旋轉對稱。
  3. 如請求項1所述之用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，其中該支撐部之橫斷面形狀為弧形。
  4. 如請求項1所述之用於窗簾捲繩器之分繩片，其中該兩穿繩孔不在同一高度。
