一种调光用对位卷收机构,主要在卷帘机构的卷收轴两侧设置用于导正帘布卷放位置的定位环,当帘布向上卷收时能通过碰触定位环上的凸缘进而将帘布回推到平整卷收于卷收轴的路径,进而达到帘布可笔直向下垂放或卷收的效果。

一种调光用对位卷收机构
技术领域
本发明关于无拉绳的卷帘结构领域,特别是指一种能提供卷帘的帘布往上卷收时,能保持帘布平直状态的调光用对位卷收机构。
背景技术
目前,常见的卷帘的结构如图1所示,基本上有一上梁,在上梁的下端两侧设有轴盖,在二该轴盖之间设有一卷收轴,卷收轴内设有卷收机构4,在前述卷收轴上设有的一帘布,使用者通过拉动帘布的下梁,即可带动卷收轴转动,使得帘布向下卷放而出,因此操作上相当安全、便利的特点。
然而,如图2所示,上述的帘布受到卷收轴以及其内的卷收机构呈自然卷收,但是帘布于向上卷收时,帘布容易受到外力影响而呈倾斜卷收,有时会造成帘布不平整的缠卷在卷收轴的一侧,需要使用者维修;因此,现有的结构仍有未臻完善之处,实为一大弊端的问题,而亟待加以改良。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的即在于提供一种调光用对位卷收机构,主要在卷帘机构的卷收轴两侧设置用于导正帘布卷收位置的定位环,当帘布向上卷收时能通过碰触定位环上的凸缘进而将帘布回推到往上平整卷收的路径,进而达到帘布可笔直向下垂放或卷收的效果。
本发明的结构包括有:一上梁,该上梁的两端下方设有一轴盖,在两个该轴盖之间设有一卷收轴,该卷收轴为一空心的管体,并于该卷收轴的内部设有一卷收机构,又该上梁设有一插槽;一帘布,该帘布的顶端设有一插杆,通过该插杆组入该插槽中,使得该帘布随着该卷收轴转动产生向下卷放或者朝上卷收的动作,该帘布的下端组设一下梁;其特征在于:
该卷收轴与各轴盖之间更还设置有一定位环,该定位环呈环状,由内而外依序设有一卡掣部以及一定位部,前述的卡掣部组合在该卷收轴内,受到该卷收轴旋转方向带动该定位部同向旋转;该定位部呈圆环状,并且该定位部包括有一倾斜的盘部以及多个凸出于该盘部的凸缘所构成,该盘部以该卡掣部与该盘部接触点朝外侧倾斜,使得该盘部呈厚度由内而外逐渐变薄的造型,这些凸缘的外型为半月形,其凸出于该盘部,并且这些凸缘是以环状排列在该盘部上;
在帘布展开的状态下,当把该帘布朝上卷收会产生左右偏摆时,该帘布先接触该定位环的盘部后,接着沿着该定位环的凸缘爬升,通过这些凸缘将该帘布推回导正,使得该帘布保持平整卷收。
在本发明的实施例,其中,该卷收机构是一预扭力的弹簧。
在本发明的实施例,其中,该卷收机构是一齿轮盒。
在本发明的实施例,其中,该盘部上设有多组凸缘。
在本发明的实施例,其中,该盘部的倾斜角度为2°~8°之间。
通过上述的说明,本发明可获得下列功效与优点:本发明的结构在现有的卷帘机构上加装上定位环,使得帘布能平整的向下卷放或者朝上卷收,避免帘布缠卷的问题发生。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图3、图4,本发明的调光用对位卷收机构主要包括有:一上梁1、二组轴盖2、一卷收轴3、一卷收机构4、一帘布5、一下梁6以及两组定位环7。
如图3、图4所示,该上梁1的两端下方设有轴盖2,在二该轴盖2之间设有一卷收轴3,进一步而言,该卷动轴3可通过该轴盖2的轴管21加以连接,并在两轴盖2之间转动。
如图3、图4所示,该卷收轴3为一空心的管体,在该卷收轴3的内侧设有用于连接该卷收机构4的排齿31,另外该上梁1设有一插槽11供该帘布5连接。
如图3、图4所示,该卷收机构4设置在该卷收轴3的内部,该卷收机构4上设有连接于该排齿31的连接轮41,当卷收轴3转动时,通过连接轮41带动卷收机构4,进而控制帘布5向下卷放或者朝上卷收的功能,其中,该卷收机构4可采用附图中所绘制的齿轮盒结构,或者选用弹簧型卷放机构、或者电动马达机构皆可为本发明所运用的方式。
如图3、图4所示,该帘布5的顶端设有一插杆51,通过该插杆51组入该插槽11中,使得该帘布5随着该卷收轴3转动产生向下卷放或者朝上卷收的动作,该帘布5的下端组设一下梁6,该下梁6提供使用者拉动,使得帘布5可以上升或下降。
如图3-图6所示,两个该定位环7设置在轴盖2与卷收轴3之间,如图5所示,该定位环7呈环状,由内而外依序设有一卡掣部71以及一定位部72,前述的卡掣部71组合在该卷收轴3内,受到该卷收轴3旋转方向带动该定位部72同向旋转;该定位部72呈圆环状,并且该定位部72包括有一倾斜的盘部721以及多个凸出于该盘部721的凸缘722;请继续参阅图5,该盘部721以该卡掣部71与该盘部721接触点朝外侧倾斜,使得该盘部721呈厚度由内而外逐渐变薄的造型,根据申请人的实验,该盘部721的角度D为2°~8°之间,这些凸缘72的外型为半月形,其凸出于该盘部721,并且这些凸缘722是以环状排列在该盘部721上。
如图7所示,使用的状态下,该帘布5朝上卷收而产生左右偏摆时,该帘布5先接触该定位环7的盘部721后,如图8所示,帘布5继续沿着该定位环7的凸缘722爬升,通过这些凸缘722将该帘布5推回导正,使得该帘布5保持平整向上卷收。
据此,通过卷收轴3两侧设置用于导正帘布5卷放位置的定位环7,当帘布5向上卷收时能通过碰触定位环7上的凸缘722进而将帘布5回推到往上平整卷收的路径,进而达到帘布5可笔直向下垂放或卷收的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种调光用对位卷收机构,包括有:一上梁,该上梁的两端下方设有一轴盖,在两个该轴盖之间设有一卷收轴,该卷收轴为一空心的管体,并于该卷收轴的内部设有一卷收机构,该上梁设有一插槽;一帘布,该帘布的顶端设有一插杆,通过该插杆组入该插槽中,使得该帘布随着该卷收轴转动产生向下卷放或者朝上卷收的动作,该帘布的下端组设一下梁;其特征在于,
该卷收轴与各轴盖之间还设置有一定位环,该定位环呈环状,由内而外依序设有一卡掣部以及一定位部,该卡掣部组合在该卷收轴内,受到该卷收轴旋转方向带动该定位部同向旋转;该定位部呈圆环状,并且该定位部包括有一倾斜的盘部以及多个凸出于该盘部的凸缘所构成,该盘部以该卡掣部与该盘部接触点朝外侧倾斜,使得该盘部呈厚度由内而外逐渐变薄的造型,这些凸缘的外型为半月形,其凸出于该盘部,并且这些凸缘是以环状排列在该盘部上;
使用的状态下,该帘布朝上卷收而产生左右偏摆时,该帘布先接触该定位环的盘部后,接着沿着该定位环的凸缘爬升,通过这些凸缘将该帘布推回导正,使得该帘布保持平整卷收。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调光用对位卷收机构,其特征在于,该卷收机构是一预扭力的弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调光用对位卷收机构,其特征在于,该卷收机构是一齿轮盒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种调光用对位卷收机构,其特征在于,该盘部上设有多组凸缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种调光用对位卷收机构,其特征在于,该盘部的倾斜角度为2°~8°之间。
