Abstract

一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置，包括卷绳机构，控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构，以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构，所述的卷绳机构包括卷绳轴（1），一组卷绳推进器（2）设置在卷绳轴（1）上，传动机构与卷绳轴（1）连接，遮阳机构连接在卷绳推进器（2）上。由于采用单根卷绳轴，可以缠绕多根拉绳（13），使遮阳机构平衡收放；而且单根卷绳轴不需要左右移动，结构简单，组装效率高。同时使用拉绳（13）限制叶片（11）前后移动，使叶片堆叠整齐，减少与中空玻璃的接触和摩擦，保护玻璃表面的镀膜。此外，使用单方向带摩擦阻尼的手柄（7，8），克服了大尺寸遮阳机构上升后由于自重较重而容易自行下滑的缺点。

Description

一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置 术綱
本发明涉及一种窗帘， 尤其涉及一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置。
背景技术
由于中空百叶窗的优秀保温及遮阳效果， 它在现代建筑节能中作用日益 凸显。 而且由于中空百叶窗的特殊的装饰效果、 易于清洁、 耐用、 防火等特 点， 它的应用已经越来越普及。 但是目前市场上销售的中空百叶窗都有一些 缺点。 如美国专利 US6601633B2公布中空百叶装置， 它利用磁力直接向下拉 动窗帘拉绳使得百叶窗上升， 向上松开拉绳后百叶窗在重力作用下下降。 这 种结构中， 多股拉绳容易缠绕打结， 使得百叶窗无法正常使用或者百叶窗下 梁容易歪斜。 美国专利 5908062中公布的百叶窗提升装置， 用到 2个或更多的 带锥度的绕线筒， 当绕线筒转动时把 2根或多根拉绳有序的从绕线筒的大直径 断向小直径端方向缠绕， 此时百叶窗上升， 当绕线筒反转时， 百叶窗下降。 这种装置在实际生产中会碰到拉绳卡死在绕线筒与绕线筒的压盖之间， 或者 由于多个绕线筒外径大小有差别引起多跟拉绳上升速度不一致， 从而出现窗 帘歪斜。 美国专利 US6817401B2中公布的百叶窗提升装置， 包括一根可以同 时缠绕多根拉绳的圆轴， 为了获得有序缠绕， 圆轴在转动的同时还要左右运 动， 因此增加了机构的复杂度， 生产组装效率也不高。
此外， 通常百叶窗叶片的宽度小于中空玻璃内腔的间距， 以便百叶窗可 以上下自由运动。 但是百叶窗叶片上升时叶片的堆叠会前后错开， 以至于碰 到两侧玻璃。 这样叶片上下运动时会增加摩擦， 操作百叶窗时费力， 同时叶 片与玻璃的摩擦可能刮伤玻璃表面镀层。 当百叶窗尺寸较大时， 靠磁力根本 无法顺利收拉百叶窗， 或者当百叶窗勉强收到顶部位置后， 在自重作用下会 下落一段距离， 无法停在理想的位置。
¾明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使叶片平衡收放、 收叠整齐， 防止遮阳机构 自然下落的中空玻璃内置遮阳装置。
为达到上述目的， 本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置包括卷绳机 构， 控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构， 以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构， 所述的卷绳机构包括卷绳轴， 一组卷绳推进器设置在卷绳轴上， 传动机构与 卷绳轴连接， 遮阳机构连接在卷绳推进器上。
所述的卷绳轴上设有一组轴向凹槽， 所述的卷绳推进器包括用于套装在 卷绳轴上的套环，套环上设有梯绳固定槽和套环卡槽， 一组连接导向块与套环 一体成型且与上述凹槽相匹配。
所述的连接导向块具有坡度， 其与套环连接端的高度大于凹槽的深度， 另一端的高度等于或小于凹槽的深度。
所述的传动机构包括上皮带轮、 下皮带轮、 皮带、 内手柄和外手柄， 上 皮带轮和下皮带轮分别通过上皮带轮支承座和下皮带轮支承座定位， 皮带两 端分别与内手柄两端连接并形成封闭环形， 所述的外手柄包括一壳体，在其内 部设有一组滚轮安装槽， 滚轮设置在滚轮安装槽内并与壳体活动连接， 一组 磁铁设置壳体内。
所述的内手柄与外手柄通过磁吸配合形成联动。
所述的滚轮包括轮体， 以及轮体两侧的滚轴， 在壳体上设有与滚轴配合 的滚轴孔， 所述的滚轴孔为腰型孔。
所述的遮阳机构包括一组百叶窗叶片， 梯绳串联各叶片并与卷绳推进器 连接， 叶片两侧分别设有拉绳， 所述的拉绳纵向交织在梯绳上， 且其一端固 定在卷绳轴上。
所述的梯绳包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳以及一组连接两段边绳的横 档， 拉绳与横档交织上升并由边绳限位在梯绳内。
所述的遮阳机构还包括百褶帘或蜂巢帘。
由于上述技术方案的采用， 本发明与现有技术相比， 具有以下优点： 本 发明使用单根卷绳轴， 可以缠绕多根拉绳， 使遮阳机构平衡收放； 单根卷绳 轴不需要左右移动， 结构简单， 组装效率高。 本发明同时使用拉绳限制叶片 前后移动， 使叶片堆叠整齐， 减少与中空玻璃的接触， 保护玻璃表面的镀膜， 减少了摩擦。 同时本发明使用带单方向带摩擦阻尼的手柄， 克服了大尺寸遮 阳机构上升后由于自重较重， 容易自行下滑的现象。

本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置包括卷绳机构， 控制该卷绳机 构转动的传动机构， 以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构。
如图 2所示， 卷绳机构包括卷绳轴 1和套装在该卷绳轴 1上一组卷绳推 进器 2; 所述的卷绳轴 1上设有一组轴向凹槽 101， 所述的卷绳推进器 2包括 用于套装在卷绳轴 1上的套环，套环上设有梯绳固定槽 201和套环卡槽 202， 一组连接导向块 203与套环一体成型且与上述凹槽 101相匹配。 所述的连接 导向块 203具有坡度， 其与套环连接端的高度大于凹槽 101的深度， 另一端 的高度等于或小于凹槽 101的深度。
如图 3、 4所示， 卷绳推进器 2套装在卷绳轴 1上， 连接导向块 203插入 凹槽 101 , 使得该卷绳推进器 2径向限位在该卷绳轴 1上， 同时卷绳推进器 2 与推进器固定座 3卡接； 该推进器固定座 3上设有与上述卡槽 202对应的卡 块 301以及用于限位该卷绳推进器 2的底座 302。推进器固定座 3固定在上梁 内， 并通过上梁（图中未显示） 固定在图 1中显示的间隔条 14上。
如图 1、 5所示， 传动机构与卷绳轴 1连接， 所述的传动机构包括上皮带 轮 5、 下皮带轮 9、 皮带 6、 内手柄 7和外手柄 8, 上皮带轮 5和下皮带轮 9 分别通过上皮带轮支承座 4和下皮带轮支承座 10定位， 上皮带轮支承座 4和 下皮带轮支承座 10分别固定在间隔条 14的上、 下部， 皮带 6两端分别与内 手柄 7两端连接并形成封闭环形； 所述的内手柄 7与外手柄 8通过磁吸配合 形成联动； 所述的外手柄 8包括一壳体 16，在其内部设有一组滚轮安装槽 17， 滚轮 15设置在滚轮安装槽 17内并与壳体 16活动连接， 一组磁铁 18设置壳 体 16内。 所述的滚轮 15包括轮体 15a， 以及轮体 15a两侧的滚轴 15b， 在壳 体 16上设有与滚轴 15b配合的滚轴孔 16a， 该滚轴孔 16a为腰型孔。 当外手 柄 8向下滑动将叶片 11收起时， 滚轴 15b逆时针转动并上行至滚轴孔 16a顶 部， 此时轮体 15a与滚轮安装槽 17上部内壁间存在间隙， 避免了摩擦， 使用 者能轻松地将百叶窗收起。 当外手柄 8向上滑动时， 滚轴 15b顺时针转动并 下行至滚轴孔 16a下部，滚轴 15b在滚轴孔 16a内自由转动时，轮体 15a已经 与滚轮安装槽 17下部内壁接触并产生摩擦， 避免了自然状态下叶片下落。 如图 3、 6所示， 所述的遮阳机构包括一组百叶窗叶片 11， 梯绳 12串联 各叶片 11并连接在梯绳固定槽 201内， 叶片 11两侧分别设有拉绳 13， 所述 的拉绳 13纵向交织在梯绳 12上， 且其一端固定在卷绳轴 1上。 所述的梯绳 12包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳 12a以及一组连接两段边绳的横档 12b, 拉 绳 13与横档 12b交织上升并由边绳 12a限位在梯绳 12内。 使用拉绳 13限制 叶片 11前后移动， 使叶片 11堆叠整齐， 减少与中空玻璃的接触， 保护玻璃 表面的镀膜， 减少了摩擦。 在卷线时， 由于连接导向块 203具有坡度， 先绕 制的卷绳轴 1上的拉绳 13被后绕制的拉绳 13逐步推出并有序地绕制在卷绳 轴 1 上， 需要说明的是， 附图中仅以一根拉绳为例进行说明， 实际运用时， 为两根拉绳分别绕制在卷绳推进器 2两侧。 另外， 本发明所述的遮阳机构还 可以采用百褶帘或蜂巢帘。
