Abstract

本实用新型提供一种电动窗帘卷线结构,包括一上框架,一设置于该上框架的电动马达、一卷线机构;该电动马达具有一输出轴,该输出轴上轴接一延伸片,前述的卷线机构包括一转轴,前述的转轴上设有两根拉绳,该上框架内部设有数个整线器,整线器用于隔开前述的拉绳,前述的延伸片另一端则插入该转轴的一轴向插槽中以便增加转动半径,由于该输出轴与该转轴产生不同的半径,使得前述的拉绳在卷收时产生螺旋状的加速收线状态。

电动窗帘卷线结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种窗帘,尤其涉及一种电动窗帘卷线结构,能让电动窗帘卷动流畅的结构。
背景技术
近几年电动窗帘相当流行,不但没有拉绳能预防意外发生,此外,通过电子控制能让窗帘动作确实展开或收起。
常见的电动窗帘的卷线器是通过一电动马达带动卷线器转动,通过卷线器卷放拉绳让窗帘的帘片得以升降。
但是现有的电动窗帘的卷线结构却有以下的问题:
1.由于拉绳是通过卷线器卷收或放线,但是拉绳有时容易缠绕在一起,详细原因在于,电动马达的轴心是轴接在卷线机构的中心,几乎没有转动惯量(即是质量乘以半径的平方),因此,卷线机构的轴心与外侧部位的角动量几乎为0,所以拉绳就会重复的覆盖,最后产生拉绳卡死的问题。
2.使用电动窗帘的另一项缺陷即在于位置不容易控制,需要重复调整多次才能达到使用者想要的位置,其原因在于电动马达不供应动力后,卷线机构会因为惯性持续动作,导致帘片持续上升或者下降。
如何改善现有技术中的结构的问题,是相关业者积极解决的课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的即在于改善现有技术中的结构的缺陷,主要目的是增加卷线机构的角动量,使得拉绳在卷收时能产生如螺旋状态样,防止拉绳缠绕打结的情况。
可达成前述目的的结构,包括一上框架,一设置于该上框架的电动马达、一卷线机构;该电动马达具有一输出轴,该输出轴上轴接一延伸片,前述的卷线机构包括一转轴,前述的转轴上设置有两根拉绳,该上框架内部设有数个整线器用于隔开前述的拉绳,又前述的延伸片另一端则插入该转轴中央的一轴向插槽中增加转动半径,由于该输出轴与该转轴产生不同的半径,使得前述的拉绳在卷收时产生螺旋状的加速收线状态。
本实用新型还提供一种电动窗帘卷线结构,其特征在于,包括一上框架、一组帘片、一下框架、一卷线机构、两根拉绳;
前述的上框架的内部在预定的位置上设有一电动马达,该电动马达还配合有一电池组,该电池组提供电力,前述的上框架设有多个间隔板,该间隔板将该上框架区隔出数个空间,前述的电动马达上设有一输出轴;前述的上框架内部设有一卷线机构,前述的卷线机构包括一转轴、一固定轴,前述的固定轴提供转轴支撑,且该转轴上提供前述的两根拉绳组装,该卷线机构还包括至少两组整线器,前述的整线器安装在该上框架内部,前述的整线器的截断面呈U型,在两个垂直面上分别有一凸缘,通过该整线器的凸缘将前述的拉绳隔开;
前述的电动马达的输出轴还包括一平板状的延伸片,并且该延伸片的另一端连接该转轴的一轴向插槽上,该延伸片用于增加转动力矩的距离,进而增加前述的转轴的表面瞬间角加速度,使得前述的拉绳会因为转轴的转动下产生如螺旋般的卷收状态;
前述的帘片设置在该上框架的下端,前述的拉绳分别穿设这些帘片的两侧,该下框架则设置在前述的帘片下端,并且该下框架设有两个止挡件,各止挡片结合在两根该拉绳的末端,当该卷线机构卷收时,即可让每一根拉绳带动该下框架,让前述的帘片产生展开或收阖的动作。
优选的,该延伸片的宽度等于该转轴的直径或者大于该转轴的半径长度。
其中,前述的转轴在远离该输出轴的一侧与间隔板之间具有一活动距离,该转轴转动时沿着前述的活动距离推进或退回,使得该拉绳能精确产生如螺旋状的卷收动作。
通过上述的说明,本实用新型的可获得的功效如下:
本实用新型利用延伸片增加转轴的角动量,让输出轴与转轴产生速差,配合该整线器让两根拉绳产生如螺旋状的卷收状态,预防前述的拉绳缠绕打结。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型的电动窗帘卷线结构包括一上框架10、一组帘片20、一下框架30、一卷线机构40、两根拉绳50。
前述的上框架10的内部在预定的位置上设有一电动马达11,该电动马达11还配合一电池组12,以便提供必要的电力,前述的上框架10设有多个间隔板13,将该上框架10区隔出数个空间,前述的电动马达11上设置有一输出轴14;前述的上框架10内部设有一卷线机构40,前述的卷线机构40包括一转轴41、一固定轴42,前述的固定轴42提供转轴41支撑,且该转轴41上提供前述的两根拉绳50组装,该卷线机构40还包括至少两组整线器43,前述的整线器43安装在该上框架10内部,如图4所示整线器43的截断面类似U型,在两个垂直面431上各别有一凸缘432,通过该整线器43的凸缘432将前述的拉绳50加以隔开,避免打结。
如图2至图5所示,前述的电动马达11的输出轴14还包括一平板状的延伸片15,并且该延伸片15的另一端接连接该转轴41中的一轴向插槽411上,其中,该延伸片15的宽度等于该转轴41的直径或者大于该转轴41的半径长度,其原理在于若直接让输出轴14与转轴41直接轴接,在此状态下转轴41的转动力矩几乎为0,但是利用该延伸片15则增加转动力矩的距离,在不增加质量的情况下,增加转轴41的表面瞬间角加速度,如此一来在使用时,前述的拉绳50会因为转轴41的转动下产生如螺旋般的卷收状态,避免拉绳50重复叠合造成拉绳50缠绕打结的情况发生。
前述的帘片20设置在该上框架10的下端,在本实用新型的实施例前述的帘片20可选用百页帘、或者蜂巢帘,前述的拉绳50分别穿设这些帘片20的两侧,该下框架30则设置在前述的帘片20下端,并且该下框架30设有两个止挡件31,各止挡片31结合在两个该拉绳50的末端,当卷线机构40卷收时,即可让每一根拉绳50带动该下框架30,让帘片产生展开或收合的动作;关于本技术与目前的技术几乎相同,不会造成组装上的困难。
另外,为了增进拉绳50卷收时保持螺旋状,除了通过该卷线机构40外,进一步的前述的转轴41在远离该输出轴14的一侧与间隔板13之间具有一活动距离D,该转轴41转动时沿着前述的活动距离D推进或退回,使得该拉绳50能精确产生如螺旋状的卷收动作。
如图1至图6所示,本实用新型具体的使用方式如下:
1.本实用新型利用延伸片15增加转轴41的角动量,让输出轴14与转轴41产生速差,配合该整线器43让两根拉绳50产生如螺旋状的卷收状态,预防前述的拉绳50缠绕打结。
2.由于转轴41沿着活动距离D线性位移,因此拉绳50卷收时就会产生螺旋状的卷收状。
显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种电动窗帘卷线结构,其特征在于,包括一上框架、一组帘片、一下框架、一卷线机构、两根拉绳;
前述的上框架的内部在预定的位置上设有一电动马达,该电动马达还配合有一电池组,该电池组提供电力,前述的上框架设有多个间隔板,该间隔板将该上框架区隔出数个空间,前述的电动马达上设有一输出轴;前述的上框架内部设有一卷线机构,前述的卷线机构包括一转轴、一固定轴,前述的固定轴提供转轴支撑,且该转轴上提供前述的两根拉绳组装,该卷线机构还包括至少两组整线器,前述的整线器安装在该上框架内部,前述的整线器的截断面呈U型,在两个垂直面上分别有一凸缘,通过该整线器的凸缘将前述的拉绳隔开;
前述的电动马达的输出轴还包括一平板状的延伸片,并且该延伸片的另一端连接该转轴的一轴向插槽上,该延伸片用于增加转动力矩的距离,进而增加前述的转轴的表面瞬间角加速度,使得前述的拉绳会因为转轴的转动下产生如螺旋般的卷收状态;
前述的帘片设置在该上框架的下端,前述的拉绳分别穿设这些帘片的两侧,该下框架则设置在前述的帘片下端,并且该下框架设有两个止挡件,各止挡片结合在两根该拉绳的末端,当该卷线机构卷收时,即可让每一根拉绳带动该下框架,让前述的帘片产生展开或收阖的动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动窗帘卷线结构,其特征在于,该延伸片的宽度等于该转轴的直径或者大于该转轴的半径长度。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动窗帘卷线结构,其特征在于,该前述的转轴在远离该输出轴的一侧与间隔板之间具有一活动距离,该转轴转动时沿着前述的活动距离推进或退回,使得该拉绳能够产生呈螺旋状的卷收动作。
