Abstract

本新型公開了一種用於電池包的安裝結構、電池包以及汽車。用於電池包的安裝結構包括佈置在電池包上的插頭,所述插頭能夠相對於所述電池包水平移動,在所述插頭底部設置有斜面,該斜面構造為與設置在車輛上的配對斜面相互配合,從而將所述電池包安裝在車輛上。通過插頭底部上的斜面與車輛上的配對斜面的互相配合來將電池包安裝在車輛上,通過插頭相對於電池包的水平移動來方便地裝載或卸載電池包,以利於快速地用已充電的電池包來替換已放電的電池包。

Description

用於電池包的安裝結構、電池包以及汽車
[0001] 本新型涉及汽車領域,具體而言,涉及一種用於電池包的安裝結構、電池包以及帶有這樣的用於電池包的安裝結構的汽車。
[0002] 近來,電池已在很大程度上商業化作為備選的車輛動力來源。然而,在電池大規模使用時仍有許多待克服的問題。也許最大的挑戰在於充電。ICE車輛在加油站中輕鬆地在幾分鐘內完成加油。電動車輛需要專門的充電設備以及大量的充電時間(以小時計)。電動汽車相比燃油汽車需要更頻繁地充電,再加上相比ICE車輛範圍較小,這使得問題更糟。將電動汽車停在公司或家中幾個小時或過夜是不難的,但在長途旅行過程中將車輛停放多個小時來充電是不實際的。   [0003] 換電式電池包對於電動汽車而言是一種值得期待的技術方向,其替代傳統的長時間對電池進行充電,在電池交換站中自動地且方便地將車輛上的虧電電池用充滿電的電池來更換,該過程持續很短的時間。   [0004] 迄今為止,存在很多車輛上的用於夾持固定電池組的方法,其中大部分使用螺栓組件來夾持電池組,這需要外部的驅動機構並且費時。此外,在電池交換站中對於電池更換操作所需的傳感器和電子器件的數量多,這使得其操作不可靠,魯棒性不佳。

[0011] 根據本新型的一實施方式結合圖1和圖2示出。用於電池包的安裝結構1包括佈置在電池包2上的插頭21,所述插頭21能夠相對於所述電池包2水平移動,在所述插頭21底部設置有斜面211,該斜面211構造為與設置在車輛上的配對斜面31相互配合,從而將所述電池包2安裝在車輛上。該斜面211在電池包2的安裝過程中能夠用於插頭21的導向。通過插頭21底部上的斜面211與車輛上的配對斜面31的互相配合來將電池包2安裝在車輛上,通過插頭21相對於電池包2的水平移動來方便地裝載或卸載電池包2,以利於快速地用已充電的電池包來替換已放電的電池包,該更換過程可以在電池更換站中進行。根據本新型的用於電池包的安裝結構的結構簡單,移動部件少;帶有高可靠性,魯棒性高;低磨損操作,允許極大數量的更換。   [0012] 根據本新型的一實施方式,在所述插頭21與所述電池包2之間設置有:電磁機構,在通電時將所述插頭21移動以靠近所述電池包2,從而將電池包2引入非安裝位置;以及彈簧,在所述電磁機構未通電時將所述插頭21移動以遠離所述電池包2,從而將電池包2引入安裝位置。通過設置電磁機構和彈簧來控制插頭21伸出/縮回電池包2,能夠方便地將電池包2在安裝位置與非安裝位置之間進行切換。當然,也可以將電磁機構設置成在通電時將所述插頭21移動以遠離所述電池包2,並且將彈簧設置成在電磁機構未通電時將所述插頭21移動以靠近所述電池包2。也可以設置其他的執行裝置用於將插頭21移動和/或保持在安裝/未安裝位置。   [0013] 根據本新型的一實施方式,在所述車輛的縱梁3上設置有第一豎直面32,在所述插頭21上設置有第二豎直面212,在所述電池包2的安裝狀態下,所述第一豎直面212與所述第二豎直面32貼靠,有利於電池包2的定位。   [0014] 根據本新型的一實施方式,在所述電池包2上設置有多個插頭21,所述插頭21分別設置在所述電池包2的相背的側面上,有利於電池包2的固定。   [0015] 根據本新型的一實施方式,所述插頭21設置在所述電池包2的側面的中心以上位置,有利於電池包2的固定。   [0016] 根據本新型的一實施方式,在所述電池包2的每個側面上設置有2或3個插頭21,有利於電池包2的固定。插頭21的位置和數量可以根據電池包2的質量來定。   [0017] 根據本新型的一實施方式,所述電池包2具有底部構件24,在所述電池包2的安裝狀態下,所述底部構件24的上表面與所述車輛的縱梁3的下表面貼靠。在安裝狀態下,在所述底部構件24與所述車輛的縱梁3之間存在夾緊力,使得電池包2安裝得更牢固、動態性能好。   [0018] 根據本新型的一實施方式,在所述電池包2上設置有定位銷,在車輛上設置有相對應的引導孔,用於電池包2在水平面中的定位。   [0019] 示例性地,電池包的安裝過程如下:首先將插頭21移動靠近電池包2;接著將電池包2從下往上提升直至電池包2頂部碰到車身或底部構件24的上表面碰到車輛的縱梁3的下表面;當電池包2在車輛中準確定位後,移動插頭21遠離電池包2,然後將電池包2鎖定在安裝位置中。   [0020] 本新型還包括一種電池包2,在所述電池包2上設置有插頭21,所述插頭21能夠相對於所述電池包2水平移動,在所述插頭21底部設置有與設置在車輛上的配對斜面31相互配合的斜面211。通過這樣設置的電池包能夠實現快速更換電池包。   [0021] 本新型還包括一種汽車,帶有前述的任意一項或多項實施方式的用於電池包的安裝結構,其因此帶有的技術特徵以及具有的技術效果相應於前面的描述,故在此不再贅述。   [0022] 本新型的技術範圍不僅僅局限於上述說明中的內容,本領域技術人員可以在不脫離本新型技術思想的前提下,對上述實施例進行多種變形和修改,而這些變形和修改均應當屬於本新型的保護範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種用於電池包的安裝結構,其特徵在於,所述安裝結構包括佈置在電池包上的插頭,所述插頭能夠相對於所述電池包水平移動,在所述插頭底部設置有斜面,該斜面構造為與設置在車輛上的配對斜面相互配合,從而將所述電池包安裝在車輛上。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,在所述插頭與所述電池包之間設置有:   電磁機構,在通電時將所述插頭移動以靠近所述電池包;以及   彈簧,在所述電磁機構未通電時將所述插頭移動以遠離所述電池包。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,在所述車輛的縱梁上設置有第一豎直面,在所述插頭上設置有第二豎直面,在所述電池包的安裝狀態下,所述第一豎直面與所述第二豎直面貼靠。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,在所述電池包上設置有多個插頭,所述插頭分別設置在所述電池包的相對的側面上。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,所述插頭設置在所述電池包的側面的中心以上位置。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,在所述電池包的每個側面上設置有2或3個插頭。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,所述電池包具有底部構件,在所述電池包的安裝狀態下,所述底部構件的上表面與所述車輛的縱梁的下表面貼靠。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於電池包的安裝結構,其中,在所述電池包上設置有定位銷,用於所述電池包在水平面中的定位。
  9. 一種電池包,其特徵在於,在所述電池包上設置有插頭,所述插頭能夠相對於所述電池包水平移動,在所述插頭底部設置有與設置在車輛上的配對斜面相互配合的斜面。
