Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于电池包的安装结构、电池包以及汽车。用于电池包的安装结构包括布置在电池包上的插头,所述插头能够相对于所述电池包水平移动,在所述插头底部设置有斜面,该斜面构造为与设置在车辆上的配对斜面相互配合,从而将所述电池包安装在车辆上。通过插头底部上的斜面与车辆上的配对斜面的互相配合来将电池包安装在车辆上,通过插头相对于电池包的水平移动来方便地装载或卸载电池包,以利于快速地用已充电的电池包来替换已放电的电池包。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于电池包的安装结构、电池包以及带有这样的用于电池包的安装结构的汽车。
背景技术
近来,电池已在很大程度上商业化作为备选的车辆动力来源。然而,在电池大规模使用时仍有许多待克服的问题。也许最大的挑战在于充电。ICE车辆在加油站中轻松地在几分钟内完成加油。电动车辆需要专门的充电设备以及大量的充电时间(以小时计)。电动汽车相比燃油汽车需要更频繁地充电,再加上相比ICE车辆范围较小,这使得问题更糟。将电动汽车停在公司或家中几个小时或过夜是不难的,但在长途旅行过程中将车辆停放多个小时来充电是不实际的。
换电式电池包对于电动汽车而言是一种值得期待的技术方向,其替代传统的长时间对电池进行充电,在电池交换站中自动地且方便地将车辆上的亏电电池用充满电的电池来更换,该过程持续很短的时间。
迄今为止,存在很多车辆上的用于夹持固定电池组的方法,其中大部分使用螺栓组件来夹持电池组,这需要外部的驱动机构并且费时。此外,在电池交换站中对于电池更换操作所需的传感器和电子器件的数量多,这使得其操作不可靠,鲁棒性不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种用于电池包的安装结构,其能够实现电池包的快速更换。
根据本实用新型一个方面提出的用于电池包的安装结构,包括包括布置在电池包上的插头,所述插头能够相对于所述电池包水平移动,在所述插头底部设置有斜面,该斜面构造为与设置在车辆上的配对斜面相互配合,从而将所述电池包安装在车辆上。
根据本实用新型一个方面,还提出了一种电池包,在所述电池包上设置有插头,所述插头能够相对于所述电池包水平移动,在所述插头底部设置有与设置在车辆上的配对斜面相互配合的斜面。通过这样设置的电池包能够实现快速更换电池包。
此外,本实用新型另一方面提出一种带有这样的用于电池包的安装结构的汽车。由于该汽车带有根据本实用新型的用于电池包的安装结构,因此能够具有如上面所述的优点。
本实用新型的有益效果包括:通过插头底部上的斜面与车辆上的配对斜面的互相配合来将电池包安装在车辆上,通过插头相对于电池包的水平移动来方便地装载或卸载电池包,以利于快速地用已充电的电池包来替换已放电的电池包。

具体实施方式
根据本实用新型的一实施方式结合图1和图2示出。用于电池包的安装结构1包括布置在电池包2上的插头21,所述插头21能够相对于所述电池包2水平移动,在所述插头21底部设置有斜面211,该斜面211构造为与设置在车辆上的配对斜面31相互配合,从而将所述电池包2安装在车辆上。该斜面211在电池包2的安装过程中能够用于插头21的导向。通过插头21底部上的斜面211与车辆上的配对斜面31的互相配合来将电池包2安装在车辆上,通过插头21相对于电池包2的水平移动来方便地装载或卸载电池包2,以利于快速地用已充电的电池包来替换已放电的电池包,该更换过程可以在电池更换站中进行。根据本实用新型的用于电池包的安装结构的结构简单,移动部件少;带有高可靠性,鲁棒性高;低磨损操作,允许极大数量的更换。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,在所述插头21与所述电池包2之间设置有:电磁机构,在通电时将所述插头21移动以靠近所述电池包2,从而将电池包2引入非安装位置;以及弹簧,在所述电磁机构未通电时将所述插头21移动以远离所述电池包2,从而将电池包2引入安装位置。通过设置电磁机构和弹簧来控制插头21伸出/缩回电池包2,能够方便地将电池包2在安装位置与非安装位置之间进行切换。当然,也可以将电磁机构设置成在通电时将所述插头21移动以远离所述电池包2,并且将弹簧设置成在电磁机构未通电时将所述插头21移动以靠近所述电池包2。也可以设置其他的执行装置用于将插头21移动和/或保持在安装/未安装位置。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,在所述车辆的纵梁3上设置有第一竖直面32,在所述插头21上设置有第二竖直面212,在所述电池包2的安装状态下,所述第一竖直面212与所述第二竖直面32贴靠,有利于电池包2的定位。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,在所述电池包2上设置有多个插头21,所述插头21分别设置在所述电池包2的相背的侧面上,有利于电池包2的固定。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,所述插头21设置在所述电池包2的侧面的中心以上位置,有利于电池包2的固定。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,在所述电池包2的每个侧面上设置有2或3个插头21,有利于电池包2的固定。插头21的位置和数量可以根据电池包2的质量来定。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,所述电池包2具有底部构件24,在所述电池包2的安装状态下,所述底部构件24的上表面与所述车辆的纵梁3的下表面贴靠。在安装状态下,在所述底部构件24与所述车辆的纵梁3之间存在夹紧力,使得电池包2安装得更牢固、动态性能好。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,在所述电池包2上设置有定位销,在车辆上设置有相对应的引导孔,用于电池包2在水平面中的定位。
示例性地,电池包的安装过程如下:首先将插头21移动靠近电池包2;接着将电池包2从下往上提升直至电池包2顶部碰到车身或底部构件24的上表面碰到车辆的纵梁3的下表面;当电池包2在车辆中准确定位后,移动插头21远离电池包2,然后将电池包2锁定在安装位置中。
本发明还包括一种电池包2,在所述电池包2上设置有插头21,所述插头21能够相对于所述电池包2水平移动,在所述插头21底部设置有与设置在车辆上的配对斜面31相互配合的斜面211。通过这样设置的电池包能够实现快速更换电池包。
本实用新型还包括一种汽车,带有前述的任意一项或多项实施方式的用于电池包的安装结构,其因此带有的技术特征以及具有的技术效果相应于前面的描述,故在此不再赘述。
本实用新型的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本实用新型技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装结构包括布置在电池包上的插头,所述插头能够相对于所述电池包水平移动,在所述插头底部设置有斜面,该斜面构造为与设置在车辆上的配对斜面相互配合,从而将所述电池包安装在车辆上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,在所述插头与所述电池包之间设置有:
电磁机构,在通电时将所述插头移动以靠近所述电池包;以及
弹簧,在所述电磁机构未通电时将所述插头移动以远离所述电池包。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,在所述车辆的纵梁上设置有第一竖直面,在所述插头上设置有第二竖直面,在所述电池包的安装状态下,所述第一竖直面与所述第二竖直面贴靠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,在所述电池包上设置有多个插头,所述插头分别设置在所述电池包的相对的侧面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,所述插头设置在所述电池包的侧面的中心以上位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,在所述电池包的每个侧面上设置有2或3个插头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,所述电池包具有底部构件,在所述电池包的安装状态下,所述底部构件的上表面与所述车辆的纵梁的下表面贴靠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于电池包的安装结构,其特征在于,在所述电池包上设置有定位销,用于所述电池包在水平面中的定位。
9.一种电池包,其特征在于,在所述电池包上设置有插头,所述插头能够相对于所述电池包水平移动,在所述插头底部设置有与设置在车辆上的配对斜面相互配合的斜面。
10.一种汽车,其特征在于,其包含有根据权利要求1至8中任意项所述的用于电池包的安装结构。
