Description

置物籃
本創作係涉及一種置物籃,特別是指一種結合金屬側牆與拉網之創新結構型態揭示者。
按,早期置物收納盒,通常採用塑膠射出成型方式製成一體式的盒狀型態,然而,由於此種結構型態就製造面而言,模具成本相當昂貴,特別是隨著置物收納盒面積越大時,其模具成本相對越高,但產品售價卻因考慮消費者感受,難以相對大幅提高,導致不符合產業經濟效益。再者,塑膠材質所製成之置物收納盒,容易因日照氧化而脆化喪失韌性,導致無法使用。於是便有業者開發出以金屬網與框所製成之置物籃,如我國公告第542188號新型專利案所揭示之置物籃。該置物籃雖都可達到置物收納之基本功能,然其本身仍存在有結構與製程上仍然有未臻完美之處,有待進一步加以改進。
該第542188號新型專利案所揭之置物籃,其主要特徵在於:該框邊係於上端形成有一開口,往下形成一垂直部;利用扁籃網體頂部沖壓成垂直部,使垂直部可穿入於框邊的開口內,再沖壓使扁籃與框邊緊密的結合後,使框邊的開口上方包覆在扁籃的垂直點,再於框邊及扁籃的垂直部點焊,即成一扁籃結構。其最大之問題點在於結構所衍生出之製程過於困難繁複;首先要將網體頂部之垂直部插入向內的環狀的開口,就十分困難,且置入後尚須沖壓程序後才加以焊接,對於價廉以量取勝之置物籃而言,根本沒有市場之競爭力。
是以,針對上述習知置物籃結構所存在之問題點,如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構,實使用者所企盼,亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。
有鑑於此,創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種置物籃,其所欲解決之技術問題,係針對如何研發出一種更具理想實用性之新式結合金屬側牆與拉網之結構型態為目標加以創新突破。
本創作解決問題之技術特點,主要在於所述置物籃,包括一環狀側牆以及一固設於該環狀側牆底部之拉網。該環狀側牆包括一形成於其底部之環形凹部;一由該環狀側牆之底緣向內延伸之環形支撐結構,該環形支撐結構之延伸長度係大於該環形凹部之深度;一以翻折方式形成於該環狀側牆頂緣之環形凸緣。該拉網係固設於該環狀側牆底緣,而定義出一開口向上的承載空間,該拉網之周緣係容置於該環形凹部中,並由該環形支撐結構所支撐。
藉此創新獨特設計,使本創作對照先前技術而言,俾可在環狀側牆初期的加工階段,一併形成該環形凹部、環形支撐結構以及補強結構的雛型,達到改變製程、降低製作難度、降低生產成本且提高產能等實用進步性與較佳產業經濟(利用)效益。
請參閱第1、2、3圖所示,係本創作置物籃之較佳實施例,惟此等實施例僅供說明之用,在專利申請上並不受此結構之限制。所述置物籃係包含有一環狀側牆10以及一固設於該環狀側牆10底緣之拉網20,而定義出一開口向上之承載置物空間。
該環狀側牆10係由金屬板滾軋成型,並依該環狀側牆10之周長裁切成適當長度,最後再頭尾和接固定而形成一環狀結構體;一形成於該環狀側牆10底部之環形凹部11;一由該環狀側牆10之底緣向內延伸之環形支撐結構12,該環形支撐結構12之延伸長度係大於該環形凹部11之深度;一以翻折方式形成於該環狀側牆10頂緣之環形凸緣13,該翻折的環形凸緣13可避免該環狀側牆10裁切後之毛邊割傷使用者的手指。該拉網20係以焊接的方式固設於該環狀側牆10底緣而定義出該開口向上的承載空間;該拉網20之周緣係容置於該環形凹部11中,並由該環形支撐結構12所支撐。利用該環形支撐結構12所提供之支撐功能,可強化拉網20本身的結構強度,避免拉網20因承載重物而向下變形。
該環狀側牆10上係設有一補強結構14,該補強結構14可強化該環狀側牆10之結構強度,避免因不當外力作用而產生變形。如第3圖所示,該補強結構14係環狀凸設於該環狀側牆10之外壁上並具有一溝槽狀之斷面。
請參閱如第4圖所示,係本創作補強結構14A之第二較佳實施例,於本實施例中,該補強結構14A係包含有至少一波浪狀之斷面。
本創作的造型可依製作的工序或模具的不同,令該環狀側牆10的橫斷面具有各種不同的幾何形狀。如第1圖所示,該環狀側牆10係具有一多邊形的橫斷面,該拉網20相對設置為多邊形;又如第5圖所示,該環狀側牆10A係具有一圓形的橫斷面,且該拉網20A亦相對設置為圓形。
請參閱如第6、7圖所示,本圖中,該環狀側牆10之環形凸緣13係更結合固定有朝側向凸伸型態之複數裝設用耳座30,各該耳座30具有一穿設孔31;本例中所揭裝設用耳座30實際應用上,係可用以鎖組定位在既有的竹節式立架桿50各節之間相互鎖接處,藉此而構成本創作所述置物籃的一種實施應用態樣。
請參閱如第7圖所示,本圖中,該環狀側牆10之環形凸緣13係更結合固定有複數裝設用錐狀管體40,各該錐狀管體40具有一立向錐狀套孔41;本例中所揭錐狀管體40之立向錐狀套孔41,其實際應用上同第7圖所示,係可用以套組在既有的竹節式立架桿50所組設的錐筒狀定位配件51外周,藉此而構成本創作所述置物籃的一種實施應用態樣。
本創作最大的優點在於改變製程,降低置物籃製作的難度而收降低生產成本並提高產能之功效。首先該環狀側牆10係由金屬板滾軋成型,而在滾軋的過程中即同時形成該環形凹部11、環形支撐結構12與補強結構14之雛型;經滾軋後之金屬板則依所欲成型環狀側牆10之周長裁切成適當長度,最後再頭尾和接固定而形成一環狀結構體;而當欲組設底面之拉網20時,只要將裁切成適當尺寸的拉網20直接放置於該環形支撐結構12上,即可在不使用任何治具的情況下進行焊接,而直接將該拉網20固定於該環形支撐結構12上。
功效說明: 本創作所揭「置物籃」主要藉由所述環狀側牆之創新獨特結構型態與技術特徵,使本創作對照[先前技術]所提習知結構而言,俾可在環狀側牆初期的加工階段,一併形成該環形凹部、環形支撐結構以及補強結構的雛型,達到改變製程、降低製作難度、降低生產成本且提高產能等實用進步性者。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種置物籃,其主要係包括:一環狀側牆,該環狀側牆包括:一環形凹部,該環形凹部係形成於該環狀側牆之底部;一環形支撐結構,該環形支撐結構係由該環狀側牆之底緣向內延伸,該環形支撐結構之延伸長度係大於該環形凹部之深度;以及一環形凸緣,該環形凸緣係以翻折的方式形成於該環狀側牆之頂緣;以及一拉網,該拉網係固設於該環狀側牆底部,而定義出一開口向上的承載空間;該拉網之周緣係容置於該環形凹部中,並由該環形支撐結構所支撐。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之置物籃,其中該環狀側牆上係設有一補強結構。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之置物籃,其中該補強結構係環狀凸設於該環狀側牆之外壁上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之置物籃,其中該補強結構係包含有一溝槽狀之斷面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之置物籃,其中該補強結構包含有至少一波浪狀之斷面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之置物籃,其中該環狀側牆係具有一幾何形狀之橫斷面,該拉網之形狀係依環狀側牆橫斷面之形狀設置。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之置物籃,其中該環狀側牆之環形凸緣係更結合固定有朝側向凸伸型態之複數裝設用耳座,各該耳座具有一穿設孔。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之置物籃,其中該環狀側牆之環形凸緣係更結合固定有複數裝設用錐狀管體,各該錐狀管體具有一立向錐狀套孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之置物籃,其中該環狀側牆橫斷面之形狀係由多邊形與圓形所構成之族群中任選其一者。
