Description

水槍結構
本新型係關於一種灑水器具,特別係指一種同時兼具有啟閉水流控制與變換噴水角度功能的水槍結構,據以增加該水槍的使用靈活性與方便性。
查,習用的噴水槍結構大致如本國新型專利第M310742號之「噴水槍之旋轉閥密合結構改良」,其主要是在該旋轉閥樞組於噴水槍本體之進、出水孔道之間所設容槽中,該旋轉閥設有穿水孔,旋轉閥兩端與噴水槍本體外部所組設之撥鈕相連結,藉由該撥鈕之撥動調整該旋轉閥角度,進以控制該旋轉閥之穿水孔與進、出水孔道呈對位相通之開啟狀態或錯位之關閉狀態;其創作特點在於該旋轉閥之外周壁與噴水槍本體之進、出水孔道相對位處有一彈性止密部;藉由該旋轉閥之旋調,使該彈性止密部之穿水孔與進、出水孔道呈錯位狀態,進而達成水流的啟閉功能。
惟,該噴水槍雖具有水流的啟閉功效,但其缺點在於該噴水槍係將灑水頭與握柄一體成型為固定式結構,灑水頭的噴水角度無法依照使用者需求調整,對使用者要改變噴水不同角度時,需要以手腕承受水壓與重力改變噴水槍本體角度或購買不同出水角度的噴水槍,其不僅易造成 使用者手部的負擔且有增加購置噴水槍之費用;而對於製造業者而言,則需要開發不同噴水角度的噴水槍本體,同樣有浪費生產的成本,實不符較佳之產業利用效益者。
本設計者鑑於前述的問題,進而用心研究開發,因此本新型之主要目的即是提供一種同時兼具有啟閉水流控制與變換噴水角度功能的水槍結構,亦即在水槍的進水握柄與灑水頭的接合端上設有一可轉折的機構,再於該轉折的機構設有一可啟閉水流之控制閥體,使用者可在同一把水槍上自由控制該水流的啟閉,同時亦可藉由該轉折的機構來達成噴水角度變化的需求,據以減少購置不同功能的水槍成本,增加該水槍的使用靈活性與方便性。
為了達到前述的目的,本新型所運用的技術手段係在於提供一種具有啟閉水流以及變換噴水角度功能的水槍結構,主要包含有:一進水握柄、一灑水頭、一控制件以及一旋轉閥所構成。
該進水握柄其內部具有一注水通道,該注水通道之出水端一側延設有一轉折部,該轉折部突伸有一樞轉端,該樞轉端上設置有一具通孔之出水槽道,並於該出水槽道兩側設有樞結之止水圈;該灑水頭其內部具有一出水通道,該出水通道之入水端一側延設有一轉折部,該轉折部形成一與進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端套結之容孔,該灑水頭係與進水握柄藉由該轉折部對應套結樞轉;該控制件其概呈一U形體之結構,該控制件兩側分別與該進 水握柄及該灑水頭的轉折部相互組接,該控制件具有二側片並貫穿有一制動孔,該制動孔上設具有定位槽孔,二側片連結形成的一推動片,該控制件係與旋轉閥產生連動旋轉,據達水流啟閉運轉功能;該旋轉閥概呈一圓柱體結構,穿伸於該進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端與灑水頭轉折部之容孔中,該旋轉閥內部係成一水流通道,該水流通道末端呈封閉狀,且該水流通道兩側分別設置封止的一擋蓋,於該旋轉閥設具有一對應該進水握柄注水通道的一進水孔與一止水塞;該旋轉閥對應灑水頭的出水通道中係設有一出水孔及一環狀向內凹陷之出水環槽;該旋轉閥上另分別在與該轉折部及該樞轉端的樞結處設有形成止漏的止水圈,另該旋轉閥水流通道前端外緣設具掣動塊,而水流通道末端之封閉端外緣形成有一定位凸塊;據此,本新型水槍於進水握柄與灑水頭的接合端上設有一可轉折的機構,該灑水頭係透過該轉折部與該進水握柄之轉折部來達成相對樞轉作動,且該旋轉閥亦可在該相對的轉折部中受控制件帶動旋轉作動,使該旋轉閥之進水孔與止水塞可形成控制注水通道水流啟閉的運轉功能,而該注入的水流經由旋轉閥之水流通道後,再由出水孔引流至該出水環槽,使水流可經由該出水槽道流至該灑水頭之出水通道而達出水目的,據以獲得一兼具有啟閉水流控制與變換噴水角度功能的水槍。
透過上述之結構,本新型可以提供的功效簡述如下:
1. 本新型透過該進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端與該灑水頭之轉折部相互套接樞轉,因此,該灑水頭具有產生噴水角度變化之效果。
2. 本新型可於該進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端與該灑水頭轉折部之容孔中,透過一旋轉閥與一控制件之組設,使控制件能對轉折部中的旋轉閥產生旋轉作動,進而達成水流啟閉的功能,使得本新型在單一水槍即具有噴水角度變化以及出水啟閉控制的功能。
3. 本新型於該灑水頭之轉折部設具有一限位滑塊,而該進水握柄之轉折部設具有一限位滑軌,該限位滑塊恰可在限位滑軌滑移,進而達到限制灑水頭的噴水轉動角度。
4. 本新型於該旋轉閥靠近進水孔側邊外緣設置有一滑軌,該進水握柄之轉折部內緣設有一定位塊,當該旋轉閥組裝於進水握把轉折部時,該定位塊恰對應該滑軌,藉以形成控制件的限位結構,當旋轉該控制件帶動旋轉閥時,使得該滑軌相對定位塊產生限位轉動,藉此使灑水頭具有噴水轉動角度限位之功能。

為使貴 審查委員能對本新型之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同,茲列舉以下較佳之實施例並配合圖式說明如下:請參閱第一至十圖所示,本新型具有啟閉水流以及變換噴水角度功能的水槍結構主要包含有:一進水握柄、一灑水頭、一控制件以及一旋轉閥所構成。
該進水握柄(10),其內部具有一注水通道(11),該注水通道(11)出水端一側延設有一具容孔之轉折部(12),該轉折部(12)突伸有一樞轉端(13),該樞轉端(13)上設置有一具通孔之出水槽道(14),並於該出水槽道(14)兩側設有樞結之止水圈(15)。
該灑水頭(20),其內部具有一出水通道(21),該出水通道(21)之入水端一側延設有一轉折部(22),該轉折部(22)形成一與進水握柄(10)轉折部(12)之樞轉端(13)套結之容孔(23),該灑水頭(20)係與該進水握柄(10)藉由該轉折部(12)、(22)對應套結樞轉。
該控制件(30),其概呈一U形體之結構,該控制件(30)兩側分別與該進水握柄(10)及該灑水頭(20)的轉折部(12)、(22)相互組接,該控制件(30)具有二側片(31)並貫穿有一制動孔(311),該制動孔(311)上設具有定位槽孔(312),二側片(31)連結形成的一推動片(32),該控制件(30)係與旋轉閥(40)產生連動旋轉,據達水流啟閉運轉功能。
該旋轉閥(40),概呈一圓柱體結構,穿伸於該進水握柄(10)轉折部(12)之樞轉端(13)與灑水頭(20)轉折部(22)之容孔(23)中,該旋轉閥 (40)內部係成一水流通道(41),該水流通道(41)末端呈封閉狀,且該水流通道(41)兩側分別設置封止的一擋蓋(42),於該旋轉閥(40)設具有一對應該進水握柄(10)注水通道(11)的一進水孔(411)與一止水塞(412);該旋轉閥(40)對應灑水頭(20)的出水通道(21)中係設有一出水孔(413)及一環狀向內凹陷之出水環槽(414);該旋轉閥(40)上另分別在與該轉折部(12)及該樞轉端(13)的樞結處設有形成止漏的止水圈(43),另該旋轉閥(40)水流通道(41)前端外緣設具掣動塊(44),而水流通道(41)末端之封閉端外緣形成有一定位凸塊(45)。
據此,該灑水頭(20)係透過該轉折部(22)與該進水握柄(10)之轉折部(12)來達成相對套結樞轉作動,且該旋轉閥(40)亦可在該相對的轉折部(12)、(22)中受控制件(30)帶動旋轉作動,使該旋轉閥(40)之進水孔(411)與止水塞(412)可形成控制注水通道(11)水流啟閉的功能,而該注入的水流經由該旋轉閥(40)之水流通道(41)後,再由出水孔(413)引流至該出水環槽(414),使水流可經由該出水槽道(14)流至該灑水頭(20)之出水通道(21)而達出水目的,據以獲得一兼具有啟閉水流控制與變換噴水角度功能的水槍。
透過上述之結構,本新型使用方式以及可獲得的優點、功效簡述如下:請參閱第一至四圖以及第九圖所示,該灑水頭(20)主要透過轉折部(22)之容孔(23)樞套於進水握柄(10)之樞轉端(13),使該灑水頭(20)與該進水握柄(10)能相對套結樞轉而產生相互角度變化,使用者可依據自己的使用需求,進而調整灑水頭(20)的噴水角度,是以,透過本新型可以達到多角度的噴水變化,免除添購不同角度功能的水槍:再者,該灑水頭(20)之轉 折部(22)外緣凸設一限位滑塊(24),另於該進水握柄(10)之轉折部(12)上設有一限位滑軌(16),該灑水頭(20)與該進水握柄(10)相對套結後,該限位滑塊(24)恰可在限位滑軌(16)中滑移,俾使兩者形成一樞轉限位機構,進而達到限制灑水頭(20)噴水轉動角度之功效。
請參閱第二、五、六圖所示,本新型主要係透過控制件(30)與旋轉閥(40)在轉折部(12)、(22)中連動旋轉,進而達到啟閉水流之控制效果,如第五、六圖所示,該控制件(30)的推動片(32)係朝下方進水握柄(10)位移,此時該側片(31)的定位槽孔(312)與掣動塊(44)帶動,使該旋轉閥(40)產生順時針轉動,該止水塞(412)恰頂抵於該進水握柄(10)的注水通道(11)上,進而達到該旋轉閥(40)關閉水流進入的效果。
請參閱第七、八圖所示,當控制件(30)朝上方灑水頭(20)扳動,該旋轉閥(40)係逆時針轉動,使得該進水握柄(10)轉折部(12)之進水孔(411)恰對應於該注水通道(11),水流得以進入旋轉閥(40)之水流通道(41)內部,再由出水孔(413)引流至該出水環槽(414),水流可再經由該具通孔之出水槽道(14)與旋轉閥(40)之出水環槽(414)在灑水頭(20)的轉折部(22)中流至該灑水頭(20)之出水通道(21),進而達到出水之目的;由於本新型係透過控制件(30)與旋轉閥(40)的連動旋轉而達到啟閉水流之控制效果,因此,灑水頭(20)的噴水角度變化並不會影響出水與關水的功能;另請參閱第十圖所示,該旋轉閥(40)與進水握柄(10)之轉折部(12)樞結之外周緣上設置有一滑軌(46),另該進水握柄(10)之轉折部(12)內緣設有一定位塊(17),當該旋轉閥(40)組裝於進水握把(10)轉折部(12)時,該定位塊(17)恰對應該滑軌(46),形成控 制件(30)的樞轉限位結構,旋轉該控制件(30)帶動旋轉閥(40)時,使得該滑軌(46)相對定位塊(17)產生限位轉動,藉此,使灑水頭(20)具有噴水轉動角度限位之功能。
請參閱第二、六、八圖所示,本新型於該控制件(30)兩側設有封止該旋轉閥(40)二側之擋蓋(42),使水流通道(41)得以在封閉止漏的轉折部(12)、(22)中形成導流作用;其中,一檔蓋(42)用以封止該旋轉閥(40)水流通道(41)之入水端一側,另一檔蓋(42)內部設有一定位槽(421),用以結合旋轉閥(40)水流通道(41)末端封閉外緣的定位凸塊(45),據使旋轉閥(40)與控制件(30)得以獲致一穩定的連動及止漏功效。
綜上所述,本新型整體確具產業實用性及創新效益,且其構成結構又未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,誠符合新型專利申請要件,懇請 鈞局明鑑,早日准予專利,至為感禱。

  1. 一種水槍結構,主要包含有:一進水握柄、一灑水頭、一控制件以及一旋轉閥所構成;該進水握柄,其內部具有一注水通道,該注水通道之出水端一側延設有一轉折部,該轉折部突伸有一樞轉端;該灑水頭,其內部具有一出水通道,該出水通道之入水端一側延設有一轉折部,該轉折部係與該進水握柄轉折部對應套結樞轉;該控制件,其概呈一U形體之結構,該控制件兩側分別與該進水握柄及該灑水頭的轉折部相互組接,該控制件具有二側片並貫穿有一制動孔,該制動孔上設具有定位槽孔,二側片連結形成的一推動片,該控制件係與旋轉閥產生連動旋轉,據達水流啟閉運轉功能;該旋轉閥,概呈一圓柱體結構,穿伸於該進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端與灑水頭轉折部之容孔中,該旋轉閥內部係成一水流通道,該水流通道末端呈封閉狀,且該水流通道兩側分別設置封止的一擋蓋,於該旋轉閥設具有一對應該進水握柄注水通道的一進水孔與一止水塞;該旋轉閥對應灑水頭的出水通道中係設有一出水孔及一環狀向內凹陷之出水環槽;該旋轉閥水流通道前端外緣設具掣動塊,而水流通道末端之封閉端外緣形成有一定位凸塊;據此,該灑水頭係透過該轉折部與該進水握柄之轉折部來達成相對套結樞轉作動,且該旋轉閥亦可在該相對的轉折部中受控制件帶動旋轉作動,使該旋轉閥之進水孔與止水塞可形成控制注水通道水流啟閉的功能,而該注入的水流經由該旋轉閥之水流通道後,再由出水孔引流至該出水環槽,使水流可經由該出水槽道流至該灑水頭之出水通道而達出水目的,據以 獲得一兼具有啟閉水流控制與變換噴水角度功能的水槍。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,該樞轉端上設有一具通孔之出水槽道,並於該出水槽道兩側設有樞結之止水圈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,該轉折部設有一與進水握柄轉折部之樞轉端套結之容孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,該灑水頭之轉折部外緣凸設一限位滑塊,另該進水握柄之轉折部上設有一限位滑軌,該限位滑塊恰可在限位滑軌中滑移,兩者形成一樞轉限位機構,進而達到限制灑水頭噴水轉動角度之功效。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,該旋轉閥靠近該進水孔側邊外緣設置有一滑軌,該進水握柄之轉折部內緣設有一定位塊,當該旋轉閥組裝於進水握把轉折部時,該定位塊恰對應該滑軌,形成控制件的樞轉限位結構,旋轉該控制件帶動旋轉閥時,該滑軌得相對定位塊產生限位轉動,據使灑水頭具有噴水轉動角度限位之功能。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,該旋轉閥在與該進水握把轉折部及該樞轉端與灑水頭轉折部的樞結處設有形成止漏的止水圈。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之水槍結構,其中,一檔蓋用以封止該旋轉閥水流通道之入水端一側,另一檔蓋內部設一定位槽,用以結合旋轉閥水流通道末端封閉外緣的定位凸塊,據使該檔蓋用以封止該旋轉閥之二側,使旋轉閥與控制件得以獲致一穩定的連動及止漏功效。
