注塑加工工艺要能实现脱模,底面通水口必须完全覆盖轴管内相应通水道。由于产品尺寸限制,控流动阀片附件的轴管外径不能太大,而控流动阀片附件底面通水口必须偏离中心一定距离,使底面通水口和轴管内相应通水道不能同心或接近同心,底面通水口只能是长方形才能覆盖轴管内相应通水道。动阀片轴动覆盖或打开相同大小通水孔条件下,通水孔偏离中心距离越大,轴动角度就可越小,阀片切合滑动控制水流的功能才能实现。否则,轴动角度太大,导致阀芯外壳手柄槽太宽,使整个阀芯外壳不结实。或导致某些功能部位没设计位置,例如,两通水孔隔墙等。同时,轴管外径太大,会导致定阀片底座没有足够尺寸设计相适配的轴管孔。而且,轴管外径越大,其内孔密封效果越差。控流动阀片附件底面通水口和控流动阀片通水孔接合处必须都同心圆形,才能在二者密封接合处设内孔密封。否则,只能设平面密封,而平面密封必须用螺钉或卡位将二者固定锁紧。冰冻,高压或材料变形情况下,这种固定会不断松开,且无法自动恢复。

本发明进一步设置为:还包括第一转动件以及第二转动件,所述第一转动件可转动设置在所述第二转动件内,所述第一转动件与第一动阀片呈联动设置,所述第二转动件与第二动阀片呈联动设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用时,分别通过转动第一转动件带动第一动阀片转动使第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口导通或关闭,以及转动第二转动件带动第二动阀片转动使第二动阀侧部通水口与定阀侧部通水口导通或关闭,达到分别控制冷热两路水的目的,从而控制冷热水的流量大小与水温。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口分别呈偏心设置在所述第一动阀片与第二动阀片上。
通过采用上述技术方案,结构更加简单,加工更加方便。
本发明进一步设置为:所述所述定阀中部通水口呈同轴设置在所 述定阀片上。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二转动件转动时带动第二动阀片转动使第二动阀侧部通水口与定阀侧部通水口导通或关闭,再通过转动第一转动件带动第一动阀片转动使第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口导通或关闭。
本发明进一步设置为:所述定阀中部通水口呈偏心设置在所述定阀片上。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二转动件转动时带动第二动阀片转动使第二动阀侧部通水口与定阀侧部通水口导通或关闭的同时,使第二动阀中部通水口与定阀中部通水口导通或关闭,再通过转动第一转动件带动第一动阀片转动使第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口导通或关闭。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括第三动阀片与第四动阀片,所述第三动阀片设置有第三动阀侧部通水口,所述第四动阀片设置有第四动阀侧部通水口,第三动阀片与第四动阀片分别套设在所述第一转动件上,所述第三动阀片与第一转动件呈联动设置,所述第四动阀片与第二转动件呈联动设置,所述第三动阀片与第四动阀片相对转动时第三动阀侧部通水口与第四动阀侧部通水口导通或关闭。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过第一动阀片与第二动阀片中部通水口相互切合控制冷热水其中一种水流,再配合第三动阀片与第四动阀片相互切合控制冷热水另一种水流,从而达到操作第一转动件即可同时控制冷热水的目的,可分别控制流量大小或温度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一转动件设置有内通水孔,所述第二转动件设置有外通水孔,第一转动件与第二转动件相对转动时,内通水孔与外通水孔导通或关闭。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过第一动阀片与第二动阀片中部通水口相互切合控制冷热水其中一种水流,再配合内通水孔与外通水孔相互切合控制冷热水另一种水流,从而达到操作第一转动件即可同时控制冷热水的目的,可分别控制流量大小或温度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述定阀中部通水口和定阀侧通水口呈不 同角度设置,第二动阀中部通水口和第二动阀侧通水口对应的呈不同角度设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,分别可同时控制两种水流大小和温度调节。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一转动件设置有内转动键,所述第一动阀片设置有与所述内转动键相配合的第一动阀槽,所述第二转动件设置有外转动键,所述第二动阀片设置有与所述外转动键相配合的第二动阀槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得第一转动件与第一动阀片相联动,第二转动件与第二动阀片相联动,结构更加简单。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括底座与外壳,所述底座设置有分别与定阀中部通水口以及定阀侧部通水口相导通的底中部通水口与底侧部通水口,所述定阀片定位在所述底座上,所述外壳套设在所述定阀片、第一动阀片、第二动阀片、第一转动件以及第二转动件的外侧并与所述底座相连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得水龙头阀芯模块化更换更加方便。

本发明专利公开的水龙头阀芯,包括定阀片1、第一动阀片2、第二动阀片3、第一转动件4以及第二转动件5,所述第二动阀片3设置在第一动阀片2与定阀片1之间,并且第二动阀片3的两端面分别与第一动阀片2以及定阀片1对应的端面密封贴合,所述第一转动件4可转动设置在所述第二转动件5内,所述定阀片1上设置有定阀 中部通水口101与定阀侧部通水口102,所述第一动阀片2设置有第一动阀中部通水口201,所述第二动阀片3设置有第二动阀中部通水口301与第二动阀侧部通水口302,所述第一转动件4与第一动阀片2呈联动设置,所述第二转动件5与第二动阀片3呈联动设置,所述第一转动件4转动时带动第一动阀片2转动使第一动阀中部通水口201与第二动阀中部通水口301导通或关闭,所述第二转动件5转动时带动第二动阀片3转动使第二动阀侧部通水口302与定阀侧部通水口102导通或关闭。通过采用上述技术方案,使用时,分别通过转动第一转动件4带动第一动阀片2转动使第一动阀中部通水口201与第二动阀中部通水口301导通或关闭,以及转动第二转动件5带动第二动阀片3转动使第二动阀侧部通水口302与定阀侧部通水口102导通或关闭,达到分别控制冷热两路水的目的,从而控制冷热水的流量大小与水温。并且,其定阀中部通水口101与定阀侧部通水口102、第一动阀中部通水口201、第二动阀中部通水口301与第二动阀侧部通水口302均可在轴向方向设置,方便加工。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一动阀中部通水口201与第二动阀中部通水口301分别呈偏心设置在所述第一动阀片2与第二动阀片3上。通过采用上述技术方案,结构更加简单,加工更加方便。
实施例一、本发明进一步设置为:所述所述定阀中部通水口101呈同轴设置在所述定阀片1上。通过采用上述技术方案,第二转动件5转动时带动第二动阀片3转动使第二动阀侧部通水口302与定阀侧部通水口102导通或关闭,再通过转动第一转动件4带动第一动阀片2转动使第一动阀中部通水口201与第二动阀中部通水口301导通或关闭。
实施例二、本发明进一步设置为:所述定阀中部通水口101呈偏心设置在所述定阀片1上。所述第一转动件4设置有内通水孔403,所述第二转动件5设置有外通水孔503,第一转动件4与第二转动件5相对转动时,内通水孔403与外通水孔503导通或关闭。通过采用上述技术方案,第二转动件5转动时带动第二动阀片3转动使第二动阀侧部通水口302与定阀侧部通水口102导通或关闭的同时,使第二 动阀中部通水口301与定阀中部通水口101导通或关闭,再通过转动第一转动件4带动第一动阀片2转动使第一动阀中部通水口201与第二动阀中部通水口301导通或关闭。通过第一动阀片2与第二动阀片3中部通水口相互切合控制冷热水其中一种水流,再配合内通水孔403与外通水孔503相互切合控制冷热水另一种水流,从而达到操作第一转动件即可同时控制冷热水的目的,可分别控制流量大小或温度。
实施例三、本发明进一步设置为:所述定阀中部通水口101呈偏心设置在所述定阀片1上。还包括第三动阀片8与第四动阀片9,所述第三动阀片8设置有第三动阀侧部通水口801,所述第四动阀片9设置有第四动阀侧部通水口901,第三动阀片8与第四动阀片9分别套设在所述第一转动件4上,所述第三动阀片8与第一转动件4呈联动设置,所述第四动阀片9与第二转动件5呈联动设置,所述第三动阀片8与第四动阀片9相对转动时第三动阀侧部通水口801与第四动阀侧部通水口901导通或关闭。通过采用上述技术方案,通过第一动阀片2与第二动阀片3中部通水口相互切合控制冷热水其中一种水流,再配合第三动阀片8与第四动阀片9相互切合控制冷热水另一种水流,从而达到操作第一转动件即可同时控制冷热水的目的,可分别控制流量大小或温度。
本发明可进一步设置为:所述定阀中部通水口101和定阀侧通水口102呈不同角度设置,第二动阀中部通水口301和第二动阀侧通水口302对应的呈不同角度设置。通过采用上述技术方案,分别可同时控制两种水流大小和温度调节。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一转动件4设置有内操作部401,所述第二转动件5设置有外操作部501,所述内操作部401由外操作部501延伸至所述第二转动件5外。通过采用上述技术方案,通过内操作部401与外操作部501分别对第一转动件4与第二转动件5进行操作。
本发明进一步设置为:所述第一转动件4设置有内转动键404,所述第一动阀片2设置有与所述内转动键404相配合的第一动阀槽 202,所述第二转动件5设置有外转动键504,所述第二动阀片3设置有与所述外转动键504相配合的第二动阀槽303。通过采用上述技术方案,使得第一转动件4与第一动阀片2相联动,第二转动件5与第二动阀片3相联动,结构更加简单。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括底座6与外壳7,所述底座6设置有分别与定阀中部通水口101以及定阀侧部通水口102相导通的底中部通水口601与底侧部通水口602,所述定阀片1定位在所述底座6上,所述外壳7套设在所述定阀片1、第一动阀片2、第二动阀片3、第一转动件4以及第二转动件5的外侧并与所述底座6相连接。通过采用上述技术方案,使得水龙头阀芯模块化更换更加方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:包括定阀片、第一动阀片、第二动阀片,所述第二动阀片设置在第一动阀片与定阀片之间,并且第二动阀片的两端面分别与第一动阀片以及定阀片对应的端面密封贴合,所述定阀片上设置有定阀中部通水口与定阀侧部通水口,所述第一动阀片设置有第一动阀中部通水口,所述第二动阀片设置有第二动阀中部通水口与第二动阀侧部通水口,所述第一动阀片转动使第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口导通或关闭,所述第二动阀片转动使第二动阀侧部通水口与定阀侧部通水口导通或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:还包括第一转动件以及第二转动件,所述第一转动件与第一动阀片呈联动设置,所述第二转动件与第二动阀片呈联动设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述第一动阀中部通水口与第二动阀中部通水口分别呈偏心设置在所述第一动阀片与第二动阀片上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述定阀中部通水口呈同轴设置在所述定阀片上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述定阀中部通水口呈偏心设置在所述定阀片上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:还包括第三动阀片与第四动阀片,所述第三动阀片设置有第三动阀侧部通水口,所述第四动阀片设置有第四动阀侧部通水口,第三动阀片与第四动阀片分别套设在所述第一转动件上,所述第三动阀片与第一转动件呈联动设置,所述第四动阀片与第二转动件呈联动设置,所述第三动阀片与第四动阀片相对转动时第三动阀侧部通水口与第四动阀侧部通水口导通或关闭。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述第一转动件设置有内通水孔,所述第二转动件设置有外通水孔,第一转动件与第二转动件相对转动时,内通水孔与外通水孔导通或关闭。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述定阀中部通水口和定阀侧通水口呈不同角度设置,第二动阀中部通水口和第二动阀侧通水口对应的呈不同角度设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:所述第一转动件设置有内转动键,所述第一动阀片设置有与所述内转动键相配合的第一动阀槽,所述第二转动件设置有外转动键,所述第二动阀片设置有与所述外转动键相配合的第二动阀槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的水龙头阀芯,其特征在于:还包括底座与外壳,所述底座设置有分别与定阀中部通水口以及定阀侧部通水口相导通的底中部通水口与底侧部通水口,所述定阀片定位在所述底座上,所述外壳套设在所述定阀片、第一动阀片、第二动阀片、第一转动件以及第二转动件的外侧并与所述底座相连接。
