吸收了血液、尿液、汗水等體液造成濕度增加,再加上體表於封閉環境中造成的體溫增加,而引起悶熱不適。且個人衛生用品非無菌設計,再加上四周環境、身體表面及體液中都可能含有細菌、黴菌、真菌,體液的蛋白質、糖分及鹽分可作為微生物的營養來源,在此高溫、高濕度與高營養的環境中造成黴菌、真菌的繁殖,如果缺氧更會導致厭氧菌大量繁殖,如果沒有及時更換還可能造成感染,因此如何在衛生棉、尿布、尿布褲等個人衛生用品等半封閉的小環境裡安全且方便的提供氧氣,即是大眾關心的議題。
先前技術有使用過氧化物作為固體氧化劑,以隨身產生氧氣。日本專利(JPA 2004536010)揭露一種化學氧氣發生器,其中以鹼土金屬(LiClO4、LiClO3、NaClO4、NaClO3、KClO4、KClO3)、過氧化物(Na2O2、K2O2)、超氧化物(KO2、NaO2)生成氧氣;台灣專利(申請號083206076)揭露一種具有氧氣再生罐之面罩,其中利用過氧化鈉生成氧氣。以上二技術雖可以供應氧氣,但若應用於接觸人體皮膚的衛生棉、尿布、尿布褲等個人衛生用品,會因為鹼性太強對人體健康造成刺激與危害。
健康的皮膚為弱酸性,若接觸鹼性強的衛生用品對皮膚造成強烈刺激甚至腐蝕性,美國發明(公開號US20150182655)是一種二元氣味控制系統(Binary odor control system for absorbent articles),以過氧化鈣搭配檸檬酸用於尿布除臭,當使用含0.9%檸檬酸與3% lxper 75C(含75%過氧化鈣)的漿粕,具有很好的氣味控制較果,但並沒有解決氧氣生成和維持親膚性pH值的問題。
因此如何於衛生棉、尿布、尿布褲、胸貼、鞋墊、拋棄式內
衣褲、供氧貼片單元等個人衛生用品中提供氧氣且可以維持中性、弱酸性或弱鹼性等親膚的pH值,即為本創作在此欲解決的一重要課題。
有鑒於坊間衛生棉、尿布使用時有悶熱及細菌滋生問題,若加入固態氧化劑又因為強鹼對皮膚造成傷害,創作人經過長久的構思與研究,本創作提供一種可置於個人衛生用品中之親膚性供氧結構,吸收液體後會釋放氧氣,且pH值維持親膚之中性、弱酸性及弱鹼性,提升小環境中氧氣含量達到抑制厭氧菌效果且親膚pH值不對皮膚造成傷害。
本創作的目的即在於提供一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,包含吸收層與親膚性供氧單元,親膚性供氧單元均勻散佈於吸收層之局部或全部範圍,其中親膚性供氧單元包含氧氣提供單元與pH值調節單元;該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之pH值為pH4-9。
為達前述創作目的,其中該氧氣提供單元包含金屬過氧化物。
為達前述創作目的,其中該氧氣提供單元可以進一步加入過氧化氫酶。
為達前述創作目的,其中該金屬過氧化物係選自於由過氧化鎂、過氧化鈣、過氧化鈉及過氧化鉀所組成的群組。
為達前述創作目的,其中該pH值調節單元包含固體酸。
為達前述創作目的,其中該固體酸係選自於固體檸檬酸、固體乳酸、固體乳酸鈣、固體草酸、固體鹽酸、固體植酸及固體矽酸所組成的群組。
為達前述創作目的,其中供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構可以置於個人衛生用品中,其中該個人衛生用品包含OK繃、傷口敷料、口罩、頭罩、衛生棉、衛生棉條、產褥墊、尿布、尿布褲、胸貼、鞋墊、拋棄式內衣褲、供氧貼片單元。
為達前述創作目的,其中該氧氣提供單元及pH值調節單元的較佳比例為1份氧氣提供單元及1-3份pH值調節單元。
為達前述創作目的,其中該氧氣提供單元及pH值調節單元的最佳比例為1份氧氣提供單元及1.5-2份pH值調節單元。
為達前述創作目的,其中氧氣提供單元中過氧化氫酶含量以之0.1~5%較佳。
為達前述創作目的,其中氧氣提供單元中過氧化氫酶含量以之0.5~2%最佳。
為達前述創作目的,其中該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之較佳pH值為pH4-7。
為達前述創作目的,其中該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之最佳pH值為pH4-5.5。

第1圖係本創作之示意圖,一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,包含親膚性供氧單元與吸收層,親膚性供氧單元均勻散佈於吸收層之全部範圍之態樣;第2圖係本創作之示意圖,一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,包含親膚性供氧單元與吸收層,親膚性供氧單元均勻散佈於吸收層之局部範圍之態樣;
第3圖係本創作一較佳實施例之使用示意圖,以顯示供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構置於衛生棉之態樣;第4圖係本創作一較佳實施例之使用示意圖,以顯示供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構置於OK繃中之態樣;第5圖係本創作一較佳實施例之使用示意圖,以顯示供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構置於尿布之態樣,其中尿布可含有一個以上之供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構。
本創作係以下面的實施例予以示範闡明,但本創作不受下述實施例所限制。
本創作是一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,吸收水分後可以供給氧氣,且pH值維持親膚之中性、弱酸性及弱鹼性,該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構(1)包含吸收層(101)與親膚性供氧單元(102),親膚性供氧單元均勻散佈於吸收層之全部(第1圖)或局部(第2圖)範圍;參照第3、4、5圖所示此供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構(1)可以置於衛生棉(3)、OK繃(4)或尿布(5)等個人衛生用品中,使小環境的氧氣增加,因為氧氣增加也抑制厭氧菌生長。
實施例1
尿布中含有過氧化鎂與乳酸
2MgO2+2H2O → 2Mg(OH)2+O2
2CH3CH(OH)COOH+Mg(OH)2 → (C3H5O3)2Mg+2H2O
尿布中含有過氧化鎂與乳酸,尿布未使用時呈乾燥,其中的
過氧化鎂與乳酸皆呈固體狀,對pH值不造成影響;尿布使用時,其中過氧化鎂吸收尿液中的水份會產生氫氧化鎂與氧氣,會產生氫氧化鎂與氧氣,使尿布小環境中水氣減少且氧氣增加,抑制厭氧菌生長;其中的乳酸遇上氫氧化鎂時,乳酸會釋放出氫離子(H+),與氫氧化鎂之氫氧根(OH-)產生中和反應,轉化成乳酸鎂及水,乳酸鎂為弱酸性,對皮膚不會造成傷害,並有少量氧氣產生。
實施例2
具有過氧化鈣與檸檬酸的衛生棉
衛生棉中含有1公克過氧化鈣與2公克檸檬酸,衛生棉未使用時呈乾燥,其中的過氧化鈣與檸檬酸皆呈固體狀,對pH值不造成影像;衛生棉使用時,其中過氧化鈣吸收血液中的水份會產生氫氧化鈣與氧氣,會產生氫氧化鈣與氧氣,檸檬酸遇上氫氧化鈣時,檸檬酸會釋放出氫離子(H+),與氫氧化鈣之氫氧根(OH-)產生中和反應,將衛生棉中的1公克過氧化鈣、2公克檸檬酸加入100毫升水,充分攪拌5分鐘,此時pH值為4.82,弱酸性,並有少量氧氣產生;對比先前技術(US20150182655)中含有將0.9%檸檬酸與3% lxper 75C(含75%過氧化鈣)的漿粕,我們將相同比例之2.25公克過氧化鈣與0.95公克檸檬酸加入100毫升水,充分攪拌5分鐘,此時pH值高達12.10,會生成大量過氧化氫,而非氧氣,且對肌膚的威脅很大。
由於1公克過氧化鈣與2公克檸檬酸加水後氧氣量生成緩慢,我們進一步加入過氧化氫酶,其中過氧化鈣吸收水份會產生氫氧化鈣與過氧化氫,過氧化氫遇上過氧化氫酶(catalase,簡稱CAT)會快速生成氧氣,而檸檬酸遇上氫氧化鈣時,檸檬酸會釋放出氫離子(H+),與氫氧化鈣之
氫氧根(OH-)產生中和反應,反應式如下:
2CaO2+4H2O → 2Ca(OH)2+2H2O2
2C6H8O7+3Ca(OH)2 → Ca3(C6H5O7)2+6H2O
將1公克過氧化鈣、2公克檸檬酸與過氧化氫酶加入100毫升水,充分攪拌5分鐘,此時氧氣快速生成,抑制厭氧菌生長,液體之pH值為4.82,弱酸性,此pH值對肌膚不造成刺激且感覺舒適。
實施例3
可以生成氧氣的親膚性pH值之OK繃
OK繃之吸水層包含噴灑有固體乳酸之纖維、噴灑有固體草酸之纖維與噴灑有固體過氧化鈉之纖維,OK繃未使用時呈乾燥,其中的乳酸、草酸與過氧化鈉皆呈固體狀,對pH值不造成影響。
OK繃使用時吸收傷口血液中的水份會產生,乳酸鈉、草酸鈉與氧氣,此時OK繃小環境中水氣減少且氧氣增加,抑制厭氧菌生長,且可調整乳酸、草酸與過氧化鈉之比例,使其遇水後之pH值為pH4-9,對皮膚不會造成傷害。
實施例4
可以穩定生成氧氣的親膚性pH值之衛生棉
衛生棉含有5份過氧化鈣、2.3份草酸、6份檸檬酸與0.05份過氧化氫酶,衛生棉未使用時呈乾燥,其中的過氧化鈣、草酸、檸檬酸與過氧化氫酶皆呈固體狀,對pH值不造成影像;衛生棉使用時,其中過氧化鈣吸收血液中的水份會產生氫氧化鈣與過氧化氫,過氧化氫遇上過氧化氫酶
會快速生成氧氣,而草酸、檸檬酸遇上氫氧化鈣時,草酸、檸檬酸會釋放出氫離子(H+),與氫氧化鈣之氫氧根(OH-)產生中和反應,將衛生棉中5份過氧化鈣、2.3份草酸、6份檸檬酸與0.05份過氧化氫酶加入100毫升水,充分攪拌5分鐘,此時氧氣快速生成,抑制厭氧菌生長,液體之pH值為4.82,弱酸性,此pH值對肌膚不造成刺激且感覺舒適。
可以使用不同金屬過氧化物與不同固體酸相互搭配,金屬過氧化物包含過氧化鎂、過氧化鈣、過氧化鈉、過氧化鉀,固體酸包含檸檬酸、乳酸、乳酸鈣、草酸、鹽酸、植酸和矽酸,以不同比例金屬過氧化物與固體酸搭配,加水後之pH值為pH4-9不會對皮膚造成刺激,加水後之pH值為pH4-5.5可以使皮膚感覺舒適。
實施例5
供氧貼片單元
吸收層的材質包括不織布、紗布等吸水材質,將固體氧化物、固體酸、過氧化氫酶混和均勻後噴灑於吸收層上製作成供氧貼片單元,供氧貼片單元可以貼附於身體需要供氧部位,例如傷口處,除了可以直接使用供氧貼片單元外,也可以將傷口先以OK繃包紮,再將供氧貼片單元覆蓋於OK繃之外,此時傷口產生的水氣透過OK繃釋出至供氧貼片單元,供氧貼片單元產生氧氣再透過OK繃到達傷口處,此時傷口外、供氧貼片單元內的小環境中,氧氣大量增加且維持親膚性pH。
上列詳細說明係針對本創作之可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本創作之專利範圍,凡未脫離本創作技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。
上述多項功效,實屬充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定新型專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件新型專利申請案,以勵創作。

Claims (13)
- 一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,包含吸收層與親膚性供氧單元,親膚性供氧單元均勻散佈於吸收層之局部或全部範圍,其中親膚性供氧單元包含氧氣提供單元與pH值調節單元;供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之pH值為pH4-9。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該氧氣提供單元包含金屬過氧化物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該氧氣提供單元可以進一步加入過氧化氫酶。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該金屬過氧化物係選自於由過氧化鎂、過氧化鈣、過氧化鈉及過氧化鉀所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該pH值調節單元包含固體酸。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該固體酸係選自於由固體檸檬酸、固體乳酸、固體乳酸鈣、固體草酸、固體鹽酸、固體植酸和固體矽酸所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構可以置於個人衛生用品中,其中該個人衛生用品包含OK繃、傷口敷料、口罩、頭罩、衛生棉、衛生棉條、產褥墊、尿布、尿布褲、胸貼、鞋墊、拋棄式內衣褲、供氧貼片單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該氧 氣提供單元及pH值調節單元的較佳比例為1份氧氣提供單元及1-3份pH值調節單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該氧氣提供單元及pH值調節單元的最佳比例為1份氧氣提供單元及1.5-2份pH值調節單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中氧氣提供單元中過氧化氫酶含量以之0.1~5%較佳。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中氧氣提供單元中過氧化氫酶含量以之0.5~2%最佳。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之較佳pH值為pH4-7。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構,其中該供給氧氣之親膚性吸收結構吸收液體後之最佳pH值為pH4-5.5。
