Abstract
本發明是一種供給氫氣之透氣層,包含:一薄層,包裹一製氫配方,其中,該薄層外側不透氣,內側透氣,內側表面具複數個小孔洞,該薄層可為單層或是複合層;以及一製氫配方,被包裹於該薄層中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氫氣;該氫氣通過該複數個小孔洞釋放至皮膚、人體內部;其中,該製氫配方係包含金屬過氧化物、金屬氫氧化物、或金屬氫化物及鋁粉或矽粉;該透氣層可以用於外敷袋或其他生活衛生用品中,具有改善非細菌性發炎及其他保健的功效。
Description
本發明係提供一包含製氫配方之透氣層,透過供給氫氣至皮膚或是人體內部,以氫氣之不具刺激性、優異擴散能力、與反應不具有害副產物等優勢,達到保健、疾病改善之用途,屬於生活保健領域。
氫氣(H2)是一種無色無味的氣體,1975年有研究報導指出,氫氣可以作為抗氧化氣體治療癌症,2007年日本學者以氫氣中和有毒自由基,治療腦缺血再灌注損傷,其後有大量研究確認氫氣對多種疾病和損傷有治療效果。氫氣能選擇性中和自由基,產生抗氧化、抗炎症和抗細胞凋亡等效應,而不影響體內具有生理作用的活性氧,如:超氧陰離子和過氧化氫等,說明氫氣安全可用於人體。氫氣的另外一個優點是具有強大的擴散能力,細胞膜和各種生物屏障都不影響氫氣的擴散滲透,能達到身體任何部位,被認為對中風、糖尿病、動脈硬化、帕金森病等常見急性和慢性疾病具有治療作用。
氫氣的使用可以通過吸入氫氣、飲用氫水或注射氫氣鹽水等方法。吸入氫氣對中風、心肌梗塞等具有神經、心血管疾病具有改善作用,飲用氫水被報導對糖尿病和代謝疾病有治療效果;另外,在動物模式中,也證明飲用氫水可改善過敏性疾病,如:異位性皮膚炎;若是直接注射於視網膜病變眼球內,則可治療眼底疾病。日本鹿兒島大學和印尼Sam
Ratulangi大學合作,採用高濃度氫水合併使用抗癌藥5氟尿嘧啶,利用細胞學和動物模型兩種模式,證明氫氣不僅能促進腫瘤細胞凋亡,且可以明顯增加5氟尿嘧啶的抗腫瘤效果,延長患有腫瘤之動物壽命。
目前常見的氫氣供給方式,包括氫水或高壓氫氣罐,氫水將氫氣融合於水中,首先需要氫氣製造機,體積大、需要耗電,且製作完成的氫水保存不易;若要補充高純度的氫氣,通常會使用高壓氫氣鋼瓶,但除了體積、重量造成的不便攜帶問題外,高壓氣體鋼瓶具有的潛在安全風險,也令使用上有所顧慮。由於氫氣製造機與高壓氫氣鋼瓶攜帶不便,推廣並不容易,使氫氣在實際應用上受到限制,因此如何供應可隨時隨地、便於使用的氫氣可以容易的解決非細菌性發炎及其他保健功效是本發明要解決的問題。
市面上有各式貼身接觸皮膚的生活衛生用品(包含口罩、面罩、面膜等),由於與皮膚直接接觸,因此,常標榜穿戴之舒適性與方便性,然而,近年來,該領域者也針對其他可合併達成功效,力求改良與突破,例如透過內部材料反應,供給人體氧氣等有益氣體;然而,由於氣體供給來自於材料間內部化學作用,若為了提升保健功效,往往須涵括更多材料或同時包含更多種類的材料組合,進而衍生材料逸散或不安全副產物的風險。
因此,如何以提供一可供給氫氣的透氣層在生活衛生用品中,為本發明在此欲解決的一重要課題。
為解決前述問題,本案發明人提供一種供給氫氣之透氣層,包
含:一薄層,包裹一製氫配方,內側表面具複數個小孔洞,其中,該薄層外側不透氣,內側透氣,內側表面具複數個小孔洞,該薄層可為單層或是複合層;該製氫配方,被包裹於該薄層中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氫氣;該氫氣通過該複數個小孔洞釋放至皮膚、人體內部。
為達本案發明目的,該薄層的內側材質可為硅膠、矽膠、無紡布、或塑料透氣膜。
為達本案發明目的,其中該薄層的外側材質為聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑膠薄膜、鋁膜、或複合膜。
為達本案發明目的,其中該製氫配方可為粉末狀、顆粒狀。

物、活化劑或是催化劑。

本發明的另一目的是提供一種抑制發炎的外敷袋,包含:一薄層,包裹一製氫配方、一製氧配方,其中,該薄層外側不透氣,內側透氣,內側表面具複數個小孔洞,該薄層可為單層或是複合層;該製氫配方,被包裹於該薄層中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氫氣;該氫氣通過該複數個小孔洞釋放至皮膚;該製氧配方,被包裹於該薄層中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氧氣;該氧氣通過該複數個小孔洞釋放至皮膚。
為達本案發明目的,其中該薄層的內側材質可為硅膠、矽膠、無紡布、或塑料透氣膜。
為達本案發明目的,其中該薄層的外側材質為聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑膠薄膜、鋁膜、或複合膜。其中該製氫配方、該製氧配方可為粉末狀、顆粒狀。

本發明為內含製氫配方的透氣層,可於短時間內,產生大量氫
氣,供給人體皮膚、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、或是其他接觸之人體部位,有利
功效如下所示:
(1)使用安全方便
不須鋼瓶管線或插電,便於隨身攜帶,且配方無害,可貼身使用。
(2)不會衍生有害副產物
(3)貼近皮膚易於吸收
(4)氫氣之廣泛身體保健用途
-優異的擴散能力,抵達部位不受限制
-無毒、溫和的安全還原劑
-可以中和自由基,具優異抗氧化、抗發炎效果,尤其是針對非細菌性發炎
-改善體內菌群
(5)氧氣添加更一步改善過去傳統敷料因為長期使用造成缺氧的問題。
本發明更揭示,為取得透氣層最佳保健效果,所需的最適製氫配方、製氧配方比例與劑量,並例示可將透氣層施用於生活衛生用品中,以及本發明之延伸應用。

本發明係以下面的實施例予以示範闡明,但本發明不受下述實
施例所限制,以下具體說明本案的供給氫氣之透氣層所涵括的特徵、應用與優勢,然而,凡未脫離本發明技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。
如圖1-圖3所示,本發明提供一透氣層1,包含:一薄層11,包裹一製氫配方,其中,該薄層11外側不透氣內側透氣,內側表面具複數個小孔洞111,該薄層可為單層或是複合層;以及一製氫配方12,被包裹於該薄層11中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氫氣;由圖2可見,該氫氣將通過該複數個小孔洞111經由皮膚、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、其他接觸之人體部位,吸收入人體內部。
本發明將製氫配方12以外側不透氣,而內側透氣之該薄層11包覆,其中,該薄層內側之小孔洞111孔徑小於該製氫配方12直徑,以保證該製氫配方12不外洩,該薄層11之外側為不透氣材質,內側則為親膚性材料。
在保存時,係以氣密材料包裝,以保證空氣中水分不會提前與該製氫配方12反應;使用時將氣密包裝撕除,應用在所需位置;藉由使用該透氣層1,可透過外側不透氣材質截留汗水、濕氣等水份不外泄,因此,可充分令該製氫配方12反應,並定向針對皮膚供給氫氣。
用於包覆該製氫配方12的該薄層11之內側材質,可為硅膠、矽膠、無紡布、或塑料透氣膜;外側材質可為聚丙烯、聚乙烯塑膠薄膜、鋁膜、或複合膜。
該製氫配方12,可為粉末狀、顆粒狀,包含金屬過氧化物、金屬氫氧化物、或金屬氫化物及鋁粉或矽粉。
其中該金屬過氧化物係選自於由過氧化鈣、過氧化鎂、過氧化鈉、過氧化鉀所組成的群組,該金屬氫氧化物係選自於由氫氧化鈣、氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀所組成的群組。
該製氫配方亦可包含可透過水分生成金屬氫氧化物之化合物,例如:氫化鎂、氫化鈣、氢化硅。
該製氫配方可選擇性添加一固體酸,與前述製氫配方起中和作用,令酸鹼值介於4-9之間,以避免刺激皮膚,並提升氫氣吸收效果,該固體酸係選自於由固體檸檬酸、固體乳酸、固體草酸、固體鹽酸、固體植酸和固體矽酸所組成的群組。
以下反應式為製氫配方供給氫氣的機制:若為金屬過氧化物,首先會透過與水反應,生成金屬氫氧化物,並釋放氧氣,反應式為:2XO2+2H2O→2X(OH)2+O2(X為鈣、鎂)或是2Y2O2+2H2O→4Y(OH)+O2(X為鈉、鉀)
金屬氫氧化物可與鋁粉反應,生成氫氣,見下列反應式:2Al+2H2O+X(OH)2=X(AlO2)2+3H2
2Al+2H2O+2Y(OH)=2YAlO2+3H2
金屬氫化物則可透過與水分反應,生成氫氣及金屬氫氧化物,金屬氫氧化物可再與水反應,持續產生氫氣。
前述反應中,若欲快速生成較大量氫氣,可選擇活性較大的鹼金屬(IA族)(亦即鈉或鉀)之過氧化物或是氫氧化物作為反應物。
透過前述例示製氫配方的組合應用,該領域具有通常技術者亦可聯想應用矽與氫氧化物及水反應,產生氫氣,此為本案組合之等效實施,應包含於本案製氫配方之申請專利範圍之內,其反應式如下:Si+4H2O=H4SiO4+2H2
H4SiO4+2NaOH=Na2SiO3+3H2
為避免敷料接觸皮膚時間長,因為外側不透氣而缺氧引起的不
適,該薄層11可進一步加入一製氧配方13,其中該製氧配方13可為粉末狀、顆粒狀,包含金屬過氧化物或金屬超氧化物。
金屬過氧化物,會透過與水反應,並釋放氧氣,反應式為:2XO2+2H2O→2X(OH)2+O2(X為鈣、鎂)或是2Y2O2+2H2O→4Y(OH)+O2(X為鈉、鉀)
為釐清較佳劑量比例,因此,測試各反應物分別於0.01-100克的範圍時的氫氣生成效率,前述該製氫配方在重量比例為金屬過氧化物或金屬氫氧化物:鋁粉=1:100-100:1時,可反應產生氫氣,而當重量比例為1:10-10:1時,具有最佳氫氣生成效率,若需要進一步產生氧氣溢出至薄層1外,該製氧配方與該製氫配方的重量比例為1:1-1:50。
該透氣膜可應用於生活衛生用品中,貼身使用,該生活衛生用品包括但不限於眼罩(圖4)、口罩(圖5A、圖5B)、面罩、面膜(圖6)、胸罩、胸貼、溢乳貼、衛生棉(巾)、紙尿褲、衛生護墊、傷口敷料(圖7)、創可貼、包紮紗布、褥瘡墊、外敷袋。
以下招募具有各相關疾病、症狀之受試者,包含神經疾病、近期經過放射性療法、便祕、紫外線損傷、眼部酸澀、眼部不適、外傷,分配使用含該透氣膜之口罩、眼罩、面膜、或是傷口敷料等生活衛生用品,持續使用三個月,一週三次,一次兩個小時,並於結束後填寫問卷,調查當該透氣層的製氫配方應用在各生活衛生用品時,對於各疾病、症狀的改善功效及其使用上的舒適度,以1-10作為評分基準,越高表示成效越顯著;同時,與市售不含產氣材料的一般產品(以下簡稱市售)及不含鋁粉之組別(不產生氫氣)做對照,各評分統計之平均結果分述於下;該透氣膜中的製氫配方根據上述之較佳比例(金屬過氧化物或金屬氫氧化物:鋁粉=100:80-120),並依所對應之生活衛生用品調整含量。
實施例一、口罩
測試組別及結果見下表1,金屬過氧化物為過氧化鈣、金屬氫氧化物為氫氧化鈣,均為10克,鋁粉1克,檸檬酸適量,透過皮膚水份或是外加水,以產生氫氣。
結果顯示本案製氫配方可改善神經疾病、放射性療法副作用、便秘等疾病/症狀,此些功效不論是市售口罩,或是僅生成氧氣(不含鋁粉)之組別,均無法達成;另外,本案各組合均具較市售口罩更佳之舒適度,而在同時具有過氧化物、氫氧化物、固體酸時,舒適度較佳。
實施例二、眼罩
測試組別及結果見下表2,金屬過氧化物為過氧化鈉、金屬氫氧
化物為氫氧化鈉,使用1~10克,鋁粉10克,草酸適量,透過外加水,以產生氫氣。
結果顯示本案製氫配方可改善眼部酸澀、眼部疾病等,相較於市售眼罩,或是不含鋁粉(無法生成氫氣)之組別,均有更佳效果;另外,本案各組合均具較市售眼罩更佳之舒適度,而在同時具有過氧化物、氫氧化物、固體酸時,舒適度提升、若同時加入製氧配方,同時生成大量氫氣與大量氧氣,舒適度較佳。同時加入製氧配方,更可以避免外敷袋接觸時間過長,因為缺氧引起的不適。
實施例三、面膜
測試組別及結果見下表3,金屬過氧化物為過氧化鎂、金屬氫氧化物為氫氧化鎂,均為12.5克,矽粉6.25克,固體酸為乳酸適量,透過外加水,以產生氫氣。
結果顯示,相較於市售面膜,或是不含鋁粉(無法生成氫氣)之組別,本案製氫配方具有可改善紫外線損傷、放射性療法副作用、神經疾病等功效;另外,本案各組合均具較市售面膜更佳之舒適度,而若同時具有過氧化物、氫氧化物、固體酸時,舒適度較佳。
實施例四、傷口敷料
測試組別及結果見下表4,金屬過氧化物為過氧化鉀、金屬氫氧
化物為氫氧化鉀,均為2.5克,鋁粉2.5克,固體酸為植酸適量;傷口敷料可藉由吸收水份產生氫氣,更可保持水份不反向釋出至傷口,並透過該透氣層僅供氣體流通的設計,而取得供給氫氣並同時避免傷口二度感染的改良效果。
結果顯示,相較於市售傷口敷料,或是不含鋁粉(無法生成氫氣)之組別,本案製氫配方具有可改善紫外線損傷、放射性療法副作用、傷口癒合等功效;另外,本案各組合均具較市售敷料更佳之舒適度,而若同時具有過氧化物、氫氧化物、固體酸時,舒適度較佳。
實施例五、外敷袋
為避免外敷袋接觸皮膚時間長,因為缺氧引起的不適,本外敷袋額外增加製氧材料-過氧化物,以生成更多氧氣;傷口敷料可藉由吸收水
份產生氫氣、氧氣,更可保持水份不反向釋出至傷口,並透過該透氣層僅供氣體流通的設計,而取得供給氫氣並同時避免皮膚及傷口因缺氧造成的不適。
實施例五-1、痛風
如圖8,55歲男性測試者痛風發作,右腳大拇指紅腫,並且有嚴重疼痛(圖8A),將本外敷袋噴水貼於紅腫處,一小時後疼痛明顯減輕,每一小時換一外敷袋,圖8B為使用第二個外敷袋,圖8C為使用第3個外敷袋後痛風處消腫約40%,每天使用3個外敷袋,在使用10片後(第4天)痛風處明顯消腫(圖8D),且沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含過氧化鈣2.5克、鋁粉1.5克,可以生成大量氫氣與大量氧氣。
實施例五-2、腳踝疼痛
65歲男性測試者腳踝扭傷而疼痛,走路時疼痛更嚴重,疼痛難行,在扭傷4天後使用本外敷袋,將本外敷袋噴水貼於腳踝疼痛處(如圖9),10分鐘後疼痛明顯減輕了約一半,20分鐘後疼痛明顯減輕了約70%,1小時後不感覺疼痛且可以正常走路,外敷後沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。
實施例五-3、頸椎疼痛
60歲男性測試者有頸椎疼痛困擾超過20年,將本外敷袋噴水貼於頸椎處,30分鐘後,疼痛明顯減輕,且沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。
實施例五-4、經期前乳房脹痛
21歲女性測試者有經前症候群,如經期前乳房脹痛等。在經前乳房脹痛時,將本外敷袋噴水貼於乳房前,一小時後,疼痛明顯減輕,且沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含過氧化鈣2.5
克、鋁粉1.5克,可以生成大量氫氣與大量氧氣。
實施例五-5、生理痛
30歲女性測試者,有子宮內膜異位,生理期時都會有生理痛的狀況。在生理期疼痛時,將本外敷袋噴水貼於肚臍四周位置(如圖10),10分鐘後,疼痛明顯減輕,持續使用敷料3天、每天8小時,沒有產生因敷料接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。本外敷袋含過氧化物為過氧化鎂1克、氫氧化物為氫氧化鉀1.5克、鋁粉1.5克、植酸適量,可以生成大量氫氣與大量氧氣。
實施例五-6、髖骨疼痛
55歲男性測試者長期有髖骨疼痛困擾,將本外敷袋噴水貼於髖骨疼痛處,20分鐘後,疼痛明顯減輕,且沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。
結果顯示,相較於市售外敷袋,外用本案製氫配方與製氧配方的組合可有效改善肌肉、骨骼、內臟的深度發炎與疼痛,且因為供給氧氣沒有產生因外敷袋接觸皮膚造成過敏等不舒服。
另外,當使用衛生棉(巾)等特別具有液體不漏出之需求時,亦可同時添加高分子吸水材料(即高吸水性聚合物),吸收液體,達到同時供氫氣產生,並避免液體回流造成皮膚感染、發炎的雙重功效。
總結而言,本發明之透氣層,不論是何種製氫配方的組合,當應用在生活衛生用品中,均可改善神經疾病、放射性療法副作用、便祕、紫外線損傷、眼部酸澀、眼部不適、傷口癒合,藉由氫氣的抗氧化功效及改善體內菌群的效果,一舉突破以往生活衛生用品限制的功能範疇;相對於僅生成氫氣(不含鋁粉)之組別,本案製氫配方的應用,可達成更優異、廣泛多元的身體保健功效,具有利功效;並因同時可生成氧氣的關係,較市售(不含產氣配方)具有較佳舒適性,不會有氣悶的感受,提升使用上的
舒適性;當同時添加過氧化物、氫氧化物及固體酸時,會達成最佳改善疾病、症狀、以及舒適度的效果。
綜合而言,本案可於短時間內,產生大量氫氣、氧氣,供給人體皮膚、鼻孔、口腔、眼睛、或是其他接觸之人體部位,相較於一般產生氫氣的方法及器具,具有不須鋼瓶管線、製造機或插電的優點,便於隨身攜帶,配方無害,可貼近皮膚使用,且氫氣的生成簡便不會衍生有害副產物等優化效果。
此外,也應用氫氣結構簡單,故具有優異的擴散能力,抵達部位不受限制,為無毒、溫和的安全還原劑,具優異交除自由基效果、改善體內菌群等優勢,相較於以往之習知的生活衛生用品的保健用途層面,取得更為廣泛且功效提升的效益。
本發明列舉之疾病,係透過氫氣的消除自由基,所對應的疾病應用,藉由本案實施例,可合理將本案之透氣層應用於可改善任何源於此二成因的其他疾病,例如:癌症、化學療法副作用、代謝疾病、免疫疾病、過敏、糖尿病、控制體重、結腸炎或其他非細菌性引起之發炎等。
為提升氫氣生成效果,該製氫配方可視情況進一步包含高吸水性聚合物、活化劑或是催化劑;此外,亦可進一步添加可產生氧氣及活性氧的生成單元,並進行比例的調整,對應不同需求,達成所需功效。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離本發明技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。
上述多項功效,實屬充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵發明。

- 一種供給氫氣之透氣層,包含:一薄層,包裹一製氫配方,其中,該薄層外側不透氣,內側透氣,內側表面具複數個小孔洞,該薄層可為單層或是複合層;該製氫配方被包裹於該薄層中,不會逸散,會吸收空氣中水分或是液態水,進而生成氫氣,其中該製氫配方係包含金屬過氧化物、金屬氫氧化物及鋁粉或矽粉;該氫氣通過該複數個小孔洞釋放至皮膚、人體內部。
