Description

吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置
本創作係與氣泡產生裝置有關,特別是有關於一種吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置。
按,一般習知洗滌物件之方法,係直接以清洗工具直接於物件表面來回刷洗或是將物件浸泡於一洗滌槽內清洗以將沾附於物件表面之汙垢清洗去除。
然,習知的清洗方式須使用人力清洗,並一次所能清洗的物件數量相當少,且單純的洗刷並無法將藏於細小縫隙中的污垢去除,對於使用者來說,實為消耗時間、人力與無法完全洗淨之不便,存在亟待改善之缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,以解決上述之問題。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,可置於水中並製造出強烈且大量之氣泡,透過吹塑成型的製造方法可快速且節省成本地製造出一體成型的中空板狀殼體並具有較佳的使用性能。
為達成上述目的,本創作提供一種吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,包括:一板狀殼體,由一設於一模具中之中空胚體經吹塑成型,其中該中空胚體經吹氣膨脹且被該模具內壁之複數針柱貫穿後脫離該模具而形成該板狀殼體,該板狀殼體為一體成型且中空並具有一全面連續環繞之殼壁,該殼壁具有複數貫孔。
以下僅以實施例說明本創作可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本創作所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至12,其顯示本創作之一較佳實施例,本創作之吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置1包括一板狀殼體2。該板狀殼體2由一設於一模具12中之中空胚體11經吹塑成型,其中該中空胚體11經吹氣膨脹且被該模具12內壁之複數針柱13貫穿後脫離該模具12而形成該板狀殼體2,該板狀殼體2為一體成型且中空並具有一全面連續環繞之殼壁3,該殼壁3具有複數貫孔301。該吹塑成形之塑膠氣泡產生裝置1可置於一盛裝有液體的容器之中並連接一供氣裝置100,透過由該等貫301孔所噴出之氣泡可加強物件洗淨程度及快速去除污垢。
於本實施例中,該殼壁3凸設有複數凸嘴300,各該凸嘴300設有一該貫孔301。該殼壁3凸設有複數格肋30,各該格肋30為中空且其頂面凸設有複數凸嘴300。該複數格肋30包括複數第一凸肋302及複數第二凸肋303,該第一凸肋302係平行於該板狀殼體2之長度方向,該第二凸肋303係平行於該板狀殼體2之寬度方向,該複數第一凸肋302及該複數第二凸肋303縱橫相交並界定出複數凹槽31。透過上述,該複數格肋30、複數凸嘴300及複數貫孔301可由下而上的逐步縮小空氣可通過的空間體積,進而增加空氣壓力使該等貫孔301噴出較強烈且大量之氣泡,有助於提升清洗效果,同時該等凹槽31大幅縮減了該板狀殼體2的容積以使該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置1不需通入大量的氣體亦可使氣體均勻且快速的透過該等格肋300分散至各該凸嘴300,該等格肋30亦可助提升該殼壁3之結構強度。
該殼壁3相反於該複數格肋30之一側凹設有複數凹部32,該複數凹部32對應於至少一該格肋30或至少一該凹槽31。該凹槽31對應於複數個該凹部32,且至少一該格肋30對應於複數個該凹部32。凹槽31對應之複數個該凹部32淺於與至少一該格肋30對應之複數個該凹部32。各該凹部32依據對應的結構不同而具有不同之深淺程度,可加強該板狀殼體2之結構強度(如水壓很高時該板狀殼體2會受到較強烈之擠壓,此時各該凹部32可支撐各該凹槽31或格肋30以避免因該殼壁3變形而影響氣體流通於該板狀殼體2內)並可助縮減該板狀殼體2之容積,且同時具有分流的效果,可助氣體更快速的分散。該複數凹部32之一部分沿該板狀殼體2之周緣設置且定義為嵌卡槽320,各該嵌卡槽320包括二凸入該嵌卡槽320內之卡凸321(至少一即可)且各該嵌卡槽320對應於其中一該格肋30,各該嵌卡槽320可供使該板狀殼體2固定於一具有凸起卡抵結構之平台上。該殼壁3相反於該複數格肋30之一側凸設有複數抵凸33,各該抵凸33接近該板狀殼體2之邊角,各該抵凸33供該板狀殼體2可平穩的置於一平台上。
請參考圖10至圖12,於本實施例中,該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置1另設有一連通該板狀殼體2內部之入氣嘴8且另包括一棧板4。該入氣嘴8供連結該供氣裝置100。該棧板4包括複數撐腳5且穿設有複數穿孔6,該棧板4可拆卸地組立於該板狀殼體2且與該板狀殼體2間隔一空間7,該空間7與該複數貫孔301及該複數穿孔6連通,該棧板4可阻隔待清洗物以防止待清洗物阻塞各該貫孔301,該空間7供使該貫孔301可順暢的噴出氣泡而不卡澀。該複數凹槽31包括四L形角槽310,該四L形角槽310分別沿該板狀殼體2之四邊角設置且側向開放。該複數凹槽31之一部分分別於沿該板狀殼體2之四側邊間隔設置且側向開放,上述各該L形角槽310及該複數凹槽31之一部分供該棧板4之撐腳5放置以使該棧板4可穩固的置於該板狀殼體2之上。
於使用上,清洗物件時加上額外的氣泡可大幅提升洗淨效率,氣泡的衝擊力可將物件之表面及縫隙的髒污剝離以達到較徹底的洗淨效果,氣體經由該供氣裝置100進入該板狀殼體2中,氣體分散之後朝各該凸嘴300與貫孔301方向移動,此時位於各該凸嘴300的氣體具有較高之氣壓,該貫孔301噴出氣泡。該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置1可置於一洗滌容器中且與該棧板4結合,可理解的是,該板狀殼體2亦可不搭配該棧板4而單獨使用。
於其他實施例中,該板狀殼體之殼壁亦可視需求設有其他的凹凸結構以提升該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置的使用效率;該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置亦可連接一可供輸特殊氣體的供氣裝置,例如但不限於臭氧等特殊氣體;該板狀殼體之格肋亦可為其他態樣,例如但不限於以條狀凸肋平行或輻射排列,惟使該殼壁具有足夠之結構強度且可增強該等貫孔噴出之氣體壓力即可;該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡板亦可用在例如但不限於水族箱等需於液體內額外提供氣體之用途;該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置亦可與一具有上蓋之箱體結合,並於箱體內盛裝具有清潔功能之液體,可將待洗物件置於該箱體內以接受自動洗滌,藉此可不需以人工親自洗滌物件。
請參考圖7至圖9,於本實施例中,本創作另提供一種塑膠氣泡板之製造方法,係供製造如上所述的板狀殼體,係將一中空胚體11置入一模具12中,該模具12之內壁設有複數針柱13以用來產生該貫孔,吹氣進入該中空胚體11,使該中空胚體11膨脹並貼抵該模具12之內壁且被該複數針柱13貫穿而形成該板狀殼體,於該板狀殼體成形之後分離該板狀殼體及該模具12即可。
該板狀殼體透過吹塑成型之方式可有效降低成本(吹塑模具僅由陰模構成,故可節省模具成本,且成品於冷卻後即可使用,無須另外進行搭扣配合或焊接等組接程序,故亦可節省後製成本),亦容易視需求而調整該殼壁之厚度,且具有較好的使用性能(吹塑成型的製品因殘餘應力較小,較耐衝擊、伸拉或彎曲)。
綜上所述,該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡板可產生強烈、快速且大量的氣泡以提升清洗效率,且具有穩固的結構,可適當的分流及引導空氣之分散,本創作提供的塑膠氣泡板之製造方法亦具有節省成本、方便、具有較佳性能及可快速製造等優點。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,包括: 一板狀殼體,由一設於一模具中之中空胚體經吹塑成型,其中該中空胚體經吹氣膨脹且被該模具內壁之複數針柱貫穿後脫離該模具而形成該板狀殼體,該板狀殼體為一體成型且中空並具有一全面連續環繞之殼壁,該殼壁具有複數貫孔。
  2. 如請求項1所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該殼壁凸設有複數凸嘴,各該凸嘴設有一該貫孔。
  3. 如請求項2所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該殼壁凸設有複數格肋,各該格肋為中空且其頂面凸設有複數凸嘴。
  4. 如請求項3所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該複數格肋包括複數第一凸肋及複數第二凸肋,該複數第一凸肋及該複數第二凸肋縱橫相交並界定出複數凹槽。
  5. 如請求項4所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該殼壁相反於該複數格肋之一側凹設有複數凹部,該複數凹部對應於至少一該格肋或至少一該凹槽。
  6. 如請求項5所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該凹槽對應於複數個該凹部,且至少一該格肋對應於複數個該凹部。
  7. 如請求項6所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中與該凹槽對應之複數個該凹部淺於與至少一該格肋對應之複數個該凹部。
  8. 如請求項5所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該複數凹部之一部分沿該板狀殼體之周緣設置且定義為嵌卡槽,各該嵌卡槽包括至少一凸入該嵌卡槽內之卡凸。
  9. 如請求項3所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該殼壁相反於該複數格肋之一側凸設有複數抵凸。
  10. 如請求項1所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,另包括一棧板,該棧板包括複數撐腳且穿設有複數穿孔,該棧板可拆卸地組立於該板狀殼體且與該板狀殼體間隔一空間,該空間與該複數貫孔及該複數穿孔連通。
  11. 如請求項7所述的吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置,其中該複數凹部之一部分沿該板狀殼體之周緣設置且定義為嵌卡槽,各該嵌卡槽對應於其中一該格肋且包括二凸入該嵌卡槽內之卡凸;該殼壁相反於該複數格肋之一側凸設有複數抵凸,各該抵凸接近該板狀殼體之邊角;該吹塑成型之塑膠氣泡產生裝置另設有一連通該板狀殼體內部之入氣嘴;該複數凹槽包括四L形角槽,該四L形角槽分別沿該板狀殼體之四邊角設置且側向開放;該複數凹槽之一部分分別於沿該板狀殼體之四側邊間隔設置且側向開放。
