Description

自行車之非接觸式操作裝置
本創作與自行車有關,尤指一種自行車之非接觸式操作裝置。
為了方便騎乘者控制自行車的變速檔位、座墊角度或座管高度等不同功能,在傳統設計上通常將這些功能整合在一控制面板上,再由騎乘者操作設置在控制面板的不同開關來產生相對應的功能。
然而,有時候為了要應付路況的變化,騎乘者需要重複操作同一個開關,例如遇到上下坡交替的地形時,騎乘者可能會藉由不斷地變換檔位來達到省力的效果,但是因為不同開關之間在控制面板的設立位置都相當的靠近,再加上在騎乘過程中很難及時找到正確的開關且對開關完成正確操作,一不小心就很容易發生操作錯誤的狀況,嚴重時可能會連帶影響騎乘上的安全性。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,其能在騎乘過程中讓騎乘者準確且迅速地完成操作。
為了達成上述目的,本創作之非接觸式操作裝置包含有一安裝座與至少二光感應器。該安裝座具有至少二呈間隔設置之感應部,各該光感應器埋設於該安裝座之一該感應部內。藉此,騎乘者可以依據騎乘上的需求將手部遮蔽住其中一該光感應器,使該光感應器能夠感測騎乘者的手部動作而發送一感測訊號至一控制器,讓該控制器完成相對應的功能操作。
更佳地,該安裝座更具有一介於該二感應部之間之該開關部,該開關部內設置有一電源開關,該電源開關連接該二光感應器,用以控制各該光感應器的啟動與關閉。
請先參閱第1圖,本創作第1實施例之非接觸式操作裝置10包含有一安裝座20及二光感應器30。
安裝座20在本實施例中固定於車手把12且緊鄰在握把套14與煞車手把座16之間。此外,安裝座20具有二呈間隔設置之感應部22與一開關部24,開關部24介於於該二感應部22之間。
光感應器30埋設於安裝座20之感應部22內,而且,光感應器30可以是光遮斷器或紅外線感應器,在此以光遮斷器為例,主要是用來感測騎乘者的不同手部動作而發送不同的感測訊號,例如感測手部停留在感應部22的位置、手部相對感應部22揮動的方向或手部停留在感應部22的時間。
然而,為了避免光感應器30在不使用時因為長時間耗電而影響使用壽命,安裝座20之開關部24內可以加裝一電源開關40與各光感應器30形成電性連接,用以控制光感應器30的啟動與關閉。在本實施例中,電源開關40是以光控開關為例(但不此為限),主要是藉由內部之光敏電阻感應外在的光線變化來啟動或關閉光感應器30。
在實際操作時,騎乘者先將拇指放置在安裝座20之開關部24將電源開關40遮蔽住,使電源開關40同時啟動兩個光感應器30,在啟動之後,騎乘者即可依照騎乘上的需求將拇指往前或往後揮動至安裝座20之其中一個感應部22的上方,使設置在此一感應部22內之光感應器30被遮蔽住而完成觸發,當光感應器30被觸發之後會根據騎乘者的手部動作發送相對應之感測訊號至一控制器(圖中未示),此時的控制器會根據所接收到的訊號進行相對應的功能操控,例如變速檔位切換或座管高度調整。一旦完成操控之後,騎乘者可以再將拇指移回安裝座20之開關部24,使電源開關30將兩個光感應器30同時關閉,如此即可讓光感應器30在不使用時能夠保持在關閉狀態,以避免產生耗電的問題。
另一方面,本創作之配置數量、安裝位置及結構態樣可以有不同的變化。例如在第2圖中是在同一個煞車手把座18上設置兩組非接觸式操作裝置10,這兩組非接觸式操作裝置10分別用來控制不同的功能。此外,再如第3圖所示,安裝座50之形狀也可以設計成能夠與煞車手把座18之內周緣相互配合,由於安裝座50的長度增加,所以光感應器30及電源開關40的數量也可以適當的增加,例如在第3圖中是設置三個光感應器30與兩個電源開關40,每一個電源開關40介於相鄰兩個光感應器30之間,如此即可利用不同的電源開關40啟動與其相連接之光感應器30,再透過觸發光感應器30進行後續的功能操控。
綜上所陳,本創作之非接觸式操作裝置10讓騎乘者藉由手部動作就能夠準確且迅速地對光感應器30完成觸發動作,另外再利用電源開關40對光線變化的感應控制,使光感應器30在騎乘者有需要時才會被啟動,藉以避免長時間耗電而達到延長使用壽命的效果。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,包含有: 一安裝座,具有至少二呈間隔設置之感應部;以及 至少二光感應器,分別埋設於該安裝座之一該感應部內。
  2. 如請求項1所述之自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,更包含有一電源開關,該安裝座更具有一介於該二感應部之間之開關部,該電源開關設於該安裝座之開關部且連接該二光感應器。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,其中各該光感應器為一光遮斷器或一紅外線感應器。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述之自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,其中各該光感應器用以感測一手部動作而發送一感測訊號。
  5. 如請求項4所述之自行車之非接觸式操作裝置,其中該手部動作為手部停留在該安裝座之感應部的位置、手部相對該安裝座之感應部揮動的方向或手部停留在該安裝座之感應部的時間。
