Description
本創作係關於一種平面製材,特別是關於一種織品塑料縫設結合構件。
於生活中使用之生活用品數以萬計,例如包包、鞋子、雨衣等。這些生活用品因其製材而具備各種獨特之功能效果。舉例而言,利用尼龍為製材所製作的雨衣能夠具有防水功能,以各種皮革為製材所製成的包包則能夠帶給包包不同質感效果。除此之外,其它常見的製材還有例如塑料及織品,塑料能賦予所製成的物品具有防水、防髒汙、挺性、及耐用等優點,織品雖然在防水性、抗髒污、及耐用度上不及塑料,然而其特色在於能夠帶給所製成的物品更豐富的質感、紋理、及圖案之變化,因此與塑料同樣被人們所喜好,而被廣泛使用於包包等生活用品中。
然而,單以塑料或織品所製成的包包等生活用品,若非是於一般觀感上較不具有質感且樣式貧乏,則就會是防水差、不耐髒污、挺性不足、及耐用度低,而無法優點兼具。
緣此,本創作之目的即是提供一種織品塑料縫設結合構件,其不僅保有於塑料上防水、耐髒汙、挺性、及耐用等特性,並同時具有織品之紋理物性及圖樣變化多元的優點,以適用
在製作包包、鞋子、及雨具等各式生活用品。
本創作為解決習知技術之問題所採用之技術手段為一種織品塑料縫設結合構件,包括一上透光塑料層、一下透光塑料層、以及一織品層,織品層疊設於上透光塑料層與下透光塑料層之間;其中藉由一裝飾縫線而將下透光塑料層縫設結合於織品層且/或將下透光塑料層縫設結合於織品層及上透光塑料層而形成一縫線圖案。
在本創作的一實施例中,上透光塑料層或下透光塑料層為一半透明塑料層或一全透明塑料層。
在本創作的一實施例中,更包括一外框件,結合於主體,外框件包括一上框層及一下框層,上框層框置疊設於上透光塑料層之上,下框層框置疊設於下透光塑料層之下。
在本創作的一實施例中,織品層包括一蕾絲織品層、一紡織織品層、一紡紗織品層、或一網狀織品層。
在本創作的一實施例中,裝飾縫線縫設結合織品層與下透光塑料層,而在織品層之上與下透光塑料層之下形成縫線圖案。
在本創作的一實施例中,裝飾縫線縫設結合上透光塑料層與經縫設的織品層與下透光塑料層,而在上透光塑料層之上形成另一縫線圖案,而與縫線圖案疊成一疊縫圖案。
在本創作的一實施例中,裝飾縫線縫設結合織品層與上透光塑料層及下透光塑料層,而在上透光塑料層之上與下透光塑料層之下形成縫線圖案。
在本創作的一實施例中,外框件為一皮革框體。
在本創作的一實施例中,外框件具有複數個鏤空
部。
經由本創作所採用之技術手段,藉由將透光塑料層與織品層以裝飾縫線搭配不同縫設結合方式而組合為一種新穎製材,疊置於兩層半透明塑料層或透明塑料層之間的織品能夠保留本有或是加工之紋理、圖案、色彩,而使應用本創作之織品塑料縫設結合構件所製成的物品相較於單一製材所製成的物品更具豐富感及多樣性,且能夠藉由透光塑料層而同時具備防水性、耐髒汙、耐用性、及挺性等優點,而適用於製作包包、鞋子、及雨具等生活用品。
本創作所採用的具體實施例,將藉由以下之實施例及附呈圖式作進一步之說明。

根據第1圖至第8圖,而說明本創作的實施方式。該說明並非為限制本創作的實施方式,而為本創作之實施例的一種。
同時參閱第1圖至第3圖,根據本創作的第一實施例的一織品塑料縫設結合構件100主要包括一上透光塑料層1、一下透光塑料層2、及一織品層3。
在本實施例中,上透光塑料層1及下透光塑料層2可為全透明塑料層或半透明塑料層,彼等之材料可選用聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)、聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)、或熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體橡膠(Thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)等材質,且上透光塑料層1及下透光塑料層選自之材料亦可具差異性。例如,上透光塑料層1之材質為聚苯乙烯,下透光塑料層2之材質為聚乙烯,而使兩個塑料層呈現不同程度之透明度。織品層3疊設於上透光塑料層1與下透光塑料層2之間,其在本實施例中為一紡織織品層,當然亦可為一蕾絲織品層、一紡紗織品層、或一網狀織品層。
上透光塑料層1、下透光塑料層2、及織品層3主要係藉由一裝飾縫線4而結合。在本實施例中,藉由該裝飾縫線4,下透光塑料層2縫設結合於織品層3,並且由該裝飾縫線4在織品層3之上與下透光塑料層2之下形成一縫線圖案7。在本實施例中,裝飾縫線4縫設出之縫線圖案7為菱格。當然,本創
作並不以此為限。縫線圖案7可為多邊形、圓形等各種形狀,亦可依據織品物件本身所具有之花樣、紋路、或特色而為不同圖案。上透光塑料層1疊設在經縫設結合之織品層3及下透光塑料層2之上,藉此結構使縫線圖案7受到上透光塑料層1之保護而不易縫線斷裂及汙損。
具體而言,在本實施例中,上透光塑料層1與經縫設結合之織品層3及下透光塑料層2為藉由一外框件5而組合。外框件5包括一上框層51及一下框層52。上框層51框置疊設於上透光塑料層1之上,下框層52框置疊設於下透光塑料層2之下。上框層51與下框層52藉由一外框縫線6相互縫設而結合,從而將上透光塑料層1與經縫設結合之織品層3及下透光塑料層2框置於上框層51與下框層52之間。上框層51及下框層52之中間鏤空部分為一視窗部53,而供透過視窗部53可觀視到織品層3及縫線圖案7。在本實施例中,視窗部53為一方型穿孔。當然,本創作並不以此為限。視窗部53亦可為圓形或多邊形等各種形狀。或者,可依據所欲觀視到的織品層3及縫線圖案7的範圍而調整視窗部53為不同大小。選擇性地,上框層51與下框層52為皮革框體,例如:一天然皮革或是一合成皮革。當然,本創作並不以此為限。上框層51與下框層52亦可採用例如:金屬、塑料、布料等其它材質。並且,上框層51及下框層52可採用不同之材質,例如,上框層51為採用天然皮革之材質,而下框層52為採用布料之材質。
藉由上述結構,織品塑料縫設結合構件100具有上透光塑料層1與下透光塑料層2所帶來之防水、耐髒汙、耐用、及挺性之特性,且能使織品層3之紋理、圖案、色彩與縫線圖案
7呈現於外而供觀視,而適用於製作生活用品。例如藉由上透光塑料層1及下透光塑料層2之挺性而使織品塑料縫設結合構件100適於製成包包8(如第4圖所示),並藉由織品層3遮蔽容置物,故能兼顧實用性及個人隱私。
如第5圖所示,在本創作的第二實施例的一織品塑料縫設結合構件100a中,外框件5具有複數個鏤空部54。詳細而言,鏤空部54可為各種的鏤空圖案(例如:第5圖中所示之方形之鏤空圖案)。在本實施例中,鏤空部54位於外框件5之周圍的框體部分。當然,本創作並不以此為限。鏤空部54也可以是不規則排列於外框件5,或交錯排列於外框件5。
除此之外,外框件5還可為藉由複數個長條體交錯編織而成,例如:以裁切成長條狀之皮革、中國繩或其他等長條體,且可於編織時調整長條體之間隔距離而形成視窗部53或鏤空部54。
除了上述使用外框件5將上透光塑料層1結合於與經縫設結合之織品層3及下透光塑料層2之外,亦可藉由黏貼、扣合、或熱熔等方式進行結合。其中,扣合方式例如以鈕扣扣合。熱熔方式為加熱使上透光塑料層1熔合於經縫設結合於下透光塑料層2之織品層3。較佳地,外框件5透過鈕扣扣合、黏貼貼合、或是其它可拆式的組合方式而可彈性被替換,進一步提升織品塑料縫設結合構件的實用性及多樣性。另外,上透光塑料層1、下透光塑料層2、及織品層3亦可直接縫設結合,其具體結構說明如下。
如第6圖所示,在本創作的第三實施例的一織品塑料縫設結合構件100b中,裝飾縫線4同時縫設結合上透光塑料
層1、下透光塑料層2、及織品層3,而在上透光塑料層1之上與下透光塑料層2之下形成縫線圖案7。此種結構中亦可增設結合外框件5,使各層之間於結合上更加牢固。
如第7、8圖所示,在本創作的第四實施例的一織品塑料縫設結合構件100c中,下透光塑料層2藉由裝飾縫線4縫設結合於織品層3,而由裝飾縫線4在織品層3之上與下透光塑料層2之下形成縫線圖案7。上透光塑料層1疊設在經縫設的織品層3與下透光塑料層2之上且藉由另一裝飾縫線4’縫設結合於織品層3與下透光塑料層2,而由此另一裝飾縫線4’形成另一縫線圖案7’,該縫線圖案7’與縫線圖案7疊成一疊縫圖案。二種縫線圖案7、7’所疊縫形成的疊縫圖案更具豐富感及多樣性且結構上更加牢固,使縫線不易脫落。

Claims (9)
- 一種織品塑料縫設結合構件,包含:一上透光塑料層;一下透光塑料層;以及一織品層,係疊設於該上透光塑料層與該下透光塑料層之間;其中藉由一裝飾縫線而將該下透光塑料層縫設結合於該織品層且/或將該下透光塑料層縫設結合於該織品層及該上透光塑料層而形成一縫線圖案。
- 如請求項1所述之織品塑料縫設結合構件,其中該上透光塑料層或該下透光塑料層係為一半透明塑料層或一全透明塑料層。
- 如請求項1所述之織品塑料縫設結合構件,更包括一外框件,結合於該主體,該外框件包括一上框層及一下框層,該上框層係框置疊設於該上透光塑料層之上,該下框層係框置疊設於該下透光塑料層之下。
- 如請求項1所述之織品塑料縫設結合構件,其中該織品層係包括一蕾絲織品層、一紡織織品層、一紡紗織品層、或一網狀織品層。
- 如請求項1所述之織品塑料縫設結合構件,其中該裝飾縫線係縫設結合該織品層與該下透光塑料層,而在該織品層之上與下透光塑料層之下形成該縫線圖案。
