Description

管體快拆接頭結構
本創作係有關於一種自行車裝置的應用領域,特別是指一種自行車之管體快拆接頭結構。
按,近期自行車剎車系統發展的趨勢,已漸趨向將向來曝露於車身架管之剎車纜線(不論鋼索或油管),改以隱藏式地置設於車身架管內部,除了美觀考量外,更對纜線的保護有進一步的實用效益。是以,本創作特別針對油壓式剎車器之油管提供一種快速且具安全性的結構設計。而,一般自行車之油壓式剎車之油管快拆結構,係利用油管頭部推抵滾珠以直接進行快拆式的固定,但是,因為油管頭部與滾珠之間的作用力較小,又無進一步的防鬆脫安全保護裝置,因此極容易因為較大外力對油管之拉扯,而導致將整個油管被拉扯出,造成漏油,進而失去剎車作用,造成騎乘的危險性大增。
相似地,在其他管體連接的部分係同樣會產生上述容易因為較大外力對管體之拉扯,而導致將整個管體被拉扯出,造成騎乘的危險性大增之問題。
有鑑於此,本創作人乃針對習知技術之缺點而加以改良, 經多年從事於此一行業之經驗,於是創作出本創作。
因此,本創作的目的係在於解決上述問題而提供一種利用兩階段固定以避免因較大外力而拉扯出管體導致漏油之問題與騎乘危險性的管體快拆接頭結構。
為達上述目的,本創作係提供一種管體快拆接頭結構,係包括:一連接管,其一端係連接一預定處,另一端的內表面係可轉動地嵌設一滾珠,且嵌設有該滾珠的一端外側係套設有一彈性元件;一套管,係套設在該彈性元件外並可移動地固定在該連接管外側,且該彈性元件的一端係頂抵在該套管內表面,另一端係頂抵在該連接管外表面,該套管遠離該連接管的一端係具有一內螺紋部;以及一管體,具有一前段、一外螺紋段以及一管身段,該外螺紋段的兩端係分別連通該前段及該管身段,該前段係穿設入該連接管內,且該前段鄰近該外螺紋段係具有一凹環部,該前段遠離該外螺紋段並緊鄰該凹環部係具有一凸環部,該凹環部係可供該滾珠容納,該凸環部係可推抵該滾珠,該外螺紋段係相對應該內螺紋部可拆卸地設置,該管身段係暴露在該套管外側。
其中,該套管鄰近該管體的一端係開設有一觀測窗。
其中,該彈性元件係為一壓縮彈簧。
其中,該前段遠離該外螺紋段的一端係套設有一密封環; 該密封環係可為一O型環。
其中,該預定處係為一剎車油壓缸或一碟剎。

關於本創作藉以達到上述目的之技術手段,茲以下列實施型態配合圖示於下文作詳細說明,俾令 鈞上深入瞭解並認同之。
請參考圖1至圖6,其中,圖1係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於剎車油壓缸之之一第一實施例的分解示意圖,圖2係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於剎車油壓缸的立體示意圖,圖3係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構的分解示意圖,圖4係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於剎車油壓缸的部分剖視示意圖,圖5係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構螺固後的剖視示意圖,圖6係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構拆解後的剖視示意圖。
本創作的管體快拆接頭結構1係包括一連接管2、一套管3以及一管體4。
本實施例中之連接管2的一端係連接一剎車油壓缸5,另一端的內表面係可轉動地嵌設一滾珠6,且連接管2嵌設有滾珠6的一端外側係套設有一彈性元件7,彈性元件7係可為一壓縮彈簧,但並不以此為限。
套管3係套設在彈性元件7外並可移動地固定在連接管2外側,且彈性元件7的一端係頂抵在套管3內表面,另一端係頂抵在連接管2外表面,套管3遠離連接管2的一端係具有一內螺紋部31。
而套管3鄰近管體4的一端係開設有一觀測窗32,係可供使用者觀測管體4在快拆連接時的狀況。
本實施例的管體4係為一油管,其係具有一前段41、一外螺紋段42以及一管身段43,外螺紋段42的兩端係分別連通前段41及管身段43,前段41係穿設入連接管2內,且前段41鄰近外螺紋段42係具有一凹環部44,前段41遠離外螺紋段42並緊鄰凹環部44係具有一凸環部45,凹環部44係可供滾珠6容納,凸環部45係可推抵滾珠6,外螺紋段42係相對應內螺紋部31可拆卸地固定設置,管身段43係暴露在套管3外側。
而且,前段41遠離外螺紋段42的一端係套設有一密封環46,例如O型環或V型環,用以密封油路。
當欲將管體4拆離連接管2及套管3時,係相對內螺紋部31而轉動外螺紋段42,使外螺紋段42拆離內螺紋段31,且利用 凸環部45將滾珠6從凹環部44中推抵出以拉出管體4。
當欲將管體4連結到連接管2時,係將前段41插入到連接管2內,並利用凸環部45將滾珠6推抵到凹環部44中進行初步固定,再利用外螺紋段42相對套管3的內螺紋部31進行螺轉入套管3內,使外螺紋段42頂抵在套管3鄰近內螺紋部31之一端內,進行第二階段的固定。
藉由上述兩階段的固定,以避免產生習知技術所發生之容易因較大外力,而將管體扯出導致漏油的問題及騎乘之危險性。
另外,請再參考圖7及圖8,其中,圖7係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於碟剎之一第二實施例的分解示意圖,以及圖8係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於碟剎之第二實施例的分解示意圖。
本實施例與前述第一實施例所述之管體快拆接頭結構1係大致相同,其差異係在於本實施例之連接管2的一端係直接地連接一碟剎8,另一端的內表面係為可轉動地嵌設滾珠6的一端,詳而言之,連接管2連接碟剎8的一端係凸伸有一螺柱21,係透過螺柱21直接地螺固在碟剎8的螺孔81(垂直軸向)中;且本實施例的管體4係為一剎車套管;因此藉由上述兩階段的固定,以避免 產生習知技術所發生之容易因較大外力,而將如剎車套管之管體扯出導致騎乘之危險性。
相似地,請參考圖9及圖10,其中,圖9係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於碟剎之一第三實施例的分解示意圖,以及圖10係表示本創作管體快拆接頭結構結合於碟剎之第三實施例的分解示意圖。
本實施例與前述第二實施例所述之管體快拆接頭結構1係大致相同,其差異係在於本實施例之連接管2的一端係間接地連接碟剎8,另一端的內表面係為可轉動地嵌設滾珠6的一端,詳而言之,連接管2連接碟剎8的一端係凸有一螺環22,進而透過一螺栓同時穿經螺環22及碟剎8的螺孔82(水平軸向),以將螺環22及碟剎8的螺孔82可拆卸地結合固定。
且本實施例的管體4係為一剎車套管;因此藉由上述兩階段的固定,以避免產生習知技術所發生之容易因較大外力,而將如剎車套管之管體扯出導致騎乘之危險性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種管體快拆接頭結構,係包括:一連接管,其一端係連接一預定處,另一端的內表面係可轉動地嵌設一滾珠,且嵌設有該滾珠的一端外側係套設有一彈性元件;一套管,係套設在該彈性元件外並可移動地固定在該連接管外側,且該彈性元件的一端係頂抵在該套管內表面,另一端係頂抵在該連接管外表面,該套管遠離該連接管的一端係具有一內螺紋部;以及一管體,具有一前段、一外螺紋段以及一管身段,該外螺紋段的兩端係分別連通該前段及該管身段,該前段係穿設入該連接管內,且該前段鄰近該外螺紋段係具有一凹環部,該前段遠離該外螺紋段並緊鄰該凹環部係具有一凸環部,該凹環部係可供該滾珠容納,該凸環部係可推抵該滾珠,該外螺紋段係相對應該內螺紋部可拆卸地設置,該管身段係暴露在該套管外側。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的管體快拆接頭結構,其中,該套管鄰近該管體的一端係開設有一觀測窗。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的管體快拆接頭結構,其中,該彈性元件係為一壓縮彈簧。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的管體快拆接頭結構,其中,該前段遠離該外螺紋段的一端係套設有一密封環。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第4項所述的管體快拆接頭結構,其中,該密封環係為一O型環。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的管體快拆接頭結構,其中,該預定處係為一剎車油壓缸或一碟剎。
