Description

內藏式煞車裝置
本新型是有關於一種煞車裝置設計,特別是一種內藏於車架內之內藏式煞車裝置。
參閱圖1,習知內藏式煞車裝置1具有一煞車手把11,一控制輪組A停止轉動之煞車器12,以及一將該煞車手把11與煞車器12相互連接之連接器13;其中,該連接器13係設於一車架2內,而該車架2係由相互套合之上、下車架21、22所組成,同時該連接器13具有一與該煞車手把11連接之上桿131,一與該煞車器12連接之下桿132,以及一分別連接該上、下桿131、132之連接件133,而前述該連接件133上開設有一穿孔1331,而該上桿131係固定該連接件133一端,而該穿孔1331則供該下桿132穿置。
仍續前述,當該上、下車架21、22伸縮調整時,可藉由該下桿132於該連接件133上直接滑動,同時該上桿131並隨著該上、下車架21、22進行調整至適當位置;配合參閱圖2,當該煞車手把11煞車時,使用人員拉動該煞車手把11,進而連動該上桿131上拉,而使該連接件133呈傾斜,而使該下桿132與該穿孔1331形成卡掣狀態,進而使該下桿132隨著該上桿131連動,並帶動該煞車器12進行煞車動作;然而,經長期反覆煞車狀態下,該穿孔1331容易與該下桿132產生磨損,而使該穿孔1331逐漸擴大,而當該穿孔1331擴大時,容易導致該連接件133 受到該上桿131上拉時,該穿孔1331並無法與該下桿132形成卡掣狀態,造成煞車失效,實須改善。
再者,該內藏式煞車裝置1必須經由操作者持續握持該煞車手把11,該煞車器12才能發揮煞車之效果,故當使用者放開該煞車手把11時,該煞車器12則會失去煞車效果,無法在操作者無操作之情況下,將該內藏式煞車裝置1呈煞車鎖死狀態,亦須改善。
因此,本新型之目的,是在提供一種內藏式煞車裝置,其可快速且穩固地完成該車架長度之調整,以增加調整使用上之方便性。
於是,本新型內藏式煞車裝置,其在於該煞車裝置之連接器係設於該車架內,而該連接器具有一與該煞車手把連接之上桿,一與該煞車器連接之下桿,一固設於該下桿上且可供該上桿穿置之調整組;其中,該調整組具有一固設於該下車架上之本體,一樞設於該本體上且可伸置入嵌合孔內之卡合件,以及一受該卡合件頂掣且將該上、下桿相互連接之連接組;是以,藉由該調整組之設計,於該車架伸縮調整時,可直接操作該卡合件後,即可快速調整該車架之上、下車架之伸縮長度,並且於該上、下車架調整過程中,該連接器之上、下桿亦同步進行調整,而當調整完成後,只要將該卡合件與該調整組之本體固定後,該車架之上、下車架、及連接器之上、下桿皆可受到該卡合件頂掣而固定,進而快速完成該車架及該連接器長度之伸縮 調整,進而增加使用之方便性。
有關本新型之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的明白。
在本新型被詳細描述前,要注意的是,在以下的說明中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖3,本新型第一較佳實施例,該內藏式煞車裝置3係安裝於一車架4上,該車架4係由相互套合之上、下車架41、42所組成,而前述該上車架41上形成有複數嵌合孔412;另,該內藏式煞車裝置3包括有一煞車手把31,一控制輪組A停止轉動之煞車器32,以及一將該煞車手把31與煞車器32相互連接且設於該車架4內之連接器33;其中,該連接器33具有一與該煞車手把31連接之上桿331,一與該煞車器32連接之下桿332,以及一分別連接該上、下桿331、332之調整組5。
配合參閱圖4、圖5,該調整組5具有一固設於該下車架42上之本體51,一樞設於該本體51上且可伸置入該嵌合孔412內之卡合件52,以及一受該卡合件52頂掣且將該上、下桿331、332相互連接之連接組53;其中,該上桿331上形成有一定位部3311,而該定位部3311之形狀於本實施例中,係以鋸齒狀為例說明;另,為避免該卡合件52與該連接組53產生磨損,故於本實施例中,於該卡合件52上且相對於該連接組53處樞設有一滾珠521, 避免該卡合件52與該連接組53產生磨損。
仍續前述,該連接組53具有一固設於該下桿332上且可供該上桿331穿置之連接座531,一設於該連接座531上且可頂掣該上桿331之頂掣件532,以及至少一設於該連接座531與頂掣件532間之彈性件533;其中,該頂掣件532相對於該定位部3311處則形成有一可吻合該定位部3311形狀之吻合部5321;另,該彈性件533於本實施例中,係設置有二個為例說明;而前述該卡合件52可伸置入該嵌合孔412後,該滾珠521並頂掣該頂掣件532。
參閱圖3、圖6,當欲調整該車架4長度時,以將該卡合件52向該本體51外旋動,使該卡合件52脫離該頂掣件532與該嵌合孔412後,使該上、下車架41、42得以伸縮調整外,同時該頂掣件532與連接座531間之彈性件533,將頂掣該頂掣件532遠離該上桿331,即使該吻合部5321脫離該定位部3311,使得該上、下車架41、42伸縮調整中,將同步使得該上桿331隨著該上、下車架41、42伸縮而於該連接座531上移動;當該車架4調整完畢後,其將該卡合件52往該本體51上卡合固定後,該卡合件52將穿置該嵌合孔412後並且該滾珠521頂掣於該頂掣件532上,除可將該上、下車架41、42予以固定外,同時該頂掣件532之吻合部5321將可緊密卡掣於該定位部3311上,以使該上桿331能固定於該連接座31上(如圖4之狀態);配合參閱圖7,故當使用人員拉動該煞車手把31時,該上桿331將透過該連接座531而連動該下桿332, 以使該下桿332能帶動該煞車器32進行煞車動作;是以,藉由該調整組5之設計,以使該卡合件52可同時穩固固定該上、下車架41、42與該上、下桿331、332,進而快速完成該車架4及該連接器33長度之伸縮調整與固定,進而增加使用之方便性。
參閱圖8、圖9,本新型第二較佳實施例,其特別在於:該頂掣件532相對於該上桿331處開設有一開槽5322,且該開槽5322上設置有一第二頂掣件5323,而該吻合部5321係設於該第二頂掣件5323,同時該第二頂掣件5323與開槽5322間另設有一彈簧5324,故當該頂掣件532脫離該卡合件52頂掣時,該第二頂掣件5323依然受到該彈簧5324之回復力,使該吻合部5321緊貼著該定位部3311,因此若伸縮調整該上、下車架41、42時,該第二頂掣件5323會隨著該定位部3311之形狀而往復移動,即並當該吻合部5321吻合該定位部3311時,該第二頂掣件5323將受到該彈簧5324回復力之頂推,而使該吻合部5321往該定位部3311移動而碰觸該定位部3311時,將產生一聲響,以提供使用者知道目前該上、下車架41、42已調整到一段數,增加調整之方便性。
參閱圖10,本發明第三較佳實施例,其特別在於:該上桿331與煞車手把31間設置有一煞車固定器6,該煞車固定器6包括有一固設於該上車架41上之殼體61,一設於該上車架41內且可供該上桿331設置之滑移塊62,一設於該滑移塊62與殼體61間之回復件63,一樞設於該殼 體61上且可供該煞車手把31連動之連動件64,一分別於該滑移塊62、連動件64連接之連接件65;其中,該連動件64兩側延伸有一翼部641,而該煞車手把31一端延伸有一凸塊311,且該凸塊311可頂掣該翼部641;故當欲煞車時,使用者僅需握住並拉動該煞車手把31,即該煞車手把31往上移動時,該煞車手把31將頂掣該連動件64,促使該連動件64帶動該連接件65、滑移塊62(如圖11之箭頭),進而拉動該煞車器32,以便該煞車器32控制該輪組A停止轉動,而後當放開該煞車手把31時,該回復件63將頂推該滑移塊62,使該煞車手把31回復至未煞車前之狀態(如圖10之狀態);此外,再參閱圖12,若欲將該輪組A鎖死固定時,可將該煞車手把31往下壓,以使該煞車手把31一端之凸塊311頂推該翼部641,進而帶動該連動件64往上拉升,以控制該煞車器32呈現煞車狀態,同時該回復件63之回復力,將透過該連動件64往下壓力量,使得該凸塊311將與該翼部641形成相互抵掣之固定狀態,故當放開該煞車手把31時,該煞車手把31、煞車器32將不會回復至未煞車狀態,以便將該輪組A維持成煞車固定之狀態。
最後,當欲解開該煞車器32鎖死狀態時,只需將該把煞車手把31往上拉伸,以使該凸塊311脫離翼部641頂掣,促使該連接器33、連接件65、滑移塊62、煞車手把31、煞車器32回復至未煞車狀態(如圖10);是以,藉由該煞車固定器6之設計,僅需藉由該煞車手把31,就可 達到控制該煞車器32進行一般行駛間之煞車,或者控制該煞車器32鎖死固定等多重模式,以使該內藏式煞車裝置3使用上更為簡單、方便。
歸納前述,本新型內藏式煞車裝置,其藉由該調整組之設計,其可操作該調整組之卡合件後,即可快速調整該車架之上、下車架之伸縮長度,並且於該上、下車架調整過程中,該連接器之上、下桿亦同步進行調整,而當調整完成後,只要將該卡合件與該調整組之本體固定後,該車架之上、下車架、及連接器之上、下桿皆可獲得頂掣固定,進而快速完成該車架及該連接器長度之伸縮調整外,同時若適時搭配有該煞車固定器時,更可控制該煞車器一般行駛間之煞車,或者控制該煞車器鎖死固定等多重模式,以使該內藏式煞車裝置於操作使用上更為簡單、方便。
惟以上所述者,僅為說明本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及新型說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種內藏式煞車裝置,其包含有一煞車手把,一控制輪組停止轉動之煞車器,以及一將該煞車手把與該煞車器相互連接之連接器;其中,該連接器係設於一車架內,而該車架係由相互套合之上、下車架所組成;其特徵在於:該連接器具有一與該煞車手把連接之上桿,一與該煞車器連接之下桿,以及一分別連接該上、下桿之調整組;其中,該上車架上間隔設置有複數嵌合孔;另,該調整組包括有一固設於該下車架上之本體,一樞設於該本體上且可伸入該嵌合孔內之卡合件,以及一受該卡合件頂掣且將該上、下桿相互連接之連接組,而前述該連接組具有一固設於該下桿上且可供該上桿穿置之連接座,一設於該連接座上且可頂掣該上桿之頂掣件,以及一設於該連接座與頂掣件間之彈性件;另,該上桿相對於該頂掣件處形成有一定位部,而該頂掣件相對於該定位部處則形成有一嵌卡該定位部之吻合部,而該吻合部係由複數卡齒排列而成;至於,該卡合件伸置入該嵌合孔後,並頂掣該頂掣件上,使該等卡齒緊密卡掣於該定位部上,以使該上、下桿定位連接。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之內藏式煞車裝置,其中,該卡合件上且相對於該頂掣件位處樞設有一滾珠。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之內藏式煞車裝置,其中,該頂掣件相對於該上桿處開設有一開槽,且該開槽 上設置有一第二頂掣件,而該吻合部係設於該第二頂掣件,同時該第二頂掣件與該開槽間另設有一彈簧。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之內藏式煞車裝置,其中,該上桿與煞車手把間設置有一煞車固定器,該煞車固定器包括有一固設於該上車架上之殼體,一設於該上車架內且可供該上桿設置之滑移塊,一設於該滑移塊與該殼體間之回復件,一樞設於該殼體上且可供該煞車手把連動之連動件,以及一分別於該滑移塊、連動件連接之連接件,而前述該連動件兩側延伸有一翼部,而該煞車手把一端延伸有一凸塊,且該凸塊可頂掣該翼部。
